Third Episcopal Diocese Splits From National Church
QUINCY, Ill. — A third theologically conservative diocese has broken away from the liberal Episcopal Church in a long-running dispute over the Bible, gay relationships and other issues.

The Diocese of Quincy, Ill., took the vote at its annual meeting that ends Saturday.

Two other dioceses — San Joaquin, based in Fresno, Calif., and Pittsburgh — have already split off. Next weekend, the Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas, will vote whether to follow suit.

I especially appreciate the comments from those in Great Britain where the Anglican Church got its start. As in other Englishman said in the 19th-century,
Charles Spurgeon wrote:
the State Church, which the great reformers had planted, and which some of them had watered with their blood, presented the spectacle which went far to justify the sarcasm of an eminent writer, that she possessed "A Popish Liturgy, a Calvinistic Creed, and an Arminian Clergy."
from, ]]The Down Grade.

The Anglican Church is like Humpty Dumpty -- all the King's horses and all the King's couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again. However, in this case I cannot see no inclination of even making the attempt.

The Liberals have turned their back on the authority of the Scriptures alone and so in order to maintain their Protestant identity and scriptural reformation, it may be best for these conservatives to separate in order to keep the faith pure.

As the man who rebuked the sodomite 'Bishop' during his Pro-sodomite propoganda preach in London. I applaud these Episcopaleans for saying no to the sodomite corruption of their church.

Three dioceses...A trickle will turn into a torrent. The liberals will always put their will before God's will. Their arrogant, prideful humanist politics give away their salvation status, they are not born again, there is no truth in them. They want sodomites to be accepted because they want their own unrepentance to be accepted. To be saved a person needs to accept their filthy sinful nature is an abomination before God, repent and put their trust in Jesus alone.

Its time these unregenerate people repent or leave the church. They are filth and will disrupt and corrupt. The true believers in the Episcopalean Church should expell these immoral people. Its time to get hard core put them out. How can your share the Lord's Table with unregenrate people let alone them administer it.

"The three breakaway dioceses are aligning with the like-minded Anglican Province of the Southern Cone, based in Argentina, to try to keep their place in the world Anglican Communion."

As long as they are "trying" to remain in communion with this lot - then they are not really trying to stay within the Scriptural doctrines. The overall witness of the Anglican church, is Liberal rejection of Scriptural authority and worship of the creature.

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
