It has liquid water, plate tectonics and an atmosphere that shelters it from the worst of the sun's rays. But many scientists agree our planet's most special feature might just be us.
"It's the only planet we know of that has life," said Alan Boss, a planet formation theorist at the Carnegie Institution of Washington in Washington, D.C.
Though other bodies in our solar system, such as Saturn's moon Titan, seem like they could have once been hospitable to some form of life, and scientists still have hope of eventually digging up microbes beneath the surface of Mars, Earth is still the only world known to support life....
Well, According to My Christian Brother/Friend JV; who has shared with me that he had been instucted by the Lord to visit a very far Distant Planet; in a very far Distant Galaxy; that it appears that the Lord may indeed have More than ONE footstool !
Without belaboring the subject or the issue at hand "Why Earth Is Unique -- So Far"; I'd like to further recount to the readers of this sermonaudio website just Exactly WHAT my Christian Brother/Friend JV heard, saw & experienced when he was "out of body" and had gone to This Far Distant Physical, Material & Cosmological World; in a Distant Galaxy of Our Universe.
This is what he told me:
"The Lord said to me, 'Look toward the North in the empty place; and tell me what you see?' I said, Lord, I don't see anything. Then the Lord said, 'Concentrate & Focus your attention again and tell me what you see?' I looked again and saw a very faint greenish misty star cluster--Then the Lord said 'I want you to go there'. I said, how Lord? That's Trillions of miles away? He said, 'You have it in you to Travel at speeds multiple times faster than the speed of light'. So, I focused on the greenish cluster and started traveling very fast; but it took me about 45 minutes to get to this one planet that had two suns & diagonal-walking beings."
