We saw two weeks ago in our study on prophecy in the end time, we saw that the next great event on the prophetic calendar is when Jesus Christ appears in the clouds and He draws up those who are dead and in their graves, He raises them and He raises us We who are left here on the earth who are Christians, when he raises us up to be with him, so shall we ever be with the Lord. And we call that the rapture of the church. All the believers in Jesus Christ will rise to meet Him in the air in the rapture of the church. And that precipitates two questions. The first one we answered last week is what will happen to the Christians after the rapture? And we found out that the Bible is clear there will be a judgment seat of Christ where all the Christians will be judged for their works. And we need to chart our course so that we are centered in the local church and doing the good works that will bring His reward and His blessing. And then the other thing that will take place is the marriage supper of the Lamb. Christ is the Lamb. He is the Bridegroom. And the Church of Believers is His Bride. There will be a marriage supper and a marriage ceremony, it would be wonderful, and we'll be a part of all that. That's the answer to the question, what will happen to the Christians, so shall we ever be with the Lord. The other question is, what will happen here on earth? What will happen when all the Christians are gone? What's going to take place on earth? In a word, bedlam. It's going to be bedlam here on earth. But the more specific theological answer from the Bible is that there will be a seven year long event called the tribulation period on earth. Seven years in length. And I'll prove that to you this morning. There are many details about the tribulation that will convince you to avoid it at all costs. Of course, if you are a Christian, you will be avoiding it. If you're not a Christian, you need to become a Christian so that you can avoid the seven-year tribulation period. All right, let's begin. We'll look at the seven-year tribulation on earth, and as we do, it comes right after the rapture. First, I want you to see the period of time that is consumed in the tribulation. It's found in Revelation chapter 11. Revelation chapter 11. The seven-year period will be divided into two parts of equal time. Three and a half years each. The Bible uses different terms to reveal this truth to us. In Revelation chapter 11 and verse 2, first he describes this period in terms of months. In terms of months, there are 42 months that are determined in Revelation 11-2, but the court, which is without the temple, leave out and measure it not, for it is given unto the Gentiles, and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. Forty-two months. Eighty-four months is seven years, and forty-two months is three years and a half, three years and six months. So we have this three and a half year period during the Tribulation, and the Tribulation is seven years long, divided in two. Again, in verse three, you'll find it divided into days. And so it says that there will be 1260 days determined. Twice in the book of Revelation you'll find this 1260 days. The other one is in chapter 12 and verse 6. using a calendar that has 360 days in it per year. 1260 days would be 3 1⁄2 years. So we have this repeating of the 3 1⁄2 year theme in the Bible. Symbolically, we find the three and a half years in Daniel chapter 12 and verse 7. And I'll wait until you get there. I want you to see this verse. Daniel 12 and verse 7. In fact, we'll stay in Daniel for a while. So, a number of things I want to show you here. Three times the Bible refers to the same period of time in symbolic language. And it refers to the three and a half years like this. Time. Times and a half time. Time, times and a half time. Revelation 12, 14 and Daniel 7, 25 and also Daniel 12, 7. 12, 7 is where I want you to look. Daniel 12, 7, And I heard a man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swear by him that liveth forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and a half. And when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. So we have the Bible identifying the same period specifically as 42 months, or as 1260 days, and here as time, times, and a half. The references again for that are Revelation 12.14, Daniel 7.25, and the verse we read, Daniel 12, and verse 7. And so, one time, that's one year. Two times, that's two years. And a half time makes it three and a half years, as it's referring to the same period of time that Revelation says is 42 months long, or 1260 days. In Daniel 9.24, it is also called Daniel's 70th week. Daniel 9.24, 70 weeks are determined upon thy people. Now there are 70 weeks in which God deals with Israel. 70 weeks of years, if you will. So, he determines seventy weeks, and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, we'll dwell on this in detail in a moment, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up the vision of the prophecy, and to anoint the most holy, Know, therefore, and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks. The street shall be built again, the wall even in troublesome times." So we have 62 of those weeks until the coming of the Messiah, from the rebuilding of the Temple of Jerusalem to the coming of Messiah, or the rebuilding of Jerusalem, I should say, to the coming of Messiah, and seven more weeks in that period of time. And then there is one week left over, one straggling week. God deals with Israel, dealings with Israel were prophesied by Daniel at least 70 more weeks that God would deal with Israel. Each day was one year, and each week, therefore, seven years. Seven years long, or in other words, a week of years. Daniel spoke of 69 weeks That's weeks of years of God's dealings with Israel being expired at the slaying of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. You'll read that in the passage. And that all began at the church age when God quit dealing with the Jews. Here's how it is pictorially. From back at the rebuilding of Jerusalem till Jesus Christ died was 69 of those weeks of years. You multiply 7 times that, you get 483 years. Alright, to that time. Now, God quit dealing with the Jews right then, and the Holy Spirit comes on the earth, and we have the institution of the what? the church age, and so God has been dealing with the church from then until what great event that's about to take place? The rapture of the church. So God is dealing with the church during this period of time, from the day of Pentecost to the rapture, and then He reserves one more week. The 70th week is left. for God to deal with Israel again. And that 70th week is seven days in the week, or each day a year, seven years long. So we have Daniel's 70th week in symbolic terminology. Biblical scholars all agree this is referring to the tribulation period. of seven years in duration. In Daniel 9, verse 27, Daniel also divides the seven years into two parts, implying that the most terrible part of the tribulation period will be starting in the middle of the week to the end. That period, specifically, is the Great Tribulation. The last three and a half years will be the worst, and we call it the Great Tribulation, Daniel 9.27. and he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week." One week, this is the Antichrist that's going to do this. He, the Antichrist, shall confirm the covenant with many for one week, and in the midst of the week, this is a week of years, seven years, in the midst of the week, the seven years, he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make a desolate, even unto the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." I'll explain that later. Things change for the worse in the middle of the week at the three and a half year point as the Antichrist now is in full rule in the last three and a half years It is deadly. It is horrific. It is the worst time that's ever been on the earth, the worst that ever will be. So, we see the period of time, the Tribulation period, the seven years long. We call it the Tribulation, call it sometimes the Great Tribulation, Daniel's 70th week, or it's also called the time of Jacob's trouble. Because, look at Jeremiah chapter 30. Jeremiah 30. You remember that Jacob's name was changed to Israel? Yeah. Genesis 35.10. God changed Jacob's name to Israel. The tribulation period of seven years is called the time of Jacob's trouble, and what it means is the time when it's going to be great trouble to Israel. It is God's last week of years, or seven years of dealing with Israel. Jeremiah 30, verse 7, Alas, for that day is great, so that none is like it, It is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it." So the Great Tribulation is clearly a time of trouble to Israel for their rebellion against God, and for the purpose of bringing Israel back to God, Christ is going to deliver them. The seven-year tribulation is God dealing with the people, His people, Israel. However, the entire judgment will fall on the entire world. You have to understand that. And the period is seven years. All right? Secondly, we see the purpose. If we're going to understand the tribulation period and what takes place here on earth, we've got to understand the purpose. So right there in Daniel chapter 9, again, Daniel chapter 9, you might as well keep a bookmark in Daniel and a bookmark in Revelation as we're studying through this whole series on prophecy. Daniel 9 and verse 24, we see the purposes of the tribulation. Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city. Now, until the seventy weeks are finished, the purpose won't be finished. So when the 70th week is finished, then we have the purpose finished. These are the purposes. To finish the transgression and to make the end of sins, and to make the reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy. The verse tells us the purposes for the seven-year tribulation. Let's look at them. One is to finish the transgression and to make an end of sins. That is, He will give Israel the opportunity to finish sinning, be done with sinning, and be reconciled to God. Also, all the evil in the world will be conquered when Jesus Christ returns to the earth at the end of the seven-year Great Tribulation. So, we will have The end of transgression and the end of sin as he ends the 70th week. Oh, that's going to be wonderful. Think of all the sin and the junk that you have to put up with today. The temptations that we are tempted with in our own being that you look at and you say, why am I tempted by that? All of that's going to be over in that day, brethren. Wonderful truth. Secondly, the second purpose of the seven-year tribulation will be to usher in Christ's everlasting kingdom. It says to bring in everlasting righteousness. We know that when Jesus Christ comes at the end of the seven-year tribulation, He will put His foot on the mountain top and split it, And He will come back and fight for Israel and defeat the armies of the Antichrist. And He will set up His rule here on earth and rule and reign in righteousness and peace for a thousand years. And that's what it's talking about. As the seven years are over, that will end the 70th week And that will usher in this everlasting righteousness. It says at the end of the verse, to anoint the Most Holy, the tribulation will set the stage for the exaltation of Jesus Christ. He came as a lamb, but He's coming back as a lion. He came before as a suffering servant, but this time He's coming back as a King to reign. And he'll be anointed as the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and set up his reign on earth. And that will be one of the purposes of getting through the 70th week, so that Jesus can reign. Another purpose that God has for the Tribulation period is to reconcile Israel to their God. It says to make a reconciliation for iniquity. What a wonderful reunion that will be. Israel will be boxed in. There will be no way out. Except that her Messiah will return. Knight in shining armor, Jesus Christ. Her Messiah will return and she'll recognize her Messiah. And He shall deliver her and reconcile her to Himself. How that all takes place, we'll leave that to God. But we know that's what it says here. Number four, another purpose, is to complete the Bible vision and prophecy. It says to seal up the vision and the prophecy. All that we know about what will happen in the end time, we know through the Bible, through its prophecies, and through its visions. the tribulation will complete what is prophesied about God's plagues on Israel and upon the world and on his dealings with Israel. Now it's not the end of everything. Hello? There's still a new heaven, new earth, the devil's going to be released, there's going to be the white throne judgment, and the devil's going to be cast. Well, it's all these other things that are going to take place. It's not the end of all prophecy, but it's the pivotal point that we've been waiting for to happen all of these years, for Jesus to set every record straight and to rule and reign in righteousness and peace. The Bible also describes, besides what's written there in Daniel, turn over to Revelation chapter 12. Revelation 12, and we'll stay in Revelation for a while now. Revelation 12 and verse 12. Another purpose for the tribulation period is that it will be a time of Satan's wrath. It'll be a time of Satan's wrath. It says that in Revelation 12, 12, Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them, in heavens, and woe, that's us, rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them, that's us, rejoice, you're not on the earth, and woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea. For the devil is come down unto you having great wrath, because he knoweth he hath but a short time." Chapter 13 and verse 7. 13 and verse 7. Here's what it says, "...and it shall be given unto him," that's unto Satan, Antichrist, I believe, to make war with the saints and overcome them and power was given him over all kindreds and tongues and nations. It will be a time of Satan's great wrath. In that rage, he will make war with Israel and defeat Israel and will rule the world through his man, the Antichrist. The Antichrist will be the man that will be the perfect opposite of Jesus Christ. He will come in deceptively and gain the affection and the attention and the support of the world and become the world ruler right after the rapture takes place. And he'll sign a treaty with the Jews. And then he'll turn on the Jews in the middle of the week at the three and a half year point. He'll turn on the Jews. And then he will make war with the saints and overcome them. And he will bring Satan's wrath down on the earth at that time. The other purpose that we can see in the scripture for the seven-year tribulation period is God's judgment upon the earth for their treatment of His people and of His Son, Jesus Christ. is favorable toward Israel in their foreign policy because of what the Bible says. Remember, America wasn't built on Islam. And by the way, I just found out that Barack Obama, all of his background is Muslim. But he just recently took membership in the Church of Christ to get elected and said that was why he did it. Better watch out. First we let all these people in our doors and our gates and the next thing we know they're in Washington creating the rules by which we have to live. And we've got some down there now. Anyway, I'm off of that. Okay. America is favorable toward Israel because of Genesis 12.3. Genesis 12.3 says, and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee. And in thee shall all, and he's talking to Abraham and to his posterity which are the Jews, Israel, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. And of course that's because Christ came through him. The terrorist attack on 9-11 was an attempt to put pressure on the United States to turn us against Israel. Islam hates the infidels, which is Israel primarily. They hate the infidels in America only because they support Israel. When the United States finally curses Israel and turns its back on Israel, look out. We've been protected. We've been blessed. But it's not by accident. God has blessed us for a couple of reasons. One is because there's still a remnant in America of Bible-believing Christians that are spreading the gospel here and abroad. We are still the hub, the base for worldwide missions today. And God loves that, and God protects us partially because of that. And the other reason is because we take care of Israel. If that ever changes, look out. And even within our ranks as Christians, covenant believers don't believe that the promise applies to nationalistic Israel. Covenant believers believe that Old Testament Israel is the Old Testament church. And so that all the promises don't apply to Israel nationalistically, or the government of Israel, or the nation of Israel, the country of Israel, the people of Israel. They believe that it applies to the church, and not Israel. And then that messes up all of their understanding of end time events as well. So, we have a sect within Christianity that would not be in favor of a foreign policy toward Israel that is right. In the end time, this is a scary thing now. In the end time, as you read prophecy, America is not there. Now, you've got Russia there. And God identified Russia in the end time prophecies, the bear. But you don't see America. In the end, it's not America and God, and God using America to protect Israel, because all the protectors of Israel on the earth have forsaken Israel. And of course, all the Christians are gone from America, so there's no reason to protect Israel. If it means peace to America, they'll forsake the policy, if not then, Maybe before. Follow me now. It is only God that protects Israel during the tribulation period. It is then that Israel will hook up and realize their God is through Jesus Christ, His Son, as their Messiah. Wonderful truth. Now, God is patient. with America and with Israel and with us. He's patient. Thank God for that. But one day, patience is going to run out. The rapture will soon usher in the tribulation period when God will pour out the grapes of wrath. He'll tread them out. And it's going to be poured out of His judgment upon the earth. That's one of the purposes of the great tribulation. We see the period. We see the purpose. Look at the participants. There are the unbelievers, because that's all that's left on the earth. The Christians have all gone in the rapture. Now we have unbelievers on the earth. Secondly, in Revelation 13, verse 1, there's the Antichrist. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, Revelation 13, verse 1, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea. Beast is one of the words for Antichrist. It means wild man. having seven heads and ten horns. Later on in the book of Revelation, it clearly identifies the heads as seven mountains and the horns as ten kings. And upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. The charismatic world ruler will begin to rise immediately after the rapture of the church, He'll sign a treaty with Israel, as I said, and bring a false peace on the whole earth. And everybody will look to him and say, man, what a man. Oh man, we've needed this guy for a long time. It will take him less than three and a half years to gain control of the entire world. Probably would not be hard to imagine given our current state of control by the computer today. a little more difficult 40 years ago. He will start small and miraculously gain that popularity and power. He's called the beast 36 times in the Bible and it rightly describes him. It also calls him the man of sin. If there was any man that characterizes sin in the Bible, it's this man. He's called that wicked or that wicked one. He's called the son of perdition and the little horn, the little king who rises to be the big king. He will be totally controlled by Satan himself. Then we have not only the unbelievers and the Antichrist, but we'll have the false prophet. Revelation chapter 13 and verse 11. He is called the other beast, or another beast. Revelation 13, 11, And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb. And he spake as a dragon. He looks like a lamb. In other words, he's religious, like the lamb Jesus Christ. He puts on like he's a lamb. But he's really like the dragon. The dragon in Revelation is Satan. Alright, verse 12. He exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them that dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He causes everybody, points to the first beast, the Antichrist, and says, Worship Him! He's the one that deserves all the worship. Verse 13, And He does great wonders, so that He maketh fire to come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of man. He's a miracle worker. and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he hath power to do in the sight of the beast, saying to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast which hath the wound by the sword, and did live." Unbelievers, the Antichrist will be present during the seven year tribulation, but also the false prophet who will be the religious leader empowered by Satan. Then we have the 144,000. The 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses say that they're the 144,000. Jehovah's Witnesses don't make any sense at all. In the 2002 World Almanac, it recorded 1.2 million Jehovah's Witnesses in the United States and Canada alone, and they're all over the world. 1.2 million. They say that they're the 144,000. Wait a minute. Something's wrong here. Doesn't add up. The 144,000, listen to me closely, never appear before the rapture of the church. They don't appear. Anybody here know anybody in the 144,000? No. No. And the other thing is, they won't be Gentiles. They'll all be Jews. In Revelation 7, verse 4. Revelation 7, verse 4. And I heard the number of them which were sealed. And there were sealed 144,000 of all the tribes of the children of Israel. And then it follows on in the next verses to identify, so that we can't follow it up, it mentions all the 12 tribes, and the 12,000 came from every tribe. 12 times 12 is 144. 144,000. And those 144,000 Jews will be protected during the seven years from the plagues, and they will follow Jesus Christ. That's what it says. in Revelation chapter 14 and verse 3. Revelation 14 and verse 3. There's another passage here that identifies who they are more fully. And they sung, as it were, a new song, 14.3, before the throne and before the four and twenty elders, I'm sorry, the four beasts and the elders. And no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb, withersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile, for they are without fault before the throne of God." These will be 144,000 pure Jewish single men, eunuchs, who followed Christ wherever He went. Whatever He does, whatever He wants them to do, they do it. They even control their tongue, so that before the throne there is found no fault in them. And they are protected from all the things that will happen during the tribulation period. So the Antichrist, the false prophet, all the living unbelievers, And the 144,000 will be here during the tribulation period, seven years. We could also add to that during the tribulation period, there will be the saints who will be martyred for their faith. They are not saints living today. They get saved afterward. And they are martyred for their faith. There are demons who will cause havoc on the earth. There are angels giving directions and doing whatever God tells them to do. And there are two witnesses for Christ. These are the characters. These are the persons. These are the participants during the tribulation period. We have the progression. How will it occur? Go back to Daniel chapter 9. Daniel chapter 9. Again, I recap something I said earlier. After the rapture, the tribulation period will last for how long? Somebody help me. How long will the tribulation period last? Seven years. That's right. It will be divided into two equal parts of three and a half years. And during the first three and a half years, who will rise to power? The Antichrist. And he will rise to power over all the world. All the world. He'll sign a treaty with Israel, and he'll have a false prophet, and he will institute a false peace. Then the last three and a half years, he will turn on the Jews like a Jekyll-Hyde, and he will rule the earth in a great rage. I mean, this fellow is mad. And he's demonstrating his anger and his wrath upon all the earth. In Daniel 9, verse 27, And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week. He confirms it for a week. He says this is a seven-year treaty. But then, in the midst of the week, he will cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of the abomination, he shall make it desolate. even unto the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Daniel said that the abomination of desolation will occur in the middle of the week. In other words, it will initiate the last three and a half years. It will be the first event of the last three and a half years. The abomination of desolation. Look over in Mark chapter 13. Jesus warned the Jews about this time and what to do. Mark chapter 13 and verse 14. I'll explain it. I want you to see the verses. Mark 13, 14. But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, we're talking about the same thing now, standing where it ought not, let him that readeth understand, then let them that be in Judea flee to the mountains. In the middle of the week, as they're reading the Scriptures, and they see the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, then the Jews of that day will have to, they know that it's time for them to get out of Jerusalem and out of Judea and run for shelter. The Antichrist will be preparing to massacre the Jews. This massacre will be so terrible that it's described in the Bible where The Jewish Holocaust was never described in the Bible. And you think about it, God passed over talking about the Holocaust, but He didn't pass over this one. This must be far worse. In 2 Thessalonians 2, verse 4, the Antichrist, full of Satan now, exalts himself against God. The abomination of desolation is when the idol, image of the Antichrist is set up in the temple. And the people are made to worship the Antichrist right there. It's an abomination for that to take place. But that's exactly what it is. And when they see that take place, then they are to run and hide because he's getting ready to turn on them. He will institute the ultimate worship. Look at 2 Thessalonians 2.4. who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, so that he, as God, sitteth in the temple, showing himself that he is God." He exalts himself in the temple as being God. He receives a deadly wound with a sword. And so then they set up an image, and then the image comes to life. And everybody bows and worships the image, the ultimate idolatry. During the first half of the seven-year tribulation period, he will gain control of all the food and all the money and the buying power with some kind of a smart chip, 666, or some sort of marking in the forehead or in the hand. In Revelation 13 and verse 15, you've heard about this before, Those of you who are not as much into the Bible as others even, you've heard about this, Mark of the Beast, Revelation 13, 15. And he, talking about the false prophet, had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that's the Antichrist, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, for him bond, to receive a mark in their hand, or in their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here's wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is six hundred. 3 score, which is 60, and 6. Or in other words, 666. Ladies and gentlemen, this mark of the beast and the abomination of desolation, the idol set up of the antichrist in Jerusalem will not take place until three and a half years into the tribulation, according to Daniel. That's when the abomination of desolation is set up. That's three and a half years after the rapture of the church. Thank God we won't be here to witness all this. The potential to implement the mark is coming closer and closer. We can see it coming in our day, which means we're really close. We know the animals are able to be located because of a chip put under their skin. And all of that is a precursor to the chip that will be put under everybody's skin. America is more ready for the smart card with all of your information on it. They're talking now about putting all your medical information about you on it. All of your financial information, all of your personal information, all of your credit information, everything about you. Your checking account will all be done on your chip. Everything will be scanned and will be deducted that way. Everything will be controlled from under your skin. You're talking about something getting under your skin. Are you aware that the Congress of the United States deceptively passed Public Law 109.13, known as the Real ID Act? President Bush signed it into law May the 11th, 2005. The Real ID Act mandates that all United States citizens will receive a national ID card by May of 2008, without which no United States citizen will be able to drive a car, will not be able to hold a job, board an airplane, train, or bus, enter a federal building or open a bank account without that card. And that card is one step away from the chip. We see it all coming. This isn't an evil from Russia, this is an evil from within. And we see all the technology in place for it to happen. I think I can almost hear the trumpet, don't you? I'm not being facetious. It's about to sound. And when this trumpet sounds, brethren, we're going up. So we see the period and the purpose and the persons or the participants and the progression. And finally, we see the plagues. And I won't dwell on this this week, but there will be 28 plagues. that God will pour out. Now, you think the wrath of Satan is bad. Wait until we get into the 28 plagues that God has in store for the earth during this time. And the earth will vibrate out of control. One plague alone, one-fourth of the world's population is killed. Another plague by itself, one-third of the population that's left is killed. There will be one plague alone. There are 200 million demons poured out on the earth in one plague. We'll go through this, and you'll be able to see it from the Scripture. In Revelation 10, verses 3 and 4, seven of those plagues, they are so bad that God told the revelator John to just seal them up, the seven thunders, seal them up. He saw them, but he said, write not. For I will reserve those until the end for people to know about. And then the seven vials, there are seven seals, seven trumpets, seven thunders, and seven vials. Four sets of seven. There will be a hundred pound, one of them is a hundred pound hailstones falling out of the sky hitting people. You talk about creating fear in your heart. And it is God that's doing it. Make no mistake about it, it's not an accident. This is God's wrath being fulfilled on the earth during the tribulation period. Listen to me closely, and I close. If you do not go in the rapture of the church, that is, if you have not received Christ as your Savior, you're going through the tribulation period. At least part of it, if not all of it. That is scary. And that is needless. You do not have to go through the tribulation period. You're living in the day of grace when you can receive Christ. You say, well, I'll let the rapture take place and then I'll know what's coming off and I'll get saved then. No, you never will. According to 2 Thessalonians 2, you'll be deceived. If you are deceived today and you won't receive Christ under grace, you won't receive Him after the rest of the church is gone, there'll be no motivation. This is biblical truth. Here's what we do with biblical truth. God gives us biblical truth to believe it and to act on. It is your opportunity to act on the truth you've heard this morning. Would you bow your heads with me, please? Receive Jesus Christ while you can.
