Good evening, everybody, and we're glad to be with you. My name is Jeremy Frazier. Actually, it's interesting because I've been here before, but it's just been a little while. And I say that because a number of years ago, I started traveling with this evangelist, a guy named Steve Pettit. And in 2000, I think in four or maybe 2005, our team was here. And so it's been a number of years ago as we've traveled with Steve. So initially, I started traveling with Steve Pettit in 1998 to 2000 and then I just had graduated and started traveling with Steve. I was his teen evangelist. And then in 2000, I got married and went off the team. And as I went off the team, My wife and I actually were approached by Bob Jones University, and they asked us, would you consider traveling on a ministry team for us? They said, would you guys consider actually, you being the preacher, your wife can be involved in the music, and it'll be a music team. And so we were in. 250 different places from the month of end of August, I guess you could say, all the way till May. And so we were kind of busy, about 10 services in a week we would have, and kind of all different places around the country. And through that time, actually, the Lord more and more was impressing upon my own heart that evangelism is where he wanted me and wanted my wife and I. And it's interesting to see how the Lord has used that through the years because then I eventually approached Steve again. I said, Steve, I said, I think the Lord actually may want us in an itinerant ministry. And so it's crazy about that. He said, well, why don't you finish grad school and then when you're done, come back on with us. And so that's what we did. And we came back on with them a couple of years later. And sure enough, I remember as we were launching back on with him, it was for about three years. And so that was from 04 to 07. And then in the fall of 07, we branched off from Steve and had our own team. Actually, Steve even told us at the beginning, he said, don't take team members. I mean, I'm so used to the team members concept of being with Steve. But he said, I would get established in your preaching and then later maybe take some team members. And I said, well, I was thinking about taking a guy named Joe Kopp. And he knew Joe pretty well, and we knew Joe real well. And he said, well, Joe Kopp. Oh, well, that's different. Maybe I would take Joe then. So we had one team member. It was our family. And here's Joe who followed us around. I think at the time he had a little Chevy S10. He would follow us around. And then the next year, we ended up having four team members and then five team members. So we've kind of averaged between four and five team members through the years since the fall of 07. And we have some close to 30 different team members who have traveled with us. And so we're thankful for just the opportunity to minister. And we've kind of been all over. Actually, this fall, we started off in South Carolina, then North Carolina, worked our way all the way up into Maine, and then worked our way across upstate New York, and down and around, eventually into Michigan. And so we just finished a recording last week. Our team has done three recordings. This is working on our fourth recording. And so we're thankful for that opportunity. But we're getting ready to go on a mission trip. let you know a little bit about that as I begin to preach to you this evening. But this mission trip, as we're going on, Pastor asked me, he said, Jeremy, we're going to Sweden, actually. And now if you're going to visit Sweden, as much as I know, you don't visit it during the wintertime, okay? I hear that you visit it in the summertime where things are really pretty and nicer. And so what's interesting, though, is we met a pastor who's up in Eveleth, Minnesota, And his wife is a Swede and she's the only believer in her family. And basically they approached us and said, would you guys ever consider going to Sweden on a mission trip? I said, well, we go to a place every year, different place every year. We've kind of been everywhere from South America to even Africa and different places, different islands and different places. I mean, just kind of crazy stuff. Ireland and Wales and stuff. But this kind of thing was, would you want to go to Sweden? Well, I don't know. I mean, we'll pray about it. And since they were going to go already, they were praying and praying too and asking us to come until eventually we settled on this fact that we were going to go. Actually, it's interesting because I talked to the missionary who's there, a guy named Ron Neely. He's been there for some 40 years. And I asked him, first of all, I said, he said, first of all, I said, Jeremy Frazier, that sounds, that's an interesting name. He says, do you know John and Sally Frazier by any chance? And I said, well, I do. I mean, that's my parents, so I know them pretty well. And so he said, oh, really? He goes, I would have met you years ago. He says, I used to go to church with John and Sally Frazier, a little small church in Greenville, South Carolina, or Simpsonville area. And sure enough, he knew my parents, and he would have met me when I was a little baby. And it's kind of crazy. And anyway, he is super excited about us coming, and he's close to 70 years old right now. I know he's probably thinking about transitional time of some sort. And as I asked him, I said, Ron, do you know of any other missionaries that are in the area that we could maybe visit and hope to be encouragement to as we would have services and things? And he basically said this to me over the phone. He paused, and then he said, Actually, no, I don't know of any others. This area where we're going, we're going to fly in and out of Gothenburg, which is southern Sweden, and then we are doing most of the ministry in Jönköping, which is spelled like, it looks like John Coping, so it's really different, but it's Jönköping, and then we're gonna be in a southern area, so we're actually gonna help not only his church, but there's a girl named Melissa Carlson, he's working with the church planner, and they haven't planted the church yet. We're going to hope to actually do an outreach, kind of a concert with the gospel and really get something started for them to begin that church. And so that's a big deal in Yen Shipping. Also, we're heading south where this pastor is. He's from Minnesota. His wife is is a Swede and her family is all down there and none of them, none of them are believers. And they've invited all these people and we're going to be having a special concert. They've kind of rented a little place that we could do this concert. And so all unbelievers. and we're going to do music, and we're also going to preach the gospel. And so we're just praying that God will do a work. Sweden is an interesting place. What we know of Sweden is a place where, honestly, it's pretty barren when it comes to the gospel. and they're very progressive in their thoughts and their thinking, and there's a lot of people getting chipped and even things already, which is interesting over there. And so we're just praying that God would use us as a light in a dark world, and that God would use us to better minister the gospel. So I'd hope you'd pray for us too. So we're praying for this, and then we are going as a family and as a team. And so let me real quick introduce My family and team, my wife, her name is Misha, and she would have been here before too as well. She was a Pennywhistle player with Steve Pettit. There she is, okay, so she's way over there. So go ahead and wave again so everyone sees where you are. Okay, that's my wife Misha. And we have five kids. JT's sitting on the end over here, he's 14. Then we have Corey, he's 12. And then there's Jaden, he's sitting I think right over there. Okay, I can't even see him. And then even Zachary. And then there's Kaleah, and Kaleah, there she is, okay. So we have five kids, as much as I remember, there's five of them, and they range from 14 down to four, and out of the five, JT, the oldest, and Kaleah, the youngest, are going on this mission trip with us, okay. The other three are staying here on your church property, and so I hope that you'd pray for your church so they don't burn it down. But they're very capable kids, and so they're just gonna stay back on their own and do a good job and make sure you obey and do a good job. I'm teasing, okay? Some of you guys are like really looking at me with a scary stare. No, there's this girl named Hannah Dalrymple. Does anyone know Hannah? There she is over there. Hannah is like, when I think of a person who's a good babysitter, I think of like a Mary Poppins. That's Hannah, okay? Hannah's like Mary Poppins, all right? She's the Pied Piper with children and so we're so thankful that Hannah's gonna be able to watch Those guys. And then also our team members. I'm not going to force my family to stand, but I'll force the team members. Will you guys stand up real quick, just where they are. And so these guys are our team members that travel with us. And these guys are from different parts around the country. But Kurt Wagner, he's from Michigan. And he's our teen evangelist. He works with the teens. Then right beside over there, across there, is Elizabeth. Elizabeth, she's from Kansas City, Missouri, and she's our violinist and helps with the music side. And then right beside her is Rachel DeFault, and she's from San Diego, California. And so she's been with us now, this is her third year, and she's my secretary. I'm thankful for Rachel there, too, as well. And then beside her is Daniel. Daniel is from Owatonna, Minnesota. You like to say Minnesota? Because that's kind of where he's from. And so anyway, he's from Minnesota. He's a children's evangelist and preaches to kids all the time. And so thank you for Daniel. And then right over there, further over there is Becca. And Becca Moeller. Becca has been, this is her second year with us. And Becca is from Iowa. She actually originally grew up near Rochester, Minnesota. And her dad is a pastor. And pastors over in a small town in Iowa. And God's just using them in a great way. Actually, a really neat area where he is because it's very few gospel witnesses in about 12 towns. They're the only one. And so it's really exciting to see what God is doing through their family as well. That's our team members. I told you that on purpose because I do want you to be able to pray for us as we would go out. We're going to be gone. We leave on Tuesday afternoon and we don't come back until Friday of the next week, and so it's kind of a big trip for us. Once a year, we'll take that mission trip out of the country. We do it to really try to encourage missionaries, those who are on the field. As we're there, we seek to do it for the sake of the gospel. We tell them, listen, we're not really a building team. I mean, if you want us to go and help you with construction, you're probably choosing the wrong team, because there's people who can do that better than we can do. But the truth is our ministry gifts are there, and if we can help in some way with your church or help start churches, and so we're thankful every year we take this as an opportunity to minister the gospel in a foreign field for us. Take your Bible this evening and go to the book of John, John chapter 4. As we turn there, I'm so thankful for your pastor. What's so neat is through the years, I got to know, well, many years ago, it's like I remember hearing his dad speak. And the truth is, I don't know anybody who doesn't like your dad. That's just like, I mean, he is an exhorter. He's an encourager. Everyone I know is... Now, that's not true of every evangelist, okay? Because you meet certain evangelists, and people would meet even me in the same way too, and not everybody likes you, you know what I'm saying? But the truth is, I don't know anyone who dislikes your dad, and your dad is such an encouragement, and your dad and mom. and their family as well. I grew up a little bit with Scott. My wife grew up and oftentimes would go to Camp Kobiak, being in Michigan, and spend time, even in their trailer, for lengthy periods of time with Jerry Savinsky because of the daughter, Jen. And so, good friends. And we're just thankful for the Savinsky family. And we're so grateful that they're here at your church. You guys, that's exciting for you. And I'm excited for you as they're here. John chapter four. I'm going to read this. It's going to seem to take a little time as I go through this passage, but I want to read this on purpose to kind of get you caught up where I'm going to challenge you in. But in John 4, verse 3, we read about Christ and actually cross-cultural evangelism. As you notice this closely, it says, He left Judea and departed again into Galilee, and He must needs go through Samaria. Well, not actually. I mean, in one sense, actually many of the Jewish people would avoid Samaria like the plague. You know, they would either take the longer route, and they would go across the Jordan River twice, or they would go to the coastal route, and again, much longer, more difficult, but they would do that on purpose to avoid Samaria. But it tells you here, and it shows you this is the plan of God, that He must needs go through Samaria. Notice verse 5, Then cometh he to the city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Now Jacob's well was there, and Jesus, therefore being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well, and it was about the sixth hour. Now the six hour Jewish time honestly would be right around noon if it's Jewish time. If it's Greek time, it would be at six o'clock in the evening. And there are good men and good people who differ on that. And many times I went, oh, it's noon for sure. Then as I do some more study, I'm like, I don't know, it might be six. But can I tell you something? It doesn't really matter, okay? Just anyway, just so you know that, okay? But anyway, I'm gonna say it's noon, okay? Theologically, it's no big deal if it goes either direction here. Verse seven, though. There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water. Jesus saith unto her, give me to drink. For his disciples were gone away into the city to buy meat. So they were kind of like normal males, they were hungry, they wanted to get some food and get out of town, so that's them. Verse 9, Then saith the woman of Samaria to him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, ask a drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? For the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Now, you know why, don't you? I mean, when they came in to conquer the land, they weren't supposed to intermarry with the pagans, and yet some did, and the truth is, they began another race now called the Samaritan race, and actually, the strict Jewish people looked at Samaritans and despised them. They could not stand, they're a mixed breed or a half-breed, often even called, but the truth was, could you imagine if that was you and you were born that way? I mean, what are you supposed, how can you change your birth? And so, here are the strict Jews, really treating them with contempt, and yet here they are hating the Jewish people. So there's major rift between those two. Verse 11 or verse 10. Whoa. Now the woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. From whence then hast thou that living water? Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? This to me is very funny, here's why. She is being sarcastic with Messiah, okay? This is creator God in human flesh, and she has no clue, okay? If she had a clue, she wouldn't be talking like this to Jesus, but she does not know, okay? So here she is, like, okay, it's living water, where are you gonna get that? I mean, where's your bucket and where's your jar, you know? What are you gonna do, dig a new well like Jacob did? I mean, come on. But go even further, watch this. Verse 13, Jesus answered and said to her, whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again. But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. Now again, gift of God, this whole idea of living water, now this whole idea of everlasting life. If you only knew who I was, you would be asking me and I could give you this living water, this everlasting life. Again, now the woman is very inquisitive. Her mindset has shifted. If you notice closely, in verse 15, the woman saith unto him, sir, give me this water that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw. Like, sure, that'd be great. Do you realize that she has gone between a mile and two miles round trip? That's significant. To get water, why not a closer well? I mean, I think you'll find out real soon that, well, she was an outcast in her own society. And the truth is, she could have gone to a closer well, but no, she wasn't. And normally, when they would go, they would go with women. It would be actually more of a way of fellowshiping, and that would be a normal thing. But no, here she is by herself in a long distance, gone a long distance to get this water, to make her way back. And at this point, this would be great. Sure, give me this water that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw. That would be really helpful. So Jesus does something that is masterful. Watch this in verse 16. Jesus saith unto her, Go call thy husband and come hither. Go get your husband and bring him here. Can I tell you something? Jesus has an ability to do some things that you and I don't, okay? So if you're thinking about evangelism, Jesus knows this woman, and he has never met the woman. You understand this? She has never met Jesus, and yet everything about this woman he knows. And so go get your husband and bring him here. This is masterful. And the woman, well, she responds. Verse 17, she says, I have no husband. And Jesus said unto her, he said, Thou hast well said, I have no husband, for thou hast had five husbands. And he whom thou now hast is not thy husband, and that sayest thou truly. Now, are you noticing this? For one thing, I'm trying to unfold this so you're like, are you gonna ever get to the message? Yes, I am, I promise, okay, but here we go. When I think about this, though, this is interesting to me because he didn't say, hey, woman, you know what you are? I mean, he was not rude to her, but yet he was, he actually, in his kindness, was speaking truth to her. And yet, could you imagine, she's had five failed marriages. Now, many of you, and probably all have family members in some sort, in some realm, who've had maybe a failed marriage. And that's a horrible thing, and how hurtful that is, from both sides, actually, when you consider that. But think about it this way. Let's give her two years, she has a failed marriage. and then she tries again, and let's give it another two years, okay, and I would think it'd be much more than two, but I'm just saying two years, and then another failed marriage, and then another one, and then another one, and then another one, and if you give two years in between this, we're talking about 10 years now of failed marriage, probably much longer than that. Let me ask you a question. Do you think the woman is at all hurting? And now forget the commitment, it doesn't even work. So what is she doing now? She's just shacking up with a person. She's just living with a person. Everything about this, she feels guilty. She's talking to not just a Jewish person, she's talking to a Jewish rabbi. You say, how would you know that? Because Jesus would have worn the traditional rabbi dress. I mean, the garb of a rabbi. So he would have the tassels. Everything about this would have keyed into the fact, here he is, this Jewish religious teacher is in front of her and he's just exposed her as an adulterer. Now that's like, that's significant. How do you think she feels? Probably not too hot. But she's also shocked by this. Verse 19, the woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. Yes, you do, and you perceive correctly. He is the prophet of prophets. You go even further. Our fathers worshipped in this mountain, and ye say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. Now, what's going on there? Maybe it's a smoke screen. In other words, sometimes you're talking to people and sharing the gospel, and honestly, they start talking about something else. Oh, hey, who built the ark? Was it Moses or Noah? I can't remember. What was his name again? And you're thinking, where did that question come from? It could be that, or maybe she's actually asking, where do I go for the answer? You're the rabbi, tell me. here in Samaria or in Jerusalem. And actually Jesus responds in verse 21, He said unto her, He said, Woman, believe me that the hour cometh when ye shall neither in this mountain nor yet at Jerusalem worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what we know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. Now notice this, verse 25. The woman saith unto Him, I know that Messiah cometh, which is called Christ, and when He is come, He will tell us all things. So a number of years ago, I was on a plane flight. I actually was flying from Detroit, Michigan, and I was making my way to Greenville, South Carolina. And as I was making my way there, I sat beside a guy on the plane. And the guy actually I sat beside was a guy who was kind of from the same area. As we began to talk, we're about the same age. Both of us had had further education as well. And so we're talking, but the more I begin to talk to him, he began to reveal himself to me that there's no way this guy was a believer. His worldview was totally different than mine. everything about the way he spoke and just his actions and stuff to it. And I talked to him about his life for about, I don't know, 30 to 45 minutes until finally he looked at me and he said this, so Jeremy, what do you do? And I said, well, I'm an evangelist actually. I'm a traveling preacher. Now when I said this, he rolls his eyes right in front of me and he goes, oh, And then here's what he said, out of all places to sit on a plane, I end up sitting beside a preacher. And I didn't feel offended by that. I had been talking to him for a while too. And he said, Jeremy, I'm not trying to be mean or anything to you, but don't you realize that the Bible is written by man, it's filled with all kinds of errors. And don't you realize too, I mean, I know this is what you do for a living, but I mean, you have to know these things, don't you? I mean, he says, I mean, even for things like this, it's like, you know, Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah. You know, other people thought he made the claim, but he actually never made the claim. I said, really? Hold on a second. And I grabbed a Bible out and opened it up. I actually took it with John 4. I actually did exactly what I did with you guys, kind of gave a little running commentary as I kind of worked my way through that to verse 25. And again, the woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah cometh, which is called Christ, and when he is come, he will tell us all things. I said, do you mind reading verse 26 to me? And he says, sure, no problem. So he got the Bible and was looking at it, and here's what he said. He looked down at the Bible and says, and Jesus saith unto her, verse 26, I that speak unto thee am he." And then he goes, and he looked at me and he goes, well I guess he did make the claim. Yes, he did. Actually, if you knew the Greek language, he actually uses the phrase, ego eimi. I mean, the idea there is the great I am. It's like he's Jehovah God, human flesh. I mean, this is a pretty strong statement of him being Messiah, and yet God eternal there in human flesh. And this is amazing here, but that's really not quite the message, but you needed to see this. So here's our message, okay? Watch this. Verse 27, and upon this came his disciples. And they marveled that he talked with a woman, yet no man said, What seekest thou, or why talkest thou with her? The woman then left her waterpot, went her way into the city, and saith unto the men, Hey, come, see a man which told me all things that ever I did. Is not this the Christ? And they went out of the city, and they came unto him. In the meanwhile his disciples prayed to him, saying, Master, eat. But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. Therefore said the disciples one to another, and a thinny man brought him out to eat. Jesus saith unto them, My mead is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. Say not ye there yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the field, for they are white already to harvest. Actually, if you're taking any kind of notes tonight, maybe you'd call it White Unto Harvest. Maybe that's a simple title for this message. Let me pray and just ask God's blessing. Lord Jesus, I pray that you would stir our hearts tonight A Jew would use me tonight as I would proclaim the truth of the word. I pray for anybody in this room who's without Christ, that you would bring them to a saving knowledge of Christ. They would understand who Messiah is, and they would humble themselves in repentance and faith to Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords. They'd cry out to Him to be saved. God, thank you so much that you are the Savior, the Savior of the world, as your word teaches. But God, I also pray for those many in this room who are believers. There's been a time in many of my friends' lives here that they've humbled themselves and they've turned to Christ as their Savior. God, I just pray, would you stir them when it comes to seeing the fields widen to harvest? God, help us, especially during this time of year. Lord, what opportunity we have to have conversations and to get into the gospel around Christmas. So God, use us. Lord, I pray that you would bless this church as they would seek to reach their community and their world for Christ. Lord, stir them for this purpose. I thank you, God, for what you'll do. And God, use us as a team as we seek to minister the gospel in Sweden. Thank you, God, for what you're gonna do. Bless our time now and fill me with your spirit. Use us for your glory. In Jesus' name we pray and all God's people said, amen. As you notice in verse 27, I want to begin and simply say this. If you're taking notes, it's going to be an odd outline. Here we go. Ready? Number one, they didn't get it. That's number one. Actually, I'm talking about the disciples. At this point in time in the ministry, number one, they didn't get it. You say, what are you talking about? Notice verse 27. And upon this came his disciples, and they marveled that he talked with a woman. So wait a second, at the very right time, they come up to Jesus and this woman in this conversation. Now remember this, if they would have come any earlier in the conversation, Here's 12 men plus Jesus. Here's 13 now with this woman. Do you think the woman's gonna open up about her life at all? And I would say, no, it's not gonna happen. But they come up on the right timing. If they came any later, they would not learn the lessons they're getting ready to learn, which shows you that God is sovereign. There's no mistakes with God. God doesn't say, oops. This is a perfect timing for both this woman's conversation and Jesus, and yet the disciples hear this. Now, when they hear this, notice verse 27, they marvel. They're going, what in the world is he doing talking to the woman? Now, it says this, yet no man said, what seekest thou or why talkest thou with her? Now, here's John. He is telling you exactly what they're thinking. They're thinking, what in the world is he doing? Does he know? Like, this is not good. Okay, I don't know if you know this. Here's what's crazy. That culture at that time, do you realize this? During that time in that culture, you didn't speak to a woman in public. Now that's a lot, isn't it? I mean, the truth is, is we've already had conversations. We've taken hands with each other. We, you know, maybe you pat each other on the back as you're having a conversation with somebody. But can I tell you, in that culture, you didn't do that. That was taboo. And so for Jesus to have a conversation with this woman in public, I mean, this is not good. You could ruin your testimony, Jesus. But I'm glad that Jesus is not bound by culture. And yet, when you think about this, here they are, they're thinking this, but why doesn't anybody say anything? Why don't they say, hey, Jesus, don't you know this is bad? And notice, I mean, this could look like me looked like some form of prostitution, even. I mean, even in that culture, you were careful how you spoke to your wife in public. That's odd, okay? But here's Jesus, and they're thinking it, but nobody's saying it. Well, maybe, why not? Maybe because when you try to teach the rabbi, you realize, You don't teach the rabbi. He teaches you. Jesus doesn't need to learn anything from you. He already knows you, so there's no, here it is, it says, they're gonna say, I mean, remember Peter trying to teach the rabbi? Hey, when Jesus talks about going to Jerusalem, he's taking the hands of sinful men and gonna die and raise from the dead. What does Peter do? He pulls them aside and says, hey, you know, Jesus, you know, hey, don't talk like that, basically. And what does Jesus say to Peter? He says, get thee behind me, Satan. Basically, what was going on there was he was trying to tempt Jesus not to do God's will. And so what was going on was satanic in many ways, as a temptation. And he says, get thee behind me, Satan, because what you're saying is literally offending me, trying to cause me to sin. But you think about this, right here, it's like they're thinking it, but they don't say it, okay? But watch this, verse 28. Then the woman left her water pot and went her way into the city. She did what? She just traveled between a mile and two miles, it's gonna be a round trip, and she leaves her jug, her water pot, I mean, this tells you the conversation with Jesus was pretty serious and pretty impactful. And so the truth is, wait a second, she just leaves it, and then she goes into the city, she finds these men there, she says to these people in verse 29, come, see a man which told me all things that ever I did. Is not this the Christ? Question mark. I mean, if she would've said, hey guys, you won't believe, I found the Messiah, oh yeah, they would've went, uh, she's crazy. But the way she says it, he told me all these things that I did. Could this be the Christ? So now they're inquisitive. And they begin to make their way to Jesus, but it's gonna take some time, isn't it? Notice verse 30, they went out of the city and they came unto him. So in the meanwhile, what does his disciples do? Verse 31, his disciples prayed him saying, Master, eat. And I think it would be natural to go, like, good job, disciples. Because they're thinking about Jesus. Why are they saying, Jesus, you need to eat something? Because they've eaten something. And Jesus, you should eat something. Now remember, they went back to the city to go get food. Actually, it tells us that in verse 8, as Jesus is speaking to the woman at the well, His disciples, in verse 8, were gone away into the city to buy meat, to get some food. So they've eaten. Jesus, you need to eat. But then He said to them, I have meat to eat that you know not of. Therefore said the disciples one to another, hath any man brought him out to eat? I mean, everyone's wondering, like, this is odd, okay? It's like, John, did you bring him anything? And John's like, I didn't bring him anything. You know, Peter, did you bring him anything? Peter's like, I didn't bring him anything. Doubting Thomas, did you bring him anything? I think he would have said, I doubt it. But I don't know, that's just me. The point, though, is they're all really questioning, like, seriously, like, where did he get the food in verse 33? Now watch this, though. In verse 34, if you're not careful, you will glance over this and you will miss this unbelievable nugget. Watch this, in verse 34, and Jesus saith unto them, my meat is to do the will of him that sent me and to finish his work. My meat? is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish His work. Now wait a second. Take your Bible, hold your spot here, because we'll come right back to this, okay? So if you've got one of those little ribbons in your Bible or something like that, stop it there. But then go with me just probably a couple pages over, maybe a page over, to John chapter 6 verse 38. Now as we read this one, if you're If you're from some form of a cult, this could be a real struggle for you in verse 38, because notice what it says. In John 6, verse 38, Jesus says, I came down from heaven. Jesus preexisted, and he left heaven, and he came to this earth. I came down from heaven. Notice what he says, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. Jesus is all about doing God's will. Now, wait a second. If you go even further, remember the time where He's in the garden, He's praying. This is kind of near the point where He's going to go to the cross. And what does He do there? At that point, He's praying and it's agonizing prayer. I mean, it's great this sweat, this drops of blood. It's called hematidrosis. It's actually just this burst at heart. It's like everything about this is this unbelievable pressure that's on Jesus. He's getting ready to bear the wrath of God. And he even says this, God, if it be so, please let this cup pass for me. Now it's not just the physical suffering. The truth is that would be hurtful, but actually thousands of people during that time were actually crucified. So it's not just that, but yet Jesus is getting ready to bear the wrath of God on your account, on my account. And so if there's some other way, please God, let this cup pass from me. But then what does he say? He says, nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done. You know what you see in the life of Christ? He is so driven to do God's will. Now let me ask you a question. What drives you? And I don't mean my truck, you know, I don't, I'm not, I'm not talking like that. I mean, what gets you up in the morning? I'm not talking about your alarm clock, you know, but why do you live from day to day? Like what motivates you in life to actually do what you do every day? Because the truth is, is you might say, well, you know, it's about money. You gotta live, you gotta make money, you gotta eat and stuff like that too. Maybe it's stuff or You know, maybe we'd like to go hunting or whatever. It's hunting season, you know. I mean, you can have so many things. I mean, I live to finish after work, and I can go watch football, you know, whatever. Whatever it may be, but I'm just looking at you and saying, really, what drives you? Because what drives Jesus is God's will. And I wonder how often do we even consider the will of God for our life? It's not just a one-time choice, you know, some kind of career maker, but really, God, what do you want me to do every day where we submit ourselves to the very will of God and being driven by the will of God every day? The truth is, apart from that, you're living selfishly. And the truth is, is God has called us as believers not to live for self, but to live for him. So we should all be driven by the will of God. I often meet, sometimes, seniors who are graduating from high school, and I say, so what next? And sometimes they're like, well this, and then this, and then this, and maybe this. And I like to ask them, well, have you ever considered what does God want you to do? I mean, that should be, for believers, our main motivation. Now, go back to this, though, as we look at verse 34, because he says, my meat, or my greatest desire, more than even food to live by, is to do the will of Him that sent me. But notice the second part of that verse, verse 34 at the very end, and to finish His work. Now, it's not just about doing the will of God. Now, it's about this work to complete the work. Now, what is that supposed to mean, actually? Well, take your Bible, go to John chapter 17, okay? I'm gonna have you move a little bit more. John 17, in verse four, this is actually part of the high priestly prayer of Jesus. And in John 17, four, it says this. Jesus says in this prayer, I have glorified thee on the earth. I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. Now this is right before the cross. He's completing the work. What is that work? Actually, go even further. Go to John chapter 19 and look at verse 28. At this point now, Jesus is actually hanging on the cross. And here's some of his words from the cross. Verse 28 says this, and after this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith I thirst. Verse 29, now there was set a vessel full of vinegar and they filled the sponge with vinegar and put upon it hyssop and put it to his mouth. And when Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, it is finished. And he bowed his head and he gave up the ghost. What is finished? The work. It's paid in full. It's done. He's accomplished the work. What did he come to do? He came to actually fulfill the very redemptive work of the cross. When I consider this, and we go back to this whole idea of here's Jesus motivated, not just by God's will, but God's work. And again, what motivates you? You can actually say this about His disciples. At that time, you could say the disciples had only one thing on their mind, and that was to get something to eat. With souls ready to be saved, they didn't get it. They forgot the big picture in light of the moment. They were more concerned with their daily provisions of food. Does this sound familiar? I meet people and they say, you know, life's all about the family. Really? I mean, family is super important, but life is actually not all about family. People say stuff like, you know, life's about money. Life's about relationships. But I look at this and I go, wait a second here, we should be so motivated by the will of God and the very work of God that God's called us to do as true believers. Again, they didn't get it. But the truth is this, if you hang out with Jesus, guess what? He will help you get it. It's amazing what he does, his kindness. Now watch, number two, if you look at verse 35, is this, is they didn't see it. Okay, look closely at verse 35. He says this, say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest. Behold, I say unto you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, for they are white already to harvest. Now, if you're with Jesus, and He's teaching you, and He tells you in the midst of this teaching, He says, hey, listen, you have this saying within your culture, Four months, then cometh harvest. Okay, now that often, even some commentaries would simply say this. It's like a jingle within their culture. Maybe they would say that repeatedly to encourage them as they work the fields. Hey, four months, then comes harvest. Four months, then comes harvest. So maybe it was a jingle that they would kind of remind themselves to encourage themselves as they work hard that they will receive the reward of their labor. Okay, but wait a second. You got to say it in your culture. Four months, then comes harvest. But I say to you, Lift up your eyes and look on the fields, for they are white, all ready to harvest." Now, if you're with Jesus, and He says, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, what do you think you're going to do? I think you'll go, lift up, and I think you'll go, and look over at the fields, okay? That would be normal, but can I tell you this? Here's what's amazing about the book of John. John, we know where Jesus is at certain times of the year. You know why? Because he keeps attending these feasts. And so because of this, you can track it about this time of the year when he would have said, hey, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, they're white under harvest. Now, You don't have to be someone in agriculture to get this, okay? I mean, the truth is, there's wheat, and the wheat would start off a greenish color, would work itself up to a golden brown, and be a puffiness. They'd often call it white to harvest, meaning it's ready to be harvested. And yet we know this. Jesus was not saying, hey everybody, hey look over there, there's some wheat. Let's go get the wheat. I mean, that would be really odd. So what does he mean by this? Hey, lift up your eyes, look on the fields, they're white already to harvest. And they would lift up their eyes and they would have looked over at the fields, but at this time of the year, they actually were not white and to harvest. They would have been a greenish color. So what's amazing about this, they look up and they see this and they're thinking, no, they're not. But remember what's going on in this story. Jesus is often using word pictures to teach them when they lift up their eyes and look on the fields, who's making their way through the fields to Jesus. Remember this? It's going back and forth within the story. So now at this time, the perfect timing of this, lift up your eyes, look on the fields, they're white, are ready to harvest, and here come these Samaritans. Perfect timing. When you think about this for a minute and go, whoa, and now they go, no, they're not, you know, about the field. Then they see it and they're like, he's talking about the Samaritans, which is evidence. I mean, the truth is, as they're bobbing through the fields, making their way that way, actually the traditional garb of a Samaritan would have been a white head covering, and whether they were in the white head covering or not, the whole idea is he's obviously dealing with the Samaritans, and here they are, and they're all starting to see it. Oh, oh, oh, I see it now, the Samaritans. They're amazing. And I say this to go, isn't it amazing how God opens up our eyes to lost people? You know, it's interesting for me, God got a hold of my life. I was 17 years old. It was a major shift in my life, honestly, major shift. I began to walk with the Lord. I actually grew up in kind of Greenville, South Carolina, Simpsonville, South Carolina, and sure enough, I actually went to this school, Bob Jones Academy. I was an ACAD brat, you know, and my parents had no money to send us. They had five kids. They didn't have any money, but my grandparents actually helped us go to Christian school. They thought it'd be good to go to Christian school and helped us go through this. So sure enough, I mean, I am totally taking everything for granted and could care less. Honestly, so often I'm like, get me out of here. I don't want to be here, you know, but then God gets ahold of my life. It was a major shift. It was actually, it was actually at this, this little camp, you know, kind of called the wilds. Any of you ever heard about that? And so I was there, actually I did CIT, and while I was there, it's interesting how God just so stirred my heart. Actually, from the very first message I heard, I couldn't get it out of my heart, my mind, that God was speaking to me. That God was stirring me. I kept starting confessing sin in my life. By the midweek, I just said, okay, God, whatever it is, I just want to surrender my life to you. And I began to just yield my life to the Lord and give my life to the Lord. And that very next week, actually, for the first time in my life, I actually got to lead someone to Christ. I was an assistant to someone counseling, a guy named Bobby Wood, and it's kind of crazy. And I was at first, I was real mad, because I knew Bobby Wood. I'm like, Bobby Wood, he's a hypocrite. I know that guy. He was in the academy in the past. He's older than me. But actually, God had gotten a hold of his life that summer. And he began to share his testimony. It's interesting how God was just using this to encourage me. I remember as I came back, I came back for the first time my senior year of school. I really, not that I was in my senior year multiple times, but I'm going to say this for the first time, what I was saying is I honestly, I just, I had this longing and desire to spend time with God, to read the Bible daily. And I actually was doing this on a consistent basis. And I remember at some point in time, a friend of mine, his name is Brian Kane. Brian came to me and said, he said, Jeremy, he said, I feel really convicted because I feel like we never share the gospel. And I was like, wow, I feel the same way. Like in this bubble kind of deal thing. Why don't we do something about it? So you know what we decided to do? we decided to go to our downtown area, you know, Greenville, South Carolina, and actually share the gospel. Can I tell you something? I was so scared. We said, let's do this, okay? So he and I, we drove down there. You know, it's like a Thursday afternoon. I'm telling you, you know, people are moving around. I'm just like, oh, I'm nervous. I mean, we park, and I'm not joking. We're praying, dear Lord, help us today. You know, because we're gonna be martyrs probably, and help us. You know, we're so scared. You know, because people die in Greenville all the time for the gospel, you know. Anyway, and we're all nervous and I remember getting out and and and we don't know what to say and I got these gospel tracks I got this, you know, and I'm like, okay, and so this guy walks my way It's kind of a big guy that said hey, we're telling people about Jesus. Are you interested? Great approach Jeremy and and the guy says Sure. Honestly, my response was like, really? Okay. Hey, there's a park bench over here. So we actually sat down on this park bench and I'm so nervous. I'm like, what do I do next? And I reach in my back pocket. I had a little New Testament, and I opened it up, and what I had done is this, is I didn't even know the Roman's Road. This tells you, it's not like they didn't teach things, but I just wasn't listening in the past, and now here I was in this heartbeat, wanting to try to tell people about Jesus, but I was so nervous, and I turned to the back, because on that little white piece of paper thing that holds your Bible together, I had written out the Roman's Road. And so I'm like, okay. Romans 3.23, Romans 3.23, and I pointed to him and I said, can you read it? Okay, I was so scared. So here's this guy, and he reads Romans 3.23. Sure, he reads, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. I started talking to him about what sin was, and how we break God's laws, and how this doesn't please God, and doing wrong things, and I'm trying to explain this, but I'm like, I'm nervous, and I'm kind of flubbing with words, and yet, but the guy, he's listening to me, but he's looking at the Bible, and he's agreeing to the fact that sure enough, he has sinned, and the more we begin to talk about it, you could tell that he was, you know, there was something going on within his heart. What's interesting at that point, I'm thinking, okay, I think he understands that, but hold on. Romans 6, 23, can you read that? And then the guy takes that one and he reads this, for the wages of sin is death. And then he stops and he says, that's not good. And I said, yeah, it's not. I mean, the truth is, because we sin against God, the payment of that sin means that we're going to die. We're going to be separated from God forever. We're talking about hell here, and this is not good news. As I'm talking to him, can I tell you, I'm probably doing a better job explaining it even right now. But he's not looking at me, he keeps looking at the Bible. He's like focusing in on the scriptures. And then it goes on to say this, it says, for the wage of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. At that point, I asked him, do you know much about Jesus? We begin to have conversations about Christ and who he is, and as he was born of a special, a virgin, you know, and he lived in a way where he never committed sin. He who knew no sin would become sin for us. Actually, what's interesting is this, is I took him to Romans 5, 8, and had him read that one. And sure enough, he reads, but God commendeth. What is that? He demonstrates his love for us, even though we were sinners. Christ died for us. Is this guy, he's contemplating things again, he's looking and focusing on the word. And I'm saying, listen, you know, Jesus can save you. And yet he died on the cross and he was buried, and just like he said, he rose from the dead. I mean, the truth is, he can save you. And so Romans 10, verse 13, what does that say? It says, for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, they shall be saved. But what does that even mean? Well, verse nine tells him, so sure enough, he looks at verse nine, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. After he reads that, he says, I've never done that, but I need to. When he looked up at me, I didn't know quite what to say. I just was like, well, if God's working in your heart, you could cry out to him now. He looks up and sees vehicles and people and stuff. He goes, right here, right now? He looks down at the Bible, it seemed like a really long time, and then he said this, I need to. He began to cry out to the Lord just there where he was sitting. He called on the Lord to save him. I really do think the guy got genuinely converted. I mean, where he really was looking to Christ to be rescued from his sinful condition. And now the truth is, is this all happens, and I'm like kind of blown away by this, and you know, then it's kind of all done. He leaves, and when he leaves, I remember us getting in the vehicle, and we're like, whoa, that was amazing. Like the first time we go down to talk to people, someone gets saved, like one for one, like that's 100%, like that's really good odds. It must always be like that. It's not always like that. I think the Lord was encouraging us and blessing in that sense, but the truth is we would go out down, and you know what we started to do? We started to do this on a regular basis. We started, let's go talk to people on a consistent basis. Can I tell you what that does for your soul? I mean, we get to put a fire in our belly, you could say, and yet there are people dying and going to hell, and to share your faith is so amazing as you do this as a believer, because this is what God has us doing as true believers, and so we would do this on a consistent basis. Now, sometimes, I'll be honest, sometimes, He'd say, man, do you feel like going today? And I'd go, uh, no. Do you? He'd go, no. But we'd both say, well, we promise we're gonna go, okay? And so we'd go down and we'd pray. We'd even say, God, forgive us. We don't even feel like being here. But we do, we really want to share the gospel. Help us and change our heart. And you gave us five minutes. And I'm not joking, we would many times be there for well over an hour talking to people about Jesus. And then we'd walk back to the vehicle and say, whoa, we almost didn't go today. Like it's amazing, all the people you talk to, and the seeds, and the things that you planted, and the watering. I mean everything about this, it was like God was stirring us. And then here's what's going on for me. I'd be driving down the road in my vehicle, and I'd see a kid on a bike who's kind of driving on his, you know, on the sidewalk or something. And my mind would then say this. I would see this kid, I'd think, I wonder if that kid knows Christ. I would walk into a mall, normally kind of get my stuff and leave. But now I walk in, I see all these people. And I began to think, how many of these people are dying and going to hell? And who's going to tell them? God was starting to open up my eyes to see people and their condition. And actually what's amazing here is this is Jesus. Look on the fields, they're white and to harvest. Now the disciples, they didn't see it. But let me just tell you, if you hang out with Jesus, he'll help you see it. Now one last thing you have to see, okay, and have to get on this one. The last one would be this. Number three, they didn't do it. They didn't do it either. You say, what are you talking about, Jeremy? Notice even further, verse 35, as he begins talking about lifting up your eyes and looking on the fields or widening the harvest, look at verse 36. And he that reapeth receiveth wages and gathereth fruit unto life eternal. Well, that's good news that the truth is as you work and labor in the harvest field, you actually will receive the reward for this. and actually you're gathering fruit into life eternal, that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, one soweth and another reapeth. Man, that's exciting. Now wait a second though. When you look at this closely, that one soweth and another reapeth, that just means that we're all kind of working on the same team. Do you realize that? You realize I don't have like a gun up here and you know, and when someone gets saved, I kind of make a notch in it. No, I actually, I'm going to tell you a secret. Okay, here we go. Ready? As an evangelist, I can't save anybody. Some of you are like, well, Jeremy, you're like a loser evangelist, you know? I mean, hello, if you're any good, you should be able to save people. No, actually, I can't save anybody. Actually, you can't either. If you save somebody, they're in big trouble, okay? Jesus can save them, but yet, what do we do? We're all part of this process. Sometimes we plant, sometimes we water, but guess what? God's in charge of the increase. That's why I love this whole idea. It's like, yeah, I've heard people even say something where someone leads someone to Christ, and then he says, wait, what are you doing? You just stole my crown. What? That makes no sense. If actually someone leads a cousin of mine to the Lord tonight, can I tell you how much rejoicing will be in my heart? And the whole point is that we're all part of this process. And sometimes we plant, sometimes we're watering. God's the one in charge of the increase. But as he's saying all these things, notice verse 38, which is scathing, but yet loving with Christ. In verse 38, he says, I sent you to reap that whereupon you bestow no labor. Other men labored and ye are entered into their labors. Now, wait a second. Are you catching this? Guys, you're getting ready to reap. and you've actually put forth no work. Other people have. But don't worry, I'm gonna let you enter into their labors. Now, wait a second, think about this for a minute. Who's labored? Well, at this point, I mean, the woman, obviously, here's Jesus who's at the well, and he's ministering, and yet, hey, let me ask you a question. Is Jesus hungry? Because he's gone between some 15 and 20 miles that morning on foot. You try to do that, see if you're a little hungry. He's wearied with his journey. He's tired. And yet the disciples, let's go get food and get out of town. But here's Jesus. No, he is laboring for the sake of the gospel. He's exhausted. But yet here's a woman who needs Christ. And he's giving of himself more than food to even live by. He's ministering the gospel, the good news. But yet not only that, remember the woman says, I know that Messiah cometh, which is called Christ. And when he has come, he will tell us all things. Well, how would she know that unless somebody labored for the sake of the gospel at some point in her life, giving her truth? The whole point is that here these guys are, they've put forth no effort, and yet Jesus says, but don't worry, I'm gonna let you enter into their labors. You go even further, verse 39. And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman which testified, he told me all that ever I did. Whoa, that's amazing. So people can come to Christ through your testimony. But notice verse 40. So when the Samaritans were coming to him, they besought him that he would tarry with them, and he abode there two days. Wait a minute. That is not their mentality. Okay, if we're even here in the first place, why are we in Samaria? We should have avoided this place, but since we're here with Jesus, we might as well get some food and get out of town. I mean, that would have been their mentality. What are you talking about, lift up our fields or widen our harvest? No, they're not. Oh, he's talking about Samaritans. All of this is going on. They're starting to get it. They're starting to see it. And yet it's still, and their mentality was not there to stay longer, but they stayed there for two more days. Now, how many of you in this room have taken a mission trip before? You've gone somewhere on a mission trip. Man, isn't that amazing? That's awesome. I always tell people, don't save your money and go to Disney World. Save your money and go on a mission trip. I mean, the truth is about this, it does something to your soul. If you've ever ministered to people, and maybe even when you first went, you're thinking, okay, I'm excited about this, but I don't really know. But the more time you spend with people, what happens in your heart? God begins to stir you and give you a love and a burden for those people. This is exactly what's going on here. So their mentality, let's get our stuff, get out of town, but no, they stay there for two more days, and notice verse 41, and many more believe because of his own word. They hear the words of Jesus, they respond to this, and it is said unto the woman, now we believe, not because of thy saying, for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this indeed is the Christ, the Savior of the world. Wow. They had actually a greater vision and understanding of the gospel than even the disciples at this time. But what's amazing about this to me is I look at this and go, the disciples weren't actually doing it, but we know they did. Remember, because we have the rest of the story, like Paul Harvey used to say, you know what I mean? And I say that to remind us, wait a second, remember, in Acts chapter one, verse eight, it's really the theme of the book of Acts, but you shall receive power, and after that, the Holy Ghost will come upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto me, in where? In Jerusalem, and then Judea, and then where? Samaria, and then where? The uttermost parts of the earth, the world. Can I tell you, when you read the book of Acts, you realize they saw it, they got it, and by God's grace, they did it. Now, what about you and me? Do you? I mean, maybe we should entitle this message, Do We Get It? Because the truth is, you hang out with Jesus, and I think that you can't get away from the fact that people are dying and going to hell, and God has ordained people to reach people. And yet this is a season where you're going to see relatives. You're going to see people. And the truth is, some of you have already seen relatives. And I think about this, and my mind races to a friend of ours named Rich Tozer. When I think of Rich, it's interesting because Rich Tozer, you know what he told me? It wasn't even him that said this, it was his cousin. We were in a church in New Jersey and his cousin came to me and said, he said, you know, you probably met my cousin, you know, Rich. And so we started laughing, oh yeah, yeah, I know Rich Tozer. And so we started talking, you know what he said? He said, you know, I would see him at family gatherings and he used to annoy me. and I couldn't get away from him because every time I saw him, he seemed like he would kind of like, you know, try to share the gospel with me. And so I'm literally, I would always try to make a beeline. I just kind of would get away and get away. He goes, at one time, I kind of snuck out of this house. I was trying to go to my car and I go out there and sure enough, there's Rich. He said, he began to share the gospel like he would do in the past. He said, but that day, God so stirred my heart. I knew I needed to get saved. He said, my cousin years ago led me to Christ. I'm so thankful he was persistent. I thought, wow, and it was over some kind of a family gathering, like a Thanksgiving or a Christmas time. I thought, well, you know, we all have families that are coming in, or we're going to them, and we'll see people. There are people all around us, and they think Christmas is all about some guy in a big red suit, you know? And if you're a good person, he kind of gives you these gifts, you know? Wait a second, it's not about that. They think Easter is about a bunny that lays chocolate eggs. Hello. Bunnies don't like chocolate eggs, you know what I'm saying? I mean, I look at this and I'm thinking, this is interesting to me that we have such an opportunity for the sake of the gospel at this time of year, out of any other time of the year, what an opportunity. May God help us take it. As I say this and kind of conclude, can I tell you what's amazing? I think about my friend Brian, Brian Cain. You know what's crazy? My friend Brian is a missionary to Cambodia. You could say he's in a really dangerous place of the world. He's in tribal areas and he's kind of helping translation work and teach the pastors really the Bible and really helping really the nationals. It's amazing what God's doing. He's working with this missionary named J.D. Crowley and just it's really really neat. He's been doing this for a while. He's very gifted linguistically and so it's really kind of neat. But who would have thought that these two stinkers would ever do anything, honestly, except for maybe be in prison, I don't know. And yet to look back and go, wow, it's God's kindness and God's mercy and His grace that He could use either one of us. And the truth is, I know this, and my friend Brian would say the same thing, if He can use either one of us, He can use anybody. But may God help us see it, do it, and get it. May God help us. Let's pray this evening. Father, we're so thankful for your word that is so good to us. Lord, for you and your kindness to give us this word that we can know truth, not just that we look around and we see the revelation from the world, we realize there is a creator because we look at the creation and it demands an intelligent designer. for a big explosion to happen and out comes great order makes no sense. And yet our world willfully ignores and willfully goes against Almighty God. But Lord, there are some in this world, as you have so stirred them and as you open up their eyes, they see the creation, they see that there is a creator. There's some God, as they begin to see the specific revelation from Scripture, the preached word of God. The truth is how you use the foolishness of preaching to bring people to repentance. God, I pray that we would love people like you loved them. We would see them as you saw them. We would pray that you, Lord of the harvest, would send forth labors into your harvest. And dear God, may we all say, here am I, Lord. Send me. God, use us. Lord, may we long to do your will. May we long to do and be a part of your work. God, you've called us to do. So God, I thank you for what you're gonna do. Stir your people for your namesake. And God, save souls through this message. with our heads bowed and our eyes
