Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. One of the first things we notice here is a shift in the metaphor that takes place. There's a shift in Jesus being the shepherd, him now being the door. The shepherd becomes the door. Figurative language can work that way. And so Jesus is both. He's not one or the other. He's not the shepherd and something else is the door. He's not the door and somebody else is the shepherd. He is both. Spurgeon said, no one metaphor can fully describe our glorious Lord, for He is both shepherd and door of the sheep. You have this kind of thing going on in a lot of places in Scripture. One of my favorite places is the book of Hebrews. He's both, isn't He? He's the one who offers the sacrifice, and He offers Himself. He is the sacrifice. When Jesus says, I am the door, He's obviously speaking symbolically, figuratively, metaphorically. He isn't claiming to be a wooden door with hinges. That's obvious. He is representing in spiritual terms, something that a door is to a room, or in this case, what a gate is to a sheep pen. He is stating that he, and he alone, is the door to salvation and blessing. He is the one who provides access This is the third of seven I Am statements Jesus made about himself that is recorded in the Gospel of John. These I Am statements are unique to this gospel. And each of the I Am statements is a pithy statement that brings us face to face with some monumental truth about the Lord Jesus Christ. Each of the I Am statements have distinct overtones of divinity. Because the I Am goes back to Exodus 3, and how God revealed himself to Moses at the burning bush, I Am who I Am. And Jesus shows up and says, I am. I'm the bread of life. I'm the light of the world. I am the door. We look tomorrow morning, I am the good shepherd. Chapter 11, I am the resurrection and the life. Chapter 14, I am the way, the truth, and the life. And chapter 15, I am the true God. So here Jesus says, I am the door, that he is the door, that salvation and all blessings are found in and through Him. He saves, and that word saved is used here, and He bestows life. That word life is used in this portion of Scripture. So Jesus came to save. Jesus came to give us life, an abundant life. seen in the previous section, and we see now, they were thieves and robbers. And here, they are said to come to steal, to kill, and to destroy. Now, you will notice something interesting about these two statements, verse 7, verse 9, when Jesus says, I am the door. In the first, Jesus said he was the door of the sheep. In the second, that language is broadened to include anyone. You see that word in verse nine? In other words, Jesus is the door of salvation to both Jews and Gentiles. A.W. Pink, I was happy to see. He followed that line as well, and he helped me to formulate some of my thoughts here. Our Lord says in verse 16, we, God willing, will come to that tomorrow as well, I have other sheep which are not of this folk, which most certainly means Gentiles there. And I think here in verse 9, when He includes anyone, He means Gentiles as well. So this tells us that Jesus has an elect people among the Jews, and He has an elect people among the Gentiles. So we're going to be looking at both of these statements. I am the door of the sheep, and then I am the door if anyone enters in by me. So in the first, He's the door for Israel. In the second, He's the door of the Gentiles. The door is the same. There isn't a Jewish door and a Gentile door. The door is one. And anyone can enter in, Jew or Gentile. Is the gospel for the Jew only? No. Also for the Greek. Paul often said that, both to Jew and to Greeks. to both Jews and Greeks, repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. And the most well-known verse, I suppose, would be Romans chapter 1, 16. The gospel is the power of God unto salvation. The power of God, salvation for who? Everyone who believes. For the Jew first, and also for the Greek. So let's focus our attention and the door for the Gentiles. We begin with Jesus at the door of Israel. You probably recall these words from Matthew chapter 10, verse six. Jesus came to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. He did not come exclusively for them, but he came first and foremost as Matthew chapter 1 says, to save His people from their sins. Now, we believe that means all those whom the Father gave Him to save, no matter what ethnic dissent they are, no matter what color their skin is, no matter what sex they are. He came to save His people from their sins. But in the context of Matthew's gospel, His people, probably the elect among the Gentiles or among the Jews rather. And that, I'm convinced, is the meaning here in verses 7 and 8. Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. All who came before me, and he's going back a ways. He's speaking to those people then, but all the false teachers even prior to him. In the Old Testament Scriptures, God redeemed people in Israel, and they were often referred to as his sheep. His people, the sheep of his pasture. Psalm 110, so on. So within the chosen nation, there was always a chosen remnant. And Jesus used similar language. His sheep hear His voice, we've seen. He knows them, He knows them by name. He calls them, they follow Him. We read this in Psalm 95, verse seven. For He is our God, and we are the people of His name. and the sheep of his hand. That's those who were truly regenerate among the nation of Israel. And Jesus here declares that he is the Lord of the sheep. The sheep refers to those in the household of Israel who recognize that Jesus was the Messiah. Romans chapter nine, verse six, they are not all Israel. who are of Israel. A person may be a physical descendant of Abraham, but not one of the Lord's sheep. Israel is an elect nation, but not all members of the elect nation were children of God. The great Puritan John Flavel said this, if Abraham's faith be not in your hearts, recounts blood, runs through the veins. Would it go up that some evangelicals in this day and age would believe that? Because a lot of evangelicals seem to indicate that all Jews are God's elect people still, and all is well with them. But the people of the nation Israel need to turn to Jesus as a Messiah just like anybody else does. and recognize him as the Christ of God and be converted. To be part of Israel was a spiritual advantage because the promises of God were made in bulk to the nation of Israel, Romans chapter nine, verses four and five. But each individual Jew had to be converted. And only those who believed in God and his promises were counted as righteous. Genesis 15-6 was quoted several times in the New Testament. Abraham believed God and was accounted unto him for righteousness. So Abraham is what we call a Christian. He knew God, had a saving relationship with God, stood justified in the sight of God. But there were many other Jews who didn't know God. They were among the chosen nations. They have no personal faith. So there's a distinction among Israelites. Some are Israelites only by natural descent. They're Jews because they're not Russians. They're not from South America. They're not Japanese. They are Jews. They are by blood, by natural descent, Jews. Others, however, are Jewish by natural descent also, but they are children of the promise. They are the elect of God. We would sometimes refer to them as the spiritual seed of Abraham. Have you ever witnessed to a Jew before? It's not an easy thing to do. Because they think being a Jew entitles them to eternal life. That all is well with them. can be in a Christian home, even in our churches, and think all's well with them. Because mom and dad, you're Christian. It's true to have us be. No, you must individually come to faith in Jesus. So a Jew, to be saved, must enter through the door, the same as anybody else. It is not a matter of biology. It is a matter of faith in Jesus Christ. And no one can enter the kingdom without going through the door, and the door is Jesus. So it's not physical descent that counts. It is faith in Jesus Christ. When Jesus came, he came in particular to call the lost sheep of the house of Israel. You remember our statement we find in the Gospel of John, chapter one, verse 11. He came unto His own and His own did not receive Him. The ESV translates that He came to His own and His own people did not receive Him. That He came to His own means that He came to His own property, He came to the world He created. That He came to His own people means that He came to the covenant people of the nation sent a deliverer, rejected Him. By and large, they turned away from Him. Of all people, they should have recognized Jesus as the Christ. Of all people, they should have welcomed Him as their Lord. But there was a remnant among the Jews. They heard the voice of the shepherd and they followed him. But most of the people in Israel who were under this corrupt leadership of men like the Pharisees stayed within Judaism. And Jesus here refers to these corrupt leaders in verse eight. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. Now, Jesus did not have in mind here faithful leaders in Israel in days past. He's not thinking of men like Moses, and Joshua, and Samuel, and David, and Isaiah, and Ezekiel, Daniel, and all those prophets. He's referring to Israel's false shepherds. men who spurred the faith and taught error. They led people astray. They taught falsehood. One of the marks of our Lord's sheep among the Israelites is that they did not listen to the false shepherds. They recognized the distinct voice of the shepherd and they followed him. They were not deceived. His sheep will not hear one who comes in his name. They will hear the truth. They will hear him. They will follow him. Jesus said in the Olivet Discourse that false Christs and false prophets will arise and perform signs and wonders to lead astray, if possible, the elect. Oh, there are many pretenders. There were in those days, and there are many in our day. In those days, some of them could even perform some signs and wonders, and so convincing He says they might deceive even the elect, yet they're not able to deceive God's people. That text says, if it were possible. But it's not possible. God will guard His elect. John, writing in his first letter, spoke of those who went out from us. And then he said they were not of us, for had they been of us, they would have continued with us. and that they withdrew, prove that they did not hold to the truth that saves. And I think our Lord has that kind of thing here in mind in chapter 10. Continuance in the truth is a hallmark of the Lord's people. That is an identifying characteristic of the Lord's sheep. And so the Lord's sheep refused to hear the substitute voices of the false shepherd. They followed Jesus. They believed that he was the promised Messiah. It wasn't popular to believe that. It's easy to get on the bandwagon when everybody's going that way. It's a different story entirely to be one of the few that believes. And you may be persecuted. You may be ridiculed. You may be mocked. But the real sheep did not listen to them. And I take you back to the man born blind in John chapter 9. He didn't listen to the Pharisees. He belonged to Jesus, the true shepherd, the one and only door for the Jews. and speak to them about Jesus and lay before them in plain terms that they must come to Jesus. Take this passage from Isaiah 53. All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned every one of us to our own way, and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of sin. Jesus is not only the door for the Jews, he's also the door for the Gentiles. He has other sheep besides those of this chosen nation. And again, verse 16, to which we're coming to tomorrow. But Jesus speaks of them here now. Look at verse 9. I am the door. Before he said, I am the door of the sheep. Now he says, I am the door. If anyone enters by me, What's the result? He will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. Thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came, and here's the second purpose, that they may have life and have it abundantly, have it to the full, have it more abundantly. So the new thing here, And this second I am the door statement is this beautiful word, anyone. Who may enter through the door? Anyone. Jew or Gentile may enter. Black or white may enter. Old or young may enter. Man or woman may enter. Boy or girl may enter. Jew may enter. I may enter. But there's only one door. Jesus is the door. He is the only way to heaven. How many ways are there to heaven? Two? Three? Four? Five? One. Who is the door? Jesus. So what the apostles preached, Peter, John, Acts chapter 4, Verse 12, there's salvation no one else for there's no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Uses that word saved there as he uses here in this text. The point made by Jesus in John 10 is that he is the door and anyone may enter. There's only one entryway in the sheepfold and Jesus is the entryway for all who will be. All who will go through the door. Going through the door is an act of faith. The teaching in this text is the same that we find in another Ryan statement. The sixth of the seven, John chapter 14, verse six, I am the way, the truth, the life, And no one comes to the Father except by me. I don't know if there's anything Jesus said more disputed than that in our day and age. It's regarded as narrow and bigoted to say that Jesus is the only way. And when we show people, well, that's what He said. He didn't say, I am that way. I am the way. He didn't say, I am a truth. You have your truth, we have our truth. He's the truth. I am the way, the truth, and the life. There's life in no one else. It is in Jesus Christ. It wasn't so long ago that that affable, likable comedian, actor, game show host, Steve Harvey, said, There's no one way to heaven. No one way to paradise. It's like television. Now, there's over 800 channels on cable, and they're all pretty entertaining, so I'm pretty sure that to get to heaven, there's got to be more than one route, because somebody watching another channel or taking another channel than you, they're still getting entertained, and they're probably still getting to heaven. He is a real likable guy. He's a funny guy. Family feud guy. That's the fellow who said this. And what he said resonates with a lot of people. That is a popular opinion held by people in these modern pluralistic times. But I would say to you that Steve Harvey either doesn't believe the Bible, or he doesn't know the Bible, because the Bible teaches quite clearly that there's only one way to heaven, and that way is through Jesus Christ. Dear friends, there's one door. If you don't go through that door, you cannot be saved. If you would be saved, if you want to have the forgiveness of sins, you must go through that door. Paul Washer recently said, the true gospel is radically exclusive. Jesus is not a way, he is the way, and all other ways are no way at all. I mean, anyone wants to come, can't they? You may. You're invited to come. Believe. We're not exclusive. We can say anybody can be saved. Come to Christ. He will save you. He will forgive you. But we're exclusive. Plus, there's only the one way. You can't go to Buddha to get there. You can't go to Muhammad to get there. You can't go to Confucius and get there. You can't go to the priest down at the local Catholic church and get there. You can't pray to Mary to get there. One way. Jesus Christ. But it's this exclusivity that offends people. But we believe Jesus. And let us, to our dying breath, preach Jesus and Him crucified. Preach Him as the way, the truth, and the life. The only door by which one enters into the blessings of salvation and eternal life. Those who do not believe that Jesus is the way to life, the Bible says they will die in their sins and they will enter eternal punishment in a place called hell. No eternal paradise, but eternal hell. Jesus said, just go back to John chapter eight, verse 24, for unless you believe that I am he, that I am the Son of God, that I am the Christ, the Messiah, you shall die in your sins. Oh, that is a sobering truth. It is a horrible thing. I got to speak to an uncle many years ago in California. I was a trial and I was going to witness to him. I didn't get to see him very often. Florida, on the Napa Auto Parks. But those who die in their sins face eternal separation from God. And that is a horrible thought, but it is true. And we must proclaim it. I found that preaching on the streets, if you preach Jesus, that's the only way you'll either get spit in your face or cursed. People don't like to be told there's only one way. Dear friends, if you reject Jesus, who graciously and freely offers you eternal life, you will be cast into hell where you will dwell with doomed angels forever and ever. The one who believes has eternal life, and the one who refuses to believe in the Son You will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on Him. So let me tell you as plain as I can, if you're not a Christian and you die in your sins and go to hell, you have no one to blame but yourself. The gospel is set before you. You read the words of Jesus. I'm the door. By me, if anyone enters, we'll be saved. And we'll go in and out and find the pastor. No greater calamity could befall a human being to die in their sins and be separated from God for all eternity. In light of the overwhelming evidence that Jesus is who he said he is, and we're in it is surrounded by the truth of his claims. He healed a man born blind, gave him sight. Who would have done that before? Who is he? Later on in chapter 10, Jesus calls people, not just listen to my words, look at my works. If you find it hard to believe what I said, believe in the things I do. The works that I do, they show that I am who I am. In light of the overwhelming evidence that Jesus is who he claimed to be, unbelief is inexcusable. And those Pharisees who heard Jesus died in their sins, rejecting him as Messiah, while they were looking for another. So what matters is not what Steve Harvey says about salvation. In fact, what matters is not what Andy and Don Lee say about it. Frank, what did Jesus say? What does the Bible say? And we just try to bring to you faithfully what the word of God says. What matters is what Jesus said, and he said there are not any doors. door. You want to be forgiven of your sins? You want to go to heaven when you die? If you do, there's only one way to go. That's faith in Jesus Christ. The one and only way to escape condemnation and to be forgiven of your sins. Now, entering that door is an act of faith. We may, we didn't think about it. But we entered a door to get into this building. You will enter a door when you go home. We're going in and out doors all the time, aren't we? We don't even consciously think about it. You've got to consciously think about this. There's a door. You're invited to enter. Faith only and Jesus only. That's what was required of the blind man, John Knight, Verse 35, do you believe in the Son of Man, Son of God? Lord, I believe. Did you know that's why the Apostle John wrote this Gospel? John chapter 20, verse 31, I wrote this so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing in Him, you might have life for His name. It is by faith alone and Christ alone. We're not invited to climb over a wall. to sneak our way, you ever sneak your way into a ball game, or into the theater, or something like that? We're not invited to sneak in, and yet that's what a lot of the religious leaders were trying to help people to do. If they were thieves and robbers. We're not even called to buy a ticket. $100. Roman Catholic Church would try to peddle that one on you. That's the whole thing of purgatory. You know the history of purgatory? You got a loved one that you're sure is in hell, you just paid a bunch of money. Tetzel, during the Reformation, went into the pot, the money rains, assault and purgatory springs. Some of the mafia movies. Boy, you got some of these Italian ladies giving all they can scrape up to give to get their mafia-killed husbands out of purgatory into heaven. No, you don't buy a ticket. You don't perform some ritual or some deed. It's not by works of righteousness, which we have done. We're not justified by the works of the law, but through faith in Jesus. For by the works of the law, no one will be justified. So Jesus is the door, and those who enter by simple faith are saved. And all who enter by the door receive life. Now I want you to notice these two words, saved and life. Look at the text again. I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved. And go in and out and find the pastor. Thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. Notice the next word. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." Salvation and life. That's what you get when you enter the door, when you come by faith to Jesus Christ. The first word is saved. I guess that word has fallen out of popular use today. I think there are preachers talk about God saving people. That may mean they're in a desperate condition. Well, yeah, that's what it means, right? If you need to be saved, you're in a mess, you're in trouble. It's a crises word. I'm drowning! It means saving. And you need someone to jump in and save you. So it's a word that's fallen out of popular use. But you can't think of the word saved without thinking of the terrible plight man is in. That's why he needs to be saved. We're sinners. All sin comes short of the glory of God. Foul, wicked heart. We need saving. And that's why Jesus came into the world, isn't it? Oh, don't we love that text? 1 Timothy 1, verse 15, Christ Jesus. I read this story two different ways, two different ways because two different texts were used, but I suspect both texts were used. Spurgeon, when he was going to preach, I believe it was at the Crystal Palace, a huge place, and he goes in, the empty auditorium, and he's trying his voice out. He didn't have a nice little microphone on him. You weren't called to preach in those days unless you could bellow. You had to have a voice that could project to preach because they say George Whitefield could be heard from a mile away. Benjamin Franklin said that. So Spurgeon's chested his voice out, boy. How would a preacher do that? Testing, one, two, three, now. Oh, what a text. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am chief. There was a workman in that place that day. Those very words quickened his heart and he was converted. came into the world to save sinners. He came to seek and to save that which is lost. Oh, let's talk about forgiveness, reconciliation, redemption, justification. Let's talk about salvation too. We need to be delivered. We need to be rescued from our sins. And God sent His God's plan was for him to bear our sins in his own body on the tree. On that cruel cross, he became our substitute for sin. I got to meet James Montgomery Boyce once. He had a sister that lived in Huntsville for a number of years. He would come and preach occasionally at Calvary Bible Church. The pastor there owed me a favor It's found in his commentary on John chapter 10. And I want to share it with you. It's a precious story. It's how a woman was converted when she came to hear Donald Gray Barnhouse preach at 10th Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. I'm going to read the story to you. A number of years ago, a woman sat in the pew of the Presbyterian Church of Presbyterian, which I now serve as pastor. At the time, the pastor was Donald Ray Barnhouse. He was talking about the cross and the need for people to believe in Christ who died upon it. The woman I'm talking about is not a Christian. She had been raised in a religious home and had heard about Jesus. She had heard about the cross, but she did not understand these things. and therefore obviously had never actually trusted Jesus Christ for her salvation. In order to make clear that for salvation, only believing Jesus Christ is necessary, Barnhouse said, imagine that the cross has a door on it. All you're asked to do is go through. On the one side facing you, there is written an invitation, whosoever will may come. there with your sin upon you, and you wonder if you should enter or not. Finally, you do, and as you do, the burden of your sin drops away." That's a little John Bunyan language from Pilgrim's Progress there. You are safe and free. Joyfully, then you turn around and you see written on the backside of the cross, through which you have now entered, the words chosen in Him. before the foundation of the world. Barnhouse then invited all who were listening to enter. The woman later said this was the first time in her life she'd really understood what it meant to be a Christian, in her understanding, and in that moment she believed. She believed right then and there, in that church, at that The rest of her life bore witness to the fact that a great change had occurred and that she was God's child. I'm certain of the facts of this story because that mom was my mother. What a moving story. Can you see the door on the cross? That vertical beam and there's a door. Enter the Lord. He who knew no sin became sin for us when He hung on that tree. We who believe in Him have the righteousness of God imputed to us and credited to our account. But you must enter the Lord. There's a way back to God from the dark paths of sin. There's a door that is open, and you may go in. At Calvary's cross is where you began when you come as a sinner to Jesus. Whoever enters the door will be saved. Will be saved. Go in and out and find pasture. What in the world does that mean? Remember, we're talking about the one who is a shepherd and the door as well. And to go in and out and find pasture is shepherding language. It means that in Christ we are free and secure. He's watching over us and protecting us. And we go in and out, there's safety. We feed upon the grass. We feed upon him. Those who come to God through Christ are not left unguarded to spiritual, savage attacks. We're under his care. Passage read earlier. 1 Peter chapter 5, he's the chief checker. This point comes front and center later on in the chapter. Well, that's the first word, saved. Second word is life. Notice verse 10, the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came, why? That they may have life and have abundantly. To have life in the gospel of John means eternal life. Sometimes it's just life as it stands alone. Sometimes it's eternal life. They're interchangeable. So Jesus saves us from our sins and he gives to us life in his name. It's the life that doesn't end, but it's also life that has a qualitative feature to it. It's more than duration of life, it's quality of life. It is forever life in the presence of God, but it's also new life here and now. And I think in this text, the emphasis is more on the life that he gives us here and now than it is even on the eternal life, which is certainly embedded in that. And we see that in the expression about having life and having it more abundantly. The NIV translates that life to the full. He gives us all that we need. What's the chief in the man? Chief in the man is to glorify God. And we usually stop there. But it is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. That's what you do when you have life. When your soul is quickened and you're not dead toward God anymore. You're alive toward God because the life of God is in your soul. And it's abundant life. It is full life. Did you know God made and have life that is abundant? Did the fall shepherds have anything like that to disturb? Not at all. Fall shepherds don't give. They take away. They came to steal, to take what you got away. They came to kill. They came to destroy. They had no thought for the well-being of the sheep. life in the present to the full, even in the midst of toil and trouble. I frequently hear people say, I don't think I could have made it through this tough time in my life had it not been for Jesus. I've said that myself. I know why that's why. And we often say, I don't know how people without Christ get through trials and troubles. Well, how do we get through them? Hear Him now, and oh, we have that life which endures forever. And no one can take it away. No man can snatch us out of His hand. And He goes on to say, we're in the hand of the Father. We're in a double divine rhythm. We're in the hands of Jesus, hands of the Father. And we can't get out of that, He keeps us. For those who go through the door will be safe, you'll find life and have it abundantly. I'm sorry, Joel Osteen, we don't have our best life now. We've got a good one, but the best is yet to come. Fully satisfying now, when we leave these shores and enter God's presence. I'm gonna finish tonight pleading with those of you who are not Christians to enter the door and be saved. You've stood outside and peered through and looked through the door to see what's on the other side too long. Can you imagine a room full of blessing? Wow, what's on the other side of that door? You never know unless you go through that door. To have salvation, forgiveness of your sins. to have this kind of wonderful life, you must go through the door. Only one way, and that is through faith in Jesus Christ. And the door is open now. It is open to you, it is open to me. And he bids us in. There's coming a day when that door will forever And no man will enter. That's why I plead with you. Enter now. Don't wait for tomorrow. Don't say, I'm going to do this next week. I'm going to do this on my 16th birthday. I'm going to do this before I die. No. Do it now. So we, a couple of us, we had in our church. Two weeks ago, three weeks ago yesterday, their 17-year-old son went into their house, this is their grandson, went into his house, sat down in an easy chair, and died just like that. Aortic aneurysm. Enter, how you may. One of my favorite preachers was a Scotsman by the name of Robert Berry McShane. His letters, his sermons, all so precious and good, he died at the age of 29. 29. Oh, what he accomplished. He's written so many wonderful letters. I love to read letters that Christians write. And here's a letter that he wrote as he pled with his congregation. Oh, my brethren, if I could promise you that the gospel door would stand open for you a hundred years, still it would be part of true wisdom to enter it now. Or if I could say for fifty or twenty or ten, it would still be more the part of true wisdom to enter in. But I cannot say for one year. More for one month. More for one day. All I can say is that Christ now is the door. Today, there's a way of pardoning. And eternal life is open before you. Tomorrow. So no matter who you are, no matter what you have done, Jesus did you in. It's open for all. Don't be content just to know that the door is open. Father, make this word effectual to our hearts. We thank you for these precious words that come from the Lord Jesus himself. He wanted us to know that he was the door. He said it twice. He wanted the Jews to know it. He wanted the Gentiles to know it. He wants all of us to know that he is the door. And if we enter by him, we'll be saved. If we enter by him, We will have life. What more should we want or desire than that? Save the lost tonight. Young girl, young man, older person.
