That's what they say. It's good to be in the Lord's house this morning, meet with you this morning. We are the Lord's house. I'm thankful to be together in assembly, together with one another. Let's look in Hebrews this morning. We'll try. By the help of God, say something that might bring glory to his name, help us as the church. But we might. I think really this whole thing is seeing more of him. And just who we have and what we have in him. That's the core of it. It's him, he's the center, the nucleus, if I could say, all things. are held in by him, brother. That's where the power of that, but all things are held in by him. And the whole universe, the whole world, everything that we know is held in place by him and travels in directions in the way that he wants it to travel. It's amazing to me, everything, brother, is seen and not seen. According to the scriptures, what he said, that, thank God, I'm thankful that I'm here this morning And I'll say it's only by the grace of God. That's the only reason why you're here this morning, by the grace of God. It's the only reason why you're even alive this morning, by the grace of God. Much less meet with the people of God this morning. That's the grace of God. If it wasn't, you wouldn't be, and if it wasn't, I wouldn't be either. Hebrews chapter six this morning, I'm gonna read a little bit. We'll look in some other scripture. May the Lord help us and may he get glory to his good name and he'd be lifted up. Hebrews chapter six, I'm gonna read a few couple of verses. We've said something about it, but I'll move on. I just wanna read them and then we'll go forth from there. He said in verse four through verse six, I'm gonna read them, I'm gonna move on. I promise you, we're just gonna read them. He said it is impossible for those who were once in us. He says impossible. Once enlightened, I've tasted of the heavenly gift and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost. I think that's the main line right there in the scripture, in these verses of scripture. He said, made partakers of the Holy Ghost. And I've tasted the good word of God and the powers of the world to come. He said, if they shall fall away, notice this, to renew them again under repentance. Notice this. renew them again. That has to denote that it's already taken place. Yes, it wouldn't be renewed, it'd just be doing it. It would not be again, it'd be the first time. We know and believe this morning, Church, If a person, I'm talking about that's between them and God, but if they're truly saved by the grace of God and repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, but listen, that's a work that God does at salvation. You understand that? But repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and the salvation work of God, that's done one time, Brother Todd. There's no way that you can be renewed back to that again. It's already taken place. He said it's impossible. It can't happen. He said, sin, they crucify unto themselves the Son of God afresh and put him to an open shame. To crucify him again, that's not gonna happen. It can't happen. and you died with him once, you'd have to die again, he'd have to die again for this to take place, brother. How do you say it's impossible? That's what would have to happen. You'd have to die again, which means the Lord would have to be crucified again, brother Robert, and that's not, that's not, he says it's impossible. Just believe what God says. He's the saints of God he's speaking to here. And there's a lot of debate in this, and you read, if you read out to other men, you'll see all kinds of stuff said about this, I read a little bit, I read a little bit after several men, I'll be honest with you. And I put it down and I said, Lord, you just tell me what it says. and he's speaking to children of God, and they were in an old covenant, and they had come into a new covenant, and they was struggling, and they was having a hard time then, I believe, and they was struggling with really resting in the new covenant, they was struggling with going on forward in the new covenant, and they just had struggles. in the old covenant time, brother Hyatt, they've done it and known it their whole life, they've told it to their children, generation after generation after generation, what God had given them, what God received, what God accepted for a time. They've done that for years, I mean years upon years upon years upon years. We're not talking about a hundred years, we're talking about a thousand years, they've done it now. Christ, thank God, He did away with old that He might establish the new. The new is established now, but these His folks now, these His folks has come out of this. And they ain't been long out of it, some of them. And some of them, thank God, has been born into the world and now they're in a new covenant, but still rather high. They're being taught this and they're being learned this by a generation and a group of people that knew the old way. Notice this, he said, for the earth, verse seven, which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it and bringeth forth herbs, meet for them by whom it is dressed, receive blessing from God. He said, for the earth, which drinketh in the rain that cometh upon it. Really, the earth received blessing from God. He said, but that which beareth thorns and briars is rejected and is nigh Notice this, whose end is to be burned. I was interested, he said it's nigh unto. Nigh unto. And he said whose end is to be burned. Now notice this, but beloved, we are persuaded better things of you and things that accompany salvation though with us speak. He said we're persuaded. Better things of you and things that accompany I think now this is the, we believe this, the man of God, Paul wrote this word of God. I think, Brother Hyde, I think church, when he said we are persuaded, I believe that his persuasion came by the witness of the Holy Ghost. That's where the persuasion comes from. that now I have, that we have witness of you that there's things, you have things that accompany salvation. He said they go along with, they accompany with them. Salvation produces this is what he's saying, Brother John. And he said we are persuaded that you have this. The persuasion that the man of God has is right in this book come from God himself. The Holy Ghost witness in him, thank God, told him that and preach to them again or to build them up or make them feel good, thank God, or show that he's their friend and they're his friend. He ain't doing none of that, brother. None of that fluffing. You know how people are today. They say about anything, thank God, to make you feel good and make you believe that they're your friend and all that, man. I mean, that goes on. But listen, the man of God, he's not doing that. He wrote this because those things that accompany salvation. That's why he wrote that. Here's familiar scripture. Look in John 15. I want to say this before we turn there. Paul spoke about himself keeping himself under subjection lest he also be a castaway. He spoke of himself that way. He said he's a chief of sinners. But he spoke about, Brother Robert, about there was a danger there could be in himself unless he abided in Christ. Abide in him, notice this, that he could himself become a castaway. A child of God, that can't happen to that. A child of God can walk contrary to God and not keep himself, and I know we're kept by the power of God, but hear what I'm saying. John 15, very familiar scripture, very misunderstood scripture, but I had it in the Word of God. It is, thank God, it is. It's very true, it's very true. It's very true, it's very comforting, it's very assuring, but it's very misunderstood. This divided in the word of God, just like the book of Hebrews is. He said this in John 15, I am, now notice this, he said in the word of God, he said we're persuaded better, but listen, you abide in him. This is the word of God. I am, Jesus said, I am the true father. And my father is the husband, in John 15 verse 15. And every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the world, which I have spoken unto you. Notice this, he tells them, Abide in me, and I in you, as the branch cannot bear fruit of itself. It's not your fruit, it's his fruit. It's the fruit of the Spirit of God. And the Lord is that Spirit, according to the Scripture. He said, the fruit of itself except it abide in the vine, no more can ye except ye abide in me. That branch, if it's not attached to the vine, it will not have no fruit on it. It will not have no grapes on it if it's not attached to the vine. And he said, if you're not abiding in me, then you won't have no fruit. It shows up on the branch. And it's picked from the branch, Brother Todd, but it does not come from the branch. It comes from the vine. The vine is the root that's in the ground. He said this in the Word of God. He said, except ye abide in me, I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit. For without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch. He's a branch. and is withered, and men gather them and cast them into the fire, and they are burned." He's absolutely, in John 15, he's dealing with the fruit of the child of God. The fruit of the child of God. The fruit is his. It's not mine. I don't produce it in the beginning with, to start with, Brother Hyde. I have never produced any spiritual fruit of God, and neither have you. It showed up on you, it showed up in you, and it came forth from you, Brother Hyde, but that's because you're in the vine. The fruit is the vine. The fruit belongs to the vine. It does not belong to the branch. He said that branch, Brother Todd, in John 15, the reason for it is purrs and bringing forth much fruit. Brother, he said his father is the husband dressing it, but it's still, the only way the fruit or the more fruit or the much fruit is there, it's only because it's still in the vine. He said he and me. I don't know about y'all, but God, when he's speaking of children of God, and he says, in me, brother Hyde, them's children of God. If they're in me. If he says in me, in me, that means you're his. That means you're his. He said they're cast away, and there'd be burden. He didn't cast them away, he said they're, but he said they're still a branch. A man can be saved, yet so is by fire. A man can walk contrary to God. That don't take me out of the vine. I'm still in Him. I'm still in Him, brother. Listen, just hear me out. Don't misunderstand what I'm saying. That can take you out of the vine as in fruit bearing because He said that in John 15. about being a castaway, notice this, that Jesus said there, every branch in me. Hear me out, I'm gonna say something right here. Judas Iscariot never was in him. Never was in him, brother Hyatt, never was in him. He was by him and from him and ordained, brother Hyatt, and had a big part in what God had ordained in his own steps going to Calvary to hang on a cross and die for me. That man had a big part in it, but he never was in it. He walked with him, he was counted amongst the 12. He was chosen by the Son of God for that very purpose, but he never was in him, that's why he never had no fruit towards God. He wasn't in him, and then Jesus said, well, you messed up. I'm gonna cast you out, and because I cast you out, then you're gonna go do this. No, he never was in him. He did this because Jesus ordained him to do that. He ordained him to sell him for that money. He ordained him to give him up. Listen. He was ordained in that, Brother Hyatt, just as much as God ordained George's steps to bring you unto Himself. That's right. Judas was ordained in that. Jesus ordained His own steps to Calvary, and that man had a part in it, but he never was in Him. He said here in Hebrews, He said, but beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. He said we're persuaded. He said there's things, thank God, you have these things, you have things, and you have fruit, and you have the steps, steps of God that accompany salvation, that is being produced by God. It's not your steps, it's not that you can do this, There's evidence, thank God, of salvation because there's things that accompany salvation. What Paul said here, there's things, thank God, that we see that only come with salvation. That's what he said. It don't produce salvation, but you don't have these without it. He said these accompany it. That means they're alongside, they go with. They match. They're not a mismatch, but they go along with it. I mean, like tires go with a car. Yeah. You can try to put tires on a bulldozer, but it won't go far because it don't accompany it. A bulldozer goes through the mud and the muck better than a car because it's got less weight per square inch on the ground than your car does, even though it weighs a whole lot more. But you can't mismatch them, they don't go together. And your car ain't got enough power to turn the tracks. They don't accompany one another. You see what I'm saying? He said here, that's a carnal and an earthly example, but that's what he said here. He said you have things, brother Todd, that accompany salvation, they go along with it. They're not opposites, they're not mismatched. Notice this, he says, children of God, he said, for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love. I don't know how he's convincing them, thank God, listen, they're children of God, they're in a new covenant, rest in it, move on, he's going into this. He said, for God is not unrighteous, forget your and never had no redemptive work of God, he said, he would say to them, depart from me, I never knew you. I never knew you. Not that I knew you and forgot you, Brother Rahmer, because he don't forget. He said, I say to him, depart from me, we've cast out devils, and I've done many mighty works, and I may cast out devils. Depart from me, I never knew you. God didn't forget him, he never knew him. He didn't know them and then forget them, Brother Robert. Notice here, he's writing to this, for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love. He said, God's not unrighteous and he won't forget your labor of love. He's not going to. He remembers it. He knows it, Brother Al. He's not going to say to you, Department of May, I never knew you. He'll remember you. Child of God, church this morning. God is not unrighteous. Listen, I know he's writing Hebrews, but listen, this book of God's written to us for this day, right now. He said, God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love. Notice this, which ye have showed which he hath showed toward his name, to make as minister to the saints, and do minister. They had fruit. I mean, there was things that were going on amongst them that showed, thank God, that it's His. That they're in Him. That they're in Him. God ain't forgetting that. God ain't gonna forget that. But that, listen, it ain't the old covenant. That ain't what got you in, thank God. the body, you can walk contrary to God, and you can't step away from God. I don't understand all about it, I think it was interesting, and I know churches there in Revelation, I don't understand all about that, but he did say he could remove the candlestick. I don't understand all the depths of that, Brother Hack, but he wasn't talking to lost people when he said that. He was talking to saved children of God, he's talking to He was running a local church, he was writing to a people, a group of people, saying by the grace of God. Now again, I don't understand all about that, but that's what he said. I just believe that's what he said. It's possible, Brother Tuff, but he said, y'all got to work. He said, God won't forget it. He knows you're gonna work in your labor of love, which has showed toward his name. There's the key. They work, and thank God, not to build a name, not just for religious work, they did it towards his name. and they ministered to the saints. We was somewhere Friday night and somebody said something about, I just say the saints, thank God. I'm gonna tell you who the saints are. And they was talking about somebody singing something and remembering who all, remembering the names of all the saints. And I'm thinking, I don't know about all that, that's a lot of saints. They was talking about some people that's called saints, you know, man's religion, and it ain't got nothing to do with God. I'm thinking, Brother Art, I said, I don't know if you can name all the saints. Now, that's a lot of folks. That's a big crowd. John couldn't name them. In fact, John looked at me like he couldn't even remember them. God gave him a vision of them, didn't he, Brother Art? I mean, I believe him. I mean, John actually saw them. That's right, sir. And he did. But he couldn't name them all and he couldn't even number them all. Now Jesus can number them and name them. You know what the name is? My children. Children of God. He knows my name down here that my mama dedicated. But that ain't my spiritual name. I don't think it is, but I might be wrong. If it is, it's all right. Whatever he wants to call me, it'll be all right. You know what I mean? It'll be all right. But he knows my name. He does know my name. He said, hear the word of God and do minister. Notice this, he said, and we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end. Full assurance of hope. He said he desired that they show that. They show that they're working for God, if I can say that. and they're ministering in the things of God, and they have some hope, and they have some assurance, and Paul's reassuring them, he's fully assuring them that they, thank God, know, thank God that they're in. But at the same time, but at the same time, it's not this old covenant way that's getting you in, that got you in nor will keep you in. Faith without works is dead. Works is not faith. Man's not justified by the deeds of the law. He's justified by faith. We understand though that according to the scripture, but the faith and the work, faith, thank God, is God's, and the work is God's. And the fruit is God's, and everything belongs to Him. But that does accompany salvation. saying here, thank God this is proof, thank God that you're in Him. He's doing the work in and through you. You're doing it towards His name, brother Todd. Not towards Moses' name, not towards another one's name, or another one of the old covenant name. You're doing this toward His name. Whose name? Jesus' name. Ministering to the saints. That's the work of God, brother. Listen, He's the only one that can do that. You ain't even got the desire. You don't even have the desire, nor do I. It's not in me. It's not in Adam, and it's not in, listen. All that are of Israel are not of Israel. Is that right? Sure. And not all. But them that said Abraham believed the promise, thank God, and Isaac believed the promise the faith God give them, then they're evil. Just like you're evil. He spoke about in the Word of God a lot, brother Hyatt, a lot, church, the God of Israel. But he also spoke of the Israel of God. That's not everyone, it's of the natural seed of Abraham. Promises in Isaac. He said, the full assurance of hope until the end. Notice this, that you be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. He said, be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit promise. Now listen, I think he's relating back to them, now he's relating back to them, them that some church, somewhat, them that were always in the old covenant, but they walked in faith. Abraham did not see the day of the new covenant. In life, he wasn't alive, brother Hyde, he believed. He believed. Isaac, them fathers, they believed, they believed, they believed, they believed. They believed God and the Lord. They believed, they had to, brother Hyde. They had to have been shown, they had to see. God Almighty, thank God, had to give them some understanding and some vision, enlightenment, brother Hyde. They believed. He said that you follow them, thank God. You follow them, but listen, their example, Brother Robert, their example wasn't in believing that the eternal atonement of what they were doing once a year, their example, their belief, thank God, their example was is that they had faith in a coming Messiah. This is a shadowy thing here, this point. This is what we do every year. but it's pointing at Him all the time. Every time of that, every time they did that, it's pointing at Him. I'll show you in the scriptures, pointing at Him. He said that through faith and patience, that's fruit of God, inherit the promises. Rest in Christ. Notice this, for when God made, this is interesting, for when God made promise to Abraham, notice this, because he could swear by no greater, notice this, he swore by himself. That's literally saying, Brother Hyatt, that God, by his own self, swore to Abraham the promise that he gave. That's what that says. He didn't swear by another one, He swore by himself. He said he couldn't swear by none greater, Brother Robert, so he swore by himself. There's none greater than himself. He swore by himself. He swore by himself. Now listen, this is an oath coming from God. It's amazing, this scripture. He said, for when God made promise to Abraham because he could swear by no greater, he swore by himself, saying, surely blessing, I will bless thee, and multiplying, I will multiply thee. No sister. And so after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. He obtained the promise. A great lesson for us there in everyday life, too, right here in that church. You've got to patiently endure. Yes, sir. You have to patiently endure. Might be short, might be long, in our eyes, in man's standards, you might not live that long, you might live to be 100 or more. But either way, it's like a laborer. And it appears for a little while, it vanishes away, but it's a lifetime, it's a full of patiently enduring. It's amazing how people just seem like they whine and cry about everything. And my thought is, welcome to life. That's right, the reality. Ain't no wonder people go off the deep end, they can't take nothing. My momma and daddy, this ain't good words I don't get, but my momma and daddy tell us, suck it up and go on. That's what they say. That's the way it was. You gotta do it. You get something in the backside, you still be doing it. The people can't take none. I mean, people can't take none. He said, patiently, he said, he said here, so after, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. Obtained it. The promise is already there. But in the meanwhile, if he don't come back right now, Brother Todd, if it's a week from now that the Lord comes back, there's gonna be some patiently endurance that you have to go through this coming week. But you do that, how? By faith. How'd you get the faith? God give it to you. It's an absolute gift of God. It's not our own, but it means you both. It's a gift of God. He said that he obtained the promise. Notice this, verse 16. Interesting scripture here, these next few verses. He said, for men verily swear by the greater. That's what men do. And an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Now what that means there in verse 16, an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. That means they're at rest. Ain't no strife left in it. Ain't no concern, no worry, no strife. It's at rest, an oath. That's an oath, which in man's terms nowadays don't mean nothing, folks. That's why you gotta sign your life away for everything you wanna try to get. Because a man's word don't mean nothing. A handshake and an oath don't mean nothing. And in those days, in that time, when he's arrived, he's in that time, Brother Hyde, he's not in this time. But he's in that time. He said here, for man is prepared to swear by, and an oath for confirmation is to them and the end of all race. Notice this, wherein God will him more abundantly, more abundantly to show unto the heirs of promise, heirs of promise, heirs of promise. Y'all hear what he's saying here? Heirs of promise, he said the immutability, that means unchangeable. The immutability means unchangeable. He said the immutability of his counsel confirmed it by an oath. He said, here's the word of God to show the heirs of promise, the immutability or the unchangeability of his counsel, he confirmed it by an oath. Notice this, that by two immutable things. You say, what is that, Brother Keith? He said that by two immutable things. Well, I'll tell you what it is. I'll tell you what the two things are. That's his immutable counsel and that's his immutable oath. His counsel and his oath are the two things. is eternally sent. He does all things after the council of his own will. Brother Robert, when this thing, it always has been, I know it's eternal. His will is eternal, just as eternal as he is. I'll say again, all attributes of God he is or else he's not eternal. They have to be. Everything about him is eternal. His will, his wisdom, thank God, his four dollars, everything. Everything about him, everything that's ordained, set up, thank God, is eternal and always has been and God works it out in time. Calvary's always been eternal, but he went to Calvary in time. and was crucified on the cross in time, but it always had been. We know that, thank God. He said here in the word of God that by two immutable things, notice this, in which it was impossible for God to lie. It's impossible for God to lie. It's impossible. His counsel, thank God, is immutable. It's unchangeable, Brother Robert, it's unchangeable. No man nor God is unchangeable. God's not gonna change his counsel, it's eternal. It's always been said, he don't change his mind and back up and punt like man does. We have to do it all the time, it seems like I do, because I take the wrong step or turn down the wrong road and you realize you're going down a dead end And then I had to turn, I was going to my uncle's at the beach, and I had to make a turn to get back out where I was at. I thought that was the right way I should go. I could have made it that way to Brother Hyatt, but it wasn't the best way to go, and I had to turn back out here. And I thought, under God, I'd have been better off staying on that road that I was talking about. I was gonna try to get me a little shortcut, save some time. It didn't work out, Brother Todd. As soon as I took that road off of 52, here come school buses right out in front of me. And I turned and went right back out to Crescent Road, went right back out to 52. And all them cars I was behind them, all gone, I thought of them to go. That didn't work out the way I planned. See, God ain't that way, though. He don't turn down this road because he thinks it's better, and then find out once he turned down that road that it wasn't, and he had to make another turn to get back out where he's at to start with. God ain't that way. It's unchangeable, it's unchangeable as counsel. He said that by two immutable, and listen, this is to you, child of God. Listen, it does again this morning. I understand he's writing to Hebrew. He said the immutable of his counsel confirmed it by an oath. He confirmed it by an oath. Whose oath? His oath. He said that by two immutable things in which it was implausible for God to lie, Y'all know why it's impossible for God to lie? It's against His nature. It ain't in His nature to lie. He can't do it. And Satan can't tell the truth. That's the exact opposite. That's why he's anti-Christ. He's the exact opposite of Christ, brother. You look at him. He's awesome. He cannot tell the truth, and Jesus cannot lie. It's not His nature. He's writing to them, but it's written to us too this morning, church. We might have what? A strong consolation. That we might have a strong consolation. He's telling them, folks, again, it's Christ. It's the new covenant. That's where the rest is at. We might have a strong consolation. It has a lot of meanings, but one of them that means the most to me, consolation, it takes the meaning of portion. Listen, child of God, He's your portion. And He's all the portion you need. He's telling these saints, thank God, these Hebrews, these Jews, He's telling them, thank God, He said that we might have a strong consolation, those of us who have fled for refuge. who have fled for refuge, that's a safety thing, God. That's a hedge, that's a shelter, if I can say that. That's what man would call, you'd take reference of maybe a fallout shelter or a bomb shelter. Old folks used to have, especially out in the Midwest, they used to have cellars they could go into because there's so many tornadoes and things. Thank God they could stay there. They might have to dig themselves out, but they wouldn't get blown away and destroyed by the tornado. They had that set up for that part. They had other things. They kept the food. They did other things with it, Brother Rob, but that was one of the main reasons why they had it. It was a refuge. He said, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us. fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us." He said here, we've got a strong consolation. Listen, you Hebrews, you've got a strong consolation. It ain't in that old covenant. In that Old Testament, it's in the New. It's by His counsel and it's by His oath. They're both immutable. They're not changeable, thank God. He said this, upon the hope set before us. What is that? Who is that? He'll tell you in the Scripture. We know which hope, which hope, same hope now, same hope set before us, which hope we have is an anchor of the soul. What does an anchor do? It holds. It holds. Don't make no difference if the tornadoes are blowing, and the storms are blowing, and the winds are beating you to death, and you feel like you're gonna go under, and you're not gonna make it. What did Paul tell him there in the book of Acts? He said, you cannot be saved except you abide, stay with the ship. You gotta stay with the ship. You gotta abide in the ship. You gotta stay right here. If you get out of there, if you get out, if you jump overboard now, the storm's gonna carry you away, and you're gonna perish. You've got to stay here. The ship's being anchored. The ship is anchored. It's being held. The storm's not gonna overtake us and take our life if you stay with the ship. The ship's gonna make it. The ship's gonna make it. Listen, the ship is Christ and the anchor is Christ. And we're in Him, thank God. We're in Him. He's the arm, thank God. He said, notice this, as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, notice this, and which enters into that within the veil. That's the hope we have. That's the anchor, he said, that's the hope we have. He said, this hope, he said, this hope we have, it is the anchor, brother Hyatt. The hope we have is the anchor. Who's my hope in? Christ. Who's my anchor? Christ. Thank God, he said, anchor of the soul. He said it's sure and it's steadfast. And enter into that within the veil, where Jesus goes, thank God. He ripped the veil in plain and he went in. Entered in. He entered in. They couldn't do that. He's talking to them something they know about, Brother Robert. They know something about this veil. And they know, Brother Robert, except them that were the high priest, nobody else ever went in behind that. They never even saw it. They might have heard some things about it, been told some things about it, Brother Al, but they never even seen it. They couldn't. God would have killed him. In fact, he'd kill a high priest if he didn't go in the right way. If he didn't go in the way God set it up, he'd have dropped dead. God would have took his life. But the rest of that crowd, I'm gonna say crowd, but there's a whole lot of them. Wasn't it about 600,000 come out of Egypt, wasn't it? Might have been more, there's a lot. There's a lot of folks he's writing concerning here in the past, thank God. All them Hebrews you think about, saw behind the veil. The high priest. The rest of them didn't, Brother Todd. There's some in there working in the sanctuary, some priests doing the work of the sanctuary, the ministry of St. David doing the work of God in there, what have you. But they didn't go behind the veil. He said there, I got the clue. He said, we have steadfastness which enters into that within the veil. He's telling them, now notice this. He said, it's Jesus. He said, will of the forerunner. That means the first or before. He's the first one in there, Brother Robert. First one. And this, behind this veil, he said, entered in the veil. Forerunner is for us entered. Why'd he go in? For you. Jesus didn't go, Jesus didn't rent the veil in Twain and enter in to see what was behind it. He did that for you. He did that for us, Brother Hyde. He know what was there. Thank God He created everything that's there. Thank God, that wholeness, that righteousness of God. We're the by, we're the throne of God. We're God's head. He knows all that, but how did He create it? It's by Him, for Him. But He said here in the Word of God, where the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, notice this, made a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. They said it's Jesus. He's entered in. That's the hope you have, child of God. He's telling them, that's the hope we have. That's the hope you have. It's in Him. He's the anchor. He's entered in. The hope that you have, brother Robert, is the very anchor of your soul. You put your hands on it, it anchors your soul. You say, how do you have hope this morning? Because it's in Him, Christ. He entered in there for you, Brother Todd. That's why He entered in. That's where He's at. He's sitting at the right hand of the Father of God. He doesn't make any sense to you. And your hope's in Him, thank God. Your hope is in Him. Listen, the only way you're going to get into there is because If he did not resurrect Brother Hyde and he was not sitting there this morning, I'm telling you church, we're meeting in vain. We have absolutely no hope if he wasn't up there. We might as well just throw what we call the Bible away and the Word of God away and never meet again in his name. Don't have no meeting like we have here. There ain't no need for it. It'd be a waste of time. That's correct, thank God, and he did, listen, the hope is, he's telling the hope is, you Hebrew, is in him, and that's the anchor of his soul, but he entered in for you. Yeah, that's correct, that's right. I know Ben-Kashkin, and I'm glad I'm saved by the grace of God, and I'm glad my hope's in him, and I have an anchor of my soul this morning, because he entered in the veil for me. There you go.
