And one of these days we'll get these monitors working. 2 Timothy chapter 4, at least we have one up there. But I'd rather, listen, I'd rather you use the old song book and the old good book than that. Amen? So get used to your Bible and opening it up, knowing where things are. You should read it every day. It should be your closest and best friend because it is Christ. You might not understand that it's Christ, but He is called the Word of God. And the Bible says in John chapter 1, then the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we know that He is the Word of God, He's the Word of life, and He's right here in these words, and His life is in these words. And I hope and pray that we could see it now. Could you please stand with me for the reading of God's Holy Word? We're only going to read a couple of verses, and you can sit down. 2 Timothy chapter 4 says in verse 1, I charge thee, therefore, before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom. Preach the word, be instant, in season, out of season. Reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine, for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine. But after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears, And they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables. We're going to stop right there. I hope and pray we'll read verse one again and you can sit down. I charge thee before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and at his kingdom. Please be seated. Title of the message is here comes the judge. Remember that old, here come the judge, here come the judge. Court's in session and here come the judge. You know, that might be funny, and it might be a little uplifting, but when I think about the real judge, the judge of all things coming, and I'm gonna stand before the judge, I don't laugh, I gulp. You know, have you ever stood before a real judge in this world in court? I think Brian, don't ask me why. Maybe the title, he said, you ever stand before a judge? I said, yeah, many times. And he went, wow, what'd you do so wrong? Well, I stood before a judge a few times for myself and then a lot of times for other people. with them, and court is scary. Amen? I don't know about you. If you're not scared, then you just have ice water in your veins. I am scared to death in there, man. I can't talk. I know things I want to say. You get up there and stutter. Listen, my term white is a ghost. I hate being in a courtroom. And I hate being in front of a judge, you know? And I always feel like the judge is so, and up there, they're so perfect, and I'm so messed up, and I hope and pray they don't find out all that I did. You know what I mean? I hope I'm only getting in trouble for this, and maybe they'll let me off, but the truth of the matter is, is the judge is coming. Here comes a judge, and that judge is Jesus Christ. I want you to think about this for a minute. He says, I charge you before God. It's a charge. A charge is a direct command. You can't get any stronger than a charge from God. It's a great commandment that before God and before the Lord Jesus Christ, He said, who shall judge the quick and the dead? He shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and at his kingdom. There's going to be two comings of the Lord. The first coming is in the air. First Thessalonians chapter 4 says, And we shall meet the Lord in the air at the last trump, when the voice of the archangel shall sound and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air. And so shall we ever be with the Lord. But then he's coming back with all of us and all the saints and he's coming to this earth and he's going to set up his kingdom on this earth and then he's courts in session he's going to judge everything and everybody you understand that i'm so glad that i'm a part of the first judgment i'm so glad that i'm a part of the judgment between me and my lord not between me and the lord meaning this my sins are gone i don't know where your sins are at but my sins were nailed to the cross My sins were taken on Him, a man named Jesus Christ, who happens to be the Son of God, who happens to be God in absolute carnate flesh. He took my sins away. He didn't just take some of them at a time, He took them all. He didn't take my past sins, He took my past, my present, and my future sins. Hallelujah. That means all my sins are gone. Thank you, Jesus. I don't thank a religion, I don't thank my parents, I don't thank you, I thank Jesus, amen? He took my sins away, but he's still gonna, there's coming a judgment for the quick and the dead. The quick are those that have been quickened. The quickened are those that are alive. The dead are those that are in their sins. The Bible says you are dead in your trespasses and your sins. So if you haven't been quickened, excuse me, made alive, I like that, pal, just have fun with it. You gotta have some fun, amen? Life is full of fun if you got Jesus. Life is full of trouble and trials and heartaches if you don't have Jesus. You're going to have all the money in the world, so be miserable. Amen? I got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart. Where is it? It's down in my heart, Riley. Where? It's in my heart. And I sing. And if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands. Amen? If you're happy and you know it, shout amen. See, the thing is, is this is a real joy and a real peace and a real love because I know God loves me. He loves me so much. You might say, how much does he love you? He loves me enough, Anton, to come to this, leave heaven, come to this earth, be born in a stable, live a very humble, poor life. And then he didn't have a home. He didn't even have a horse. He didn't have money. He just came and he walked around preaching and teaching the truth about the coming kingdom. and He did miracles, and He changed the world, and He changed my world, amen? And His name is Jesus. He died on that cross and suffered and bled and died, was beaten beyond measure, tortured. They looked at Him and they said, how could that ever be God? How could that ever be the Messiah? And they forsook Him, and they cast doubt at Him, and they cast names at Him, and they watched Him die. And they took Him down to the cross and they buried Him, and He went down into hell. And the Bible says, but three days and three nights later, he rose again from the dead, alive. Where we've been learning on Sunday nights what happened after the resurrection, and he was around for 40 days. 40 days people saw him. And on the day he rose up in the heaven, 100 witnesses, eyewitnesses all saw him. You couldn't convince them that it was a story. You couldn't convince them it wasn't true. They gave their lives for that truth. And here he changed the world. And he's still changing the world. And he's changing the world by changing us. Amen? My marriage can be better when I get better. Our church can be better when I get better. And the same goes for you all. This world can be better when we get better. And we are getting better. We're not the same man and woman we used to be. We're not the same sinners we used to be. Amen? We're trying. We're getting there. Amen? And we're all pushing into something. We're all getting closer and closer to something. Lauren, you're getting closer to having a baby, aren't you? When you due? August. August is coming. Lily, when you due? Where'd she go? There you are. When you due? May. Next month. Lily's due in May. You're due in August. I mean, you probably can't wait, can you? Can you wait? You can't even tell you're pregnant. I mean, you have your same figure you had when you were, I'm only kidding, maybe a little. But they know the date's coming. And that's what he's telling us. I'm charging you. The judge is coming. Judgment is coming. I'm not saying this to scare you, even though it's scary. I'm not saying this to make you like, oh no, even though you should say, oh no, but I'm looking forward to it. And I'll tell you why, not because I'm going to get some great rewards and stuff, but because then all this junk will be over. You know what I mean? Then it's all this junk and these worries and stuff that we go through in life is going to be over. None of that is going to matter. None of it. And I'll tell you, there is benefits. I'm going to be given a glorified body. My body is going to be like Jesus Christ's and yours is going to be perfect. I like to think I'm going to be 33 years old forever. Because that's how old he was when he died, and he's our perfect example. And I think 33 is the perfect age, amen? Not too young, not old, bam, perfect. And I'm going to have all my hair, I'm going to have hair like Ron back there, amen? I'm going to have the hair like, look at your hair. I'm so jealous of you, Anton, you're going to knock it off. I'm looking forward to that day, but there's a few things coming. The judge is coming. Here comes the judge. And I want you to think about the king is coming and the judge is coming. It says he judges the quick and the dead. And this great charge that is given unto me is the same thing that I got to give to you. He said, preach the word, be instant, be in seas and out of seas. They said, reprove, rebuke, exert with all long-suffering, end doctrine. He says, because time's going to come when they won't listen. So maybe you'll listen now and hopefully this message can help us out a little bit. But the charge comes from the highest authority there is. It comes from God. It comes from Christ, the judge of all. Turn with me if you would to John chapter 5. John chapter 5. Great chapter. You should get used to it. In John chapter 5, I think we have it up there. And in verse 21, we're going to start. If you're there, say Amen. It says in verse 21, it says, For as the Father, now Jesus is speaking, pay attention to the Lord's words. He says, For as the Father raises up the dead and quickened them, even so the Son quickens who He will. See, all power and authority is given to Christ as a man because He is the God-man. Amen? And here He tells us that God can make alive anybody He wants. And Jesus said, and I can make alive anybody I want. Jesus said, I have a power and authority to quicken you, to give you eternal life, to wake you up from the dead and give you life, remove your sins from you, take your sins far away from you, and give you my spirit, the spirit of the living God, the breath of God, to give you eternal, everlasting life inside of you. Bam! Woo! Thank you, Jesus. He said, I have that authority to do it. Look what it says in verse 22. For the Father, pay attention, judges no man. Because He's committed all judgment under the Son. Jesus Christ is the all judge. He is the judge of all things, and I don't know about you, but where does Jesus dwell right now? He dwells in me. We sang that song, how do I know He lives? Because He lives where? In me. He lives in me. How many people can say, He lives in me? You sure? You sure? You remember when he came in? You remember? If you can't remember when he came in, he probably didn't come in. It's impossible not to know that a person lives inside of you. It's impossible for someone to come popping inside of you and leave it in there. Hey, how you doing everybody? And you not know it. Come on, let's get serious. There's no way some squatters coming into my house taking over my living room and me not knowing it. And by the way, if you have a squatter, call me and Joe up. They won't be squatting no more. They might be squished, but they won't be squatting. They might be squatting a little bit, because they won't be able to walk. But I'm serious. Do not fear of squatters, OK? Because I'll just tell you. See, now I'm getting corny. My wife's like, don't say it. OK. If you ever saw what that one chief of police in Florida said, I agree with him. If you know what I'm saying, right? I agree with him. You want me to tell you what he said? He said, shoot him. He said, but make sure you kill them. That's what he said. I'm like, that's pretty good advice. I see some strange guy in my house with my two, my grandchildren. I don't think they're going to make it out. But I will, you know, pray over them first, you know. And I will give them a gospel tract before I shoot them, John. We have two ex-police officers, actually two ex-chief of police in here. And I think that they could tell you it might be a little easier to kill them than it is to wound them, because then they sue you. And I don't know why I'm talking about this. Please forgive me. Please forgive me. I know. You like my thing? You like this? Thanks. I appreciate that. There's coming a day when Jesus, who lives inside of you, please pay attention. He lives inside of you, right? He knows you. He knows your thoughts. He knows your intents. He knows everything about you. The great thing is, He still loves you anyway. But, as the judge, He's got to judge you for everything you did in this body. And you can't fool him. You can't hide anything from him. You can't try to pretend, well, that wasn't true, you know what I mean? Like, no, I remember how you looked at that person. No, I really didn't. Yeah, right, you can't lie. You know, I saw what you really thought about that person. I see you, you know what I mean? Like, no, no, Lord, I love them. Forget who you're talking to. You know what I mean? So that scares me because He knows all and sees all. He's the real judge of His people. Amen? Not of our sins, that was taken care of, but now of every single thing we've ever done, Linda. Every thought we've ever had, He's going to judge it according to Him. And He knows it all. So when I think about the judgment coming, it's not, I'm like, gulp. But the great thing is, the great thing is, is there can become a time when he says, I remember, Anton, when you were really angry at that person. I remember, Anton, when you didn't love that person. You had hatred in your heart and you wanted to kill him. And you're going to be like, no, Lord, I didn't. He's going to, Anton, you're like, you're right, I did. He says, yeah, but I also remember the day after you repented and asked me to forgive you for it. So we won't talk about that. I remember that time, Lauren, and you were in a bad mood, and you were grumpy. It only happens once a year. But that one time you were in a bad mood, and you were grumpy, and that person that cut you off, and you wanted to smash him with your car, but you didn't. And then you saw that person at the Walmart, and you said, there they are. And instead of saying something to him, you went and you put a gospel track on their windshield because you said, I hope that they get saved and go to heaven. God, I remember that. Great job. He's going to remember everything. Amen? Everything. So the good thing is, is that he, Jesus loves us. The second thing is, the bad thing is, is he knows everything about us. And let's keep reading. Look at what it says in verse 24. It says, Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that hears my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. I'll tell you right now, I'm so glad that happened to me. I hope it happens to you. I like that part where it says, shall not come into condemnation. Verse 25 says, verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they that hear shall live. There might be someone in here today that doesn't know, but they're dead in their trespasses and their sins. They are dead, they have no eternal life in them. They're dead. What killed them? Their sins. See, God says that if you have sin in you, you are already dead. You're already going to hell, you're already judged, you're going to hell. So right here he's saying, but if someone will hear my voice and believe on me, I can give them life right now because Jesus has that power and authority to do it. He can give you life right now and you will never ever die. You'll have eternal life and live with God forever. Isn't that great? Think about that. That's amazing. At any time He can do that. Look what it says in verse 26. It says, for as the Father has life in Himself, So has He given to the Son to have life in Himself, and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man. You see, Jesus is the Son of Man. He's not just sitting high up on His throne, looking down, blaming us. He became one of us, lived as one of us, He knows what we're like, He lives inside of us, and He's the greatest person to judge us, Anthony. Because there's no unrighteous judgment. He knows everything. He knows what it's like to walk in your shoes. No one else does. No one else knows what it's like to be you. And everyone's different. And everyone has, you know, different difficulties. Everyone has a different upbringing. Everyone has different parents, different things that happened to them when they were young. Everyone has different education and different circumstances. You know what I mean? And just some people like, you know, the luck. Some people just got lucky and some people didn't, so to speak. He knows everything. He knows how hard it is for you. He knows what you're struggling through. He knows every single thing and he's there for you and he loves you and no one would judge, I would want judge me better than him. You know why? Because only the guilty are afraid of real judgment. But those that know, I'm trying. I'm trying. He knows it too. And he's so glad and happy that you're trying. Isn't it great to know that when I stand before this judge one day, he's gonna know everything. Mike, you messed up a lot. I'm like, I know, Lord, I'm probably gonna be crying my eyes out. He's like, Mike, man, you failed a lot. I'm like, no, but I saw everything that happened. I know what you went through. I heard those prayers. I was right there with you. I couldn't help you at the time because you needed to go through it. But I was there with you and I love you, son. And none of that is going to matter because I see that even though you went through all these hard times and you went through these struggles, you still made it through. I mean, man, it's going to go from my head hanging to my head up. It's going to go from a finger pointing to arms around me, hugging me. He is a great and awesome God. Amen? But that's for those when He judges the quick. So when you think about it, because He's the Son of Man, and He is the Son of God, and He quickens who He will, the quick are the quickened. All right, the quick are the quick and those that have been born again. Those that have been given life. Those that have been resurrected from death unto life. And my question is, have you been quickened? Have you been quickened? It's a good word. We don't use it that much anymore. The word quick means alive. Old English, it just means alive. Have you been made alive? Have you been quickened in the Spirit of God? I want you to think about it, because maybe you need to be. Maybe you need a jolt. Maybe you need a heavy dose of the Holy Ghost. Maybe you need life. Whatever it is, Jesus can give it to you. He can give it to you. And don't ever think yourself too prideful to say, well, I've been saved. I'm here to tell you right now, the Holy Spirit knows everything. Holy Spirit knows that you're a phony sometimes. Holy Spirit knows that you pretend, but He doesn't want you to pretend anymore, and He doesn't want you to be a phony anymore. He wants you to be quickened and may give an eternal life. So that one day His judgment is the judgment at His appearing, not at His coming. I want you to think about those that aren't quickened. They're going to be judged as well, and that's called justice. We don't want justice. Let me show you how this works. Joe, how are you doing? See, justice would be him getting what he deserves. That would be justice. But when you have mercy and grace from God, you don't get justice. You get mercy. Amen. Those who aren't quick, they're gonna get justice. They're gonna get what they deserve, Joe, and that's a scary, scary thing. Turn with me if you would, please, to 2 Corinthians chapter five. 2 Corinthians chapter five. Thank you. I want you to think about that justice that is coming. And those that have been born again, they've born unto God. And they shall be judged for what they've done. We're going to be judged for what we've done in this body, but it's not the type of judgment that the others are going to get. It says in 2 Corinthians 5, verse 8. I hope I said 2 Corinthians. Verse 8, it says, We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. See, that's where I hear about the judgment. Wake up, everyone! I'm looking forward to it. I'm willing, rather. I cannot wait to see the Lord. Yes, there's going to be some sorrow. Yes, I'm going to be judged. But I know that His judgment is true, and it's just. And I'm going to get what I deserve in my real reward. Amen? But the truth of the matter is, I just want to see Him. I honestly, I'm getting tired of this world, and I just want to get rid of it. Because what happens is, people say, I want to wonder what heaven's like. And people say, I want to go to heaven. You ever say that? Heaven's going to be great? Heaven is just a waiting place. That's where hell is. Hell is terrible. It's horrible. It's torment. It's fire. It's judgment all the time. But it's just a waiting place. See, heaven is coming to here. See, the kingdom of God's coming here. Jesus is coming here. Do you ever have a nice day where the sun's shining and the sky's blue? And it's just like right there, out there. Did you see my pictures I posted? Them white trees with the grass looking like a carpet? Thank you very much. No, it just looks nice. You ever been down the beach with the ocean? You ever up the mountains with the beautiful trees? I mean, this earth is amazing. It's awesome. Gee, God didn't make it to just leave it. He made it to come and live in it. He's coming back to live on this earth, to rule and reign in His kingdom. That's why we pray. Thy kingdom come. Amen. Thy will be done. here in this earth as it is in heaven. So I don't think of me going to heaven, I think of me going to heaven, get changed, getting ready, get my robe on, get my sword to me, get on my white horse and coming back with Jesus. And then being on this earth, ruling with Him. And all the things that I thought were wrong with this earth, He's gonna fix. All the things I said, man, I wish, you know what I mean? You ever do that? Like, I wish God would, He's gonna fix it. And I'm going to be right there with him, watching him when he's going to do it. I'm going to be like that little guy, what he said, what he said. Mike, what do you think what he said? Yep, that's my Lord. That's my master. That's my father. That's my friend. That's my brother. That's my husband. I'm married to that guy. Oh yeah, baby. I'm telling you right now, I can't wait to come back here. I'm not looking to go up there. I'll go up there for a short time. I'm only going up there for seven years if I don't die right now. And during that time, I'll have a nice dinner. I'll check out Moses's house. I'll walk around the streets of gold. I'll check things out, but I can't wait to come back here. and see the earth as it's supposed to be, where people live in harmony and peace and joy with one another and love and compassion for one another. No stealing, no lying, no cursing. Oh, I hate cursing. I despise cursing. I don't know how anyone could let that filthy vial come out of your mouth. It's disgusting. It is. It's like, ew. It's coming out of your mouth. And I hear people say it. It's filth. That is not going to happen in the kingdom. Are you kidding me? There's not going to be anyone cheating. You can leave your bikes outside. Someone will probably wash it for you and say, here, you got a new bike on. I gave you a new chain. It's going to be amazing. You know, I honestly, I can't wait, Ms. Fran, to walk around with a lion. I like, think lions are pretty cool. Walk around with a lion, a tiger, a bear. Oh my, I can't wait to do that stuff. You know, like, watch my, it says, the Bible says that a little boy will walk around with a lion. A giant lion is going to be your best friend and be soaking right on his back. It says that a baby can roll around on a serpent's den. Wasps are gone. All that stuff. There won't be any mosquitoes. Thank you, Jesus. No gnats bugging you. You know, it's going to be perfect temperature. It's going to be like the Garden of Eden. It's going to be like 72 and sunny every day as we want. It's going to be great. I can't wait. I'm going to sit by the beach, watch the waves come in. John, it's going to be nice, man. I'm looking forward to that day, but there's billions of people that won't be there. Billions. They're going to be judged for their sin and cast into hell. And that stinks. That stinks. Because I know where I'm going. I'm confident. I can't wait. I'm not only confident, but I'm willing, rather, to leave this body and be present with the Lord. I'm willing. Are you, Linda? You ready? I can't wait. It's going to be amazing. And I can't wait to come back here and like roll and rain. You know, in case you don't know this, he said, it's going to be like this. I've given you a lot while you're on this earth right now. God's given us a bunch of stuff. He's even given you this message. And he says, what you do with it is going to be required of you. And you're going to stand before the Lord. He's going to say, okay, I gave you two talents. What did you do with them? And he's going to say to Bob, Bob, I gave you two talents. What'd you do with them? And Bob's going to go, boom. You gave me two and here's the two back. Good job, Bob. Welcome. Be ruler of these 20 cities. And Bob's going to go, whew, amen. And then he's going to say to Fran, Fran. I gave you five talents, what'd you do with them? She's gonna say, I only did this with him. He's gonna say, well done, thou good and faithful servant, entering into the joy of the Lord. Here, I'm gonna make Fran ruler over all these cities. Fran's gonna be like, me? He's gonna be, yeah, you're gonna be bold as a lion. I could just see Fran telling people what to do with a rod of iron, amen? But there's gonna be some people maybe in this room that won't have anything. They're going to be in heaven. They're going to be on this earth, but just barely make it with the skin of their teeth. You know what I mean? That's not good. You don't want that. So that's why you want to read your Bible, learn your Bible, and just obey God. Amen. Just obey him. What's the number one thing he told us to do? Love one another. Love one another. Amen. Is that so hard? Is that so hard? That's what I mean. When he hugs me, he picks me up, brings me to my back. I like that because my back... But love one another. Care for one another. If there's someone that needs food, we're starting a food pantry. Actually, we aren't starting it, but Delaware County Food Pantry is starting here at the church. We just got some food in. It's coming by next month in May. It's going to be tons of food. I'm talking produce and vegetables and meat and steaks and all that. So people can come. You know, if someone's hungry, we should feed them. If someone needs drugs, we should give it to them. No, I'm kidding. I caught you though. It's tough in this world today because there's a lot of people that are poor because of drugs and alcohol. And I don't want to help them, but I will feed them. You know what Jesus told me to do as a pastor? Feed my sheep. And that's what I'm trying to do right now, just to throw some food at you. And hopefully it'll stick and give you till tomorrow because I want you to see this lesson here. Look what he says here in 2 Corinthians chapter 5. He says in verse 8, We are confident, I say, and willing, rather, to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore, we labor, say, that's why we're working, that whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. Pay attention. For we must, that's all of us, we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that every one may receive the things done in his body according to that he has done, whether it be good or bad. And I love this next verse. Knowing, therefore, the terror of the Lord, we persuade men. I'm trying to persuade you that, yeah, it's going to be great and I can't wait, but we need to get some things right before it happens. We need to get some things right. And God doesn't, and you don't want that day to not be a happy day. Amen. Right now, today, what you can do is you can go alone between you and the Lord. He quickens. He forgives. He's life. He's the Lord. Amen. There's no one else that you can appeal to. There's no one else you're going to see but you and Jesus. Amen. It's between you and Him. And right now, even today, you can bow your head. You can talk to Him, confess all your sins, and ask Him to help you with it. Ask him, and don't be a hypocrite, because he knows if you're lying. So say, Lord, I have real... I'm struggling with this. I need your help. Just try. As long as you're showing effort. Amen? God's going to help you with that. Amen? Let's... Turn with me if you would to Romans chapter 1. Romans chapter 1. Did I say eight? I said one. Romans 8 verse one, excuse me. Romans 8 verse one. Thank you, Brian. It says these great words. It says, there is therefore, pay attention. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. Someone say amen. Thank you. Thank you, Jesus. There is now, there is now, there is now, Therefore, no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. Who's got Jesus? Amen. Who's got him? Is he in you? Amen. There is now, therefore, no condemnation. You will never be condemned for anything. Thank you, Jesus. That should put a little shout in you. That should put a little pepper in your stepper. That ought to put a little zing in your sing. Amen. Look what it says, but it doesn't stop there. It says, who walk not after the flesh. but after the spirit. We got some work to do. Because many people have Jesus, but they're walking in the flesh. We need to be more spiritual. Can I get an amen? I don't know about you, but he could come back today. He could come back next week. I don't know. All I know is he's coming. And he's coming from a pretty long distance. It is heaven. And it could be next week. Literally, it could be on the day your child's born. Could be next year. And both these children are born. I don't know when it is, but it's going to be soon. And are you going to be ready? And the truth of the matter is, those who do not walk after the flesh, but after the Spirit, there's no condemnation to them that are walking after Jesus. There's no condemnation to them that are listening to Jesus. There's no condemnation to them that are following Jesus. Are you with me? So therefore, if you're not, this is the day to get ready. This is the day to repent, just get away from all that junk and those sins that easily beset you. Get away from it, turn from it and turn to Christ and ask Him to save you. I don't care. I ask Him to save me all the time. I need saving from Monday. It's, Monday's coming, I need to be saved from that, amen? Actually, Monday's my favorite day, it's my day off, so anyway. But, look what it says. It tells us in verse 11. I'm sorry, did I say 11? I don't mean that. Verse one, forgive me. It says that to them that walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. And it goes on to say for the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. Therefore, it's no combination that are in Christ Jesus. I love that. For us who are saved, that is. There's no combination, but there's going to be billions of people that are going to be condemned. Billions of people are going to be condemned to go to hell. Condemned for their sins. And rightly so. They're going to be judged righteously. You understand? Righteously judged. Jesus took my judgment. He took my judgment on the cross. Do you understand that? As I received Him, I was judged with Him, even though I didn't feel it. He felt it. I was judged with Him, and I died, even though I didn't feel that either. He died. And I was judged with Him, and though I was died, and though He died, and I died, it says, and He was buried, and I was buried, it says, and He went to hell, and I don't remember any of that, and I don't feel any of that. Thank you, Jesus. He took it all for me. He felt it all. And then He rose again and said, okay, now I give you life, I quicken you. Now you have my life. Walk after it. Live after it. Love after it. Serve me. Let's start changing the world today, one person at a time. Let's start getting this world ready for the kingdom to come. Because I want, and He wants, that if Christ came right now, Nothing would change for you. Not much, I don't mean. You might change, but you wouldn't have to change. I feel sorry for people that are smoking, and they can't quit, and they're gonna have to quit. People that are drinking, and they have to quit drinking. People that are lying or gambling, they put gambling on the phone now. It's gotta be addicting, man. Yeah, gambling right there, I feel sorry. People, there's not gonna be any of that. So you need to, there's going to be serious, hard changes for some people. You know what I mean? And even in our thoughts and our minds. So why don't we start getting ready now? I want you, if you would please, to think about this for a second. When it says that we all should stand before the judgment seat of Christ to be judged for whatever things we've done in this body, whether good or bad, that we're not going to be condemned. There's no condemnation. We're not going to be condemned for that. And that's a wonderful, wonderful thing. And back in John chapter five, if you'll turn there with me and just read a couple of the verses. John chapter 5, if we'll pick it up in verse 24 again. John 5.24 says, Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that hears my word and believes on him that sent me has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they that hear shall live. Please hear, for as the father has life in himself, so has he given to the son to have life in himself. and has given to him authority to execute judgment also because he's the son of man. Marvel not at this for the hour is coming in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth. They that have done good under the resurrection of life and they didn't have done evil under the resurrection of damnation, either damned or blessed. I'm asking you, please hear the voice of God. Please receive Christ Jesus. I want you to look in verse 23 with me. I love this verse. This verse is for you and you don't have to pay me for it. It's a verse for you that when Jehovah Witnesses come knocking and you talk to them, this is the verse you give them, okay? Because Jehovah Witnesses will not bow. before Jesus. They won't bow before Jesus. They don't believe he's God. They believe he's Michael the Archangel. They will not bow. They won't pray in his name. They do not honor him. Do you understand that? They say with their mouth, oh yeah, we believe he's the son of God. They do not believe he is God. Trust me, they're antichrists. Do not bid them God's speed, the Bible says, or you'll be partakers of their evil doings. Look what it says in verse 23, that all men should honor the Son even as they honor the Father. Same exact way. He that honors not the Son, honors not the Father that has sent him. So just so you know, Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses that don't believe Jesus is God, you show them that verse. If they will not bow before the Lord, they're gonna be made to bow as they're cast into hell. Do you understand? You better bow before the Lord, receive the Lord, give Him your honor, give Him your heart, give Him whatever you gotta give Him, and let Him give you eternal life. Because judgment's coming. Colossians chapter 1, verse 28, I think he's going to put it up there for me. You can look at this one little verse. It says, whom we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom. Why? That we may present every man perfect in Jesus Christ. That verse tells me that even though I've messed up, and even though you might be sitting out there going, oh, what was me? He knows everything about me. Uh-oh, He knows my thoughts. Uh-oh, He knows what I'm really like. You know what I mean? That's scary. Well, that's why He said, preach them, teach them, so that when you do meet Him, He'll say, you're perfect. How can a man be perfect? By talking to Him now. Confessing your sins now. get him removed, get him washed, get him cleansed under the blood so that they're nowhere around. He can't say to you, I have something I gotta talk to you about. You know what I mean? Like, you ever hear that thing when somebody with Tharsis, you got a minute? You know, it's never good, it seems like. Or could I see you for a minute in my office? You're like, oh no. You know what I mean? And imagine Jesus going, hi Brian. Brian, can I talk with you in my office for a minute? And you're like, oh no. So my point is, is look, according to this verse, we can be perfect in Jesus Christ. We can be at that judgment, Ron, not have to like gulp. Amen? No big gulp sounds 7-Eleven. We can really know and be confident and be ready for that day. Cause that day is approaching. It's coming, Sean. It's coming. And I know you only got like one or two little bad things in your whole life you've ever done. So all you gotta do is get them right, right? Know what that is? Be nice to her. Amen. He's a great husband and father. He is. He's great. I'm almost done, but I want you to just get this common sense. Because some of you might think, uh-oh, the judgment's coming. And all I say to this is, you should be confident knowing your relationship with Him right now. You should be confident knowing that I talk to Him every day. I love Him with all my heart. I love him. I tell him I love him all the time. I know I do wrong, but I always go to him and say, Lord, I'm sorry for thinking that. I'm sorry. I have a relationship with him. Do you? Do you have a relationship right now with him? Then you really don't have much to worry about. Unless you're doing something you know you oughtn't do and you haven't really confessed it to God and you haven't repented of it. But that's the only thing. My thing is, I want this to be everyone in this church. I want to present every man perfect in the eyes of God. You know what makes us perfect? The blood of Christ. You know what makes us perfect? Jesus Christ. Amen. He's so good. We're persuading men to submit to God, to receive Jesus Christ for your sins. We are dead in sin. I want you to realize that. We need to be quickened in the Spirit, forgiven, made new, creatures, judged at His appearing, not at His kingdom. I'm going to finish with this verse. Turn with me. Well, two verses, sorry. Hebrews 9. Hebrews 9. Look at what it says. You have an appointment. We all have one. Not only is it appointed unto men once to die, but the Bible says, every man has an appointment to stand before the judgment seat of Christ. So we have an appointment unto men once to die, but after this to what? I want you as your pastor, as your friend, as your brother in Christ, to be ready for that day. I want that not to be a fearful, scary day for you. I want it to be a day of rejoicing and praise and hugs and high fives. Amen? Turn with me if you would please to Revelation 20. The judgment seat of Christ is for the quickened. The great white throne of judgment is for the dead. If you have not yet been quickened by Jesus himself, please today get quickened. He said, I have power and authority to quicken whoever I want. Will you please, I'm begging you, please call upon Jesus's name. Ask him to save you. He will. That's why he came and died. Put your faith and trust in him. He'll save you. He'll quicken you and make you alive. Because, like I said before, I can't wait, Anton, to that day. You know what keeps me here? The church. People. My family. my sons and daughters, my grandsons and granddaughters, my great-grandsons and great-granddaughters, my neighbors, my old friends that I hung with, my family, and some of us here. There's many people in this church that only come Sunday morning, and that's the only time I see them, and I have no clue what they're doing the rest of the week. They're not here for Sunday school. They're not here for Sunday night. They're not here for Wednesday night. They're not here for men's Bible study. I don't know what they're doing. I'm not putting judgment, saying, I don't know. So it scares me. How right can they be? And I want to make sure that they have Christ. I want to make sure that they're not going to be one of those ones where, look with me, if you would, please, in Revelation chapter 20, verse 11. It says, And I saw a great white throne, And him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away. And there was found no place for them." That's sad. No place in heaven for them. No place in eternity for them. And it says, and I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God. And the books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books according to their works. I'm here to tell you, friends, that not only does the Holy Spirit, God, Christ live inside of you, and He knows everything you think or do, but there's angels recording everything we do. They're recording. They're watching us called watchers. Some of them, other ones are called guardian angels, but they're here right now. They're with you. They're with you when you're home. They're with you when you're not home. They're with you at night. They watch everything and they record everything in books. And there's going to come a time when every single person is going to be judged out of those books. It's pretty sobering. But the great thing is, look what it says. It says, and the dead were judged as things were written in the books according to the works, verse 13. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them. And they were judged, every man, according to the works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the books of life, were cast into the lake of fire. I'm glad that those books that are written aren't written about me. You know why? Because before I got quickened, before I got born again and got received Christ, everything I ever did, said, thought, action was written in books. Once I received Christ, those books would never be found. Now my name's written in the Lamb's book. The Lamb's book, you understand? His book. Now He's going to judge me out of His book. He said, you belong to me now. Your body's mine. Your mind, your thoughts, your will are mine. I am the Lord. And He says, now I'm going to stand before me. He's going to judge me for everything I did for Him. And the things I didn't do for Him, I'm not going to receive anything good. But all the things I did do for Him, He's going to give me rewards forever and ever and ever. Life is good when you have God. Guilt and shame is one of the worst things you can carry around. Guilt and shame don't belong in heaven. Let it go. Give it to Christ. Forsake it. Receive eternal life. Receive the love of God. He loves you so much. I want us all to feel his love, to know his presence, to know that he cares for you more than anyone or anything you could ever experience. And I'm going to spend the rest of my days with him. He cares for me. He loves me. He's with us. He's here right now. He wants to come in with every head bowed and every eye closed. Nobody looking around at this time. This is the time we have a chance to just spend time with Him. Tammy, could you go get Kieran? This is your time between you and Him. The altar is open. You can come to this altar and bow before the Lord, humble your hearts before Him, be honest with Him. If you, please listen to me, if you want to be quickened, you want to be made alive, If you want to never have to stand before the white throne of judgment and be judged for all your works, and you want eternal life, and you want mercy, and you want grace, and you want forgiveness, this is your time. Raise your hand, every head bowed, raise your hand if you want eternal life all over the room. Raise your hand if you want Jesus Christ to quicken you and make you alive. Put your hands down. Those that raised their hands, pray with me. and pray and just say, Lord Jesus, I believe in you. I believe you are the son of God. I believe you came to this earth. I believe you died and was suffered on that cross to pay for my sin. I believe that you went to hell for me. And I believe that you rose again for me because I know you're here. I feel your tug. I now open my heart to you. Tell him, I open my heart to you, Jesus, and ask you to come in and be my Lord, be my Savior. Save me, Jesus. Save me from my sin, from death and hell. Save me, Jesus. Wash me and cleanse me and forgive me. And I will thank you. I'll praise you. I'll follow you. I'll serve you. Whatever you want me to do, Lord, I'm here. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. Thank you, Jesus, for saving my soul. I feel your presence. I receive you, Jesus, as my Lord. I believe with all my heart. You are my God. You are my King, my Savior. And I thank you, Jesus. Thank you for saving my soul and giving me eternal life. Help me now. Pray it, say help me now to live for you. In Jesus' name, amen and amen. Keep your heads bowed, your eyes closed. If you're going to heaven, and you know one day you're gonna meet the Lord, raise your hand, please, raise it high and happy. Amen. Put your hands down. If you couldn't raise your hand, then you need to say that prayer that we just prayed. You need to honestly ask him to save you. Or one day you may end up in hell. And you will be judged for everything. But I'm asking those who are saved today, those who have been quickened, I'm asking you to think about all those that aren't. The only reason we're still here is because God wants us to tell someone about Him. So I'm asking Jesus to help me to be a witness of Him. And I'm asking you to ask Him to make you a witness. Ask Him for the power of the Holy Spirit, that I may speak the words of truth, that I may tell others how they can be forgiven and have eternal life before it's too late. Lord Jesus, hear the prayers of your people. Bless the church today. Give us strength and courage. Give us the Holy Spirit of God. Let us know you're with us. And let us go out and share the gospel as you've commanded us to do. The best to our ability. In the name of Jesus Christ and all God's people said, amen. And amen. You don't ever have to leave if you're praying.
