All righty, good morning. Nice to see everybody out today. Beautiful weather. This is just great. They said, Joe said in Sheridan, they got a couple inches on the ground, right, or an inch or so. So yeah, it's more moisture, which is good. Turn to the Book of Romans, and we're still obviously there. I've got to find where I am here. So last, two weeks ago, I guess, ended up kind of pausing right in the middle of verse 15. So what we'll do is we'll read a few verses and pray, and then I'll kind of do a quick review. But let's pick it up. We'll read verse 15 again. Oh, verse 21. So the Bible says, Romans chapter 1, verse 15. Yep. So the Bible says, so as much as in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God and the salvation to everyone that believeth. to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, the just shall live by faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness. Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, Lord, we do just thank you so much for, Lord, the word of God and, Lord, the opportunity to just be up here. Lord, I pray you bless your people here this morning. I pray you feed them. Lord, I pray that you work through me. And Father, I just ask that a blessing be upon these that are here. And we ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen. All right. So verse 15. So it says, so as much as in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are in Rome also. So Last or two weeks ago, I ended up stopping in the middle or towards the end of what I had for notes, but there's 10 gospels there that are found within the Bible total, and gospel just means good or joyful message, right? So I'm just going to review these quick and then we'll pick it up on the 10th one, but there's the four gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The gospel of the kingdom, which was preached when Jesus Christ was on earth, that's the fifth gospel. Then there's the sixth, which is the gospel of the grace of God, and that's going to be the dispensation that we're in. The good news, obviously, is two-thirds negative in this gospel. It's the death, burial, and resurrection. Too bad, one good, right? Got to have a balance when you come to preaching in the Bible and just everything about it. So the seventh is going to be Paul's gospel, Like I said, we kind of went through all these, so I'm just going over them quick. And that's going to be the entire body of work of doctrine that Paul gave to the churches. It's, you know, some references were Romans 2.16, Romans 16.25, 2 Timothy 2.8 and 9. The eighth gospel is going to be the gospel preached, which you can find that in Hebrews chapter 3 and chapter 4. And that was preached to the Old Testament Jews. that came out of Egypt and those that went into the Promised Land. The ninth was going to be the Gospel of Dead, found in 1 Peter chapter 4, and that's when Jesus Christ descended into the center of the earth. At the three days and three nights he was in the grave, his soul went down to the center of the earth, and he preached to those that were in Abraham's bosom in hell. And then he led captivity capped in those that were in Abraham's bosom and brought them up to heaven because now their sins were cleansed and they were able to go to heaven and be in the presence of God. So the last gospel, the 10th, that's in your Bible, turn to Revelation chapter 14. Most of you probably know where I was going with that anyway. And this is gonna be the gospel that is gonna be preached in the tribulation. Obviously we know the tribulation. There's going to be a lot of different things going on. That's when God's turning back to the Jews. There's going to be a faith and works element to the tribulation for salvation. And what you have is the everlasting gospel being preached. So Revelation chapter 14, And we're gonna look down in verse six, and the Bible says, and I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice, fear God, and give glory to him, for the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters, And then continue on and there followed another angel saying Babylon has fallen It's fall in that great city because she made all nations to drink the wine of the wrath of her fornication And the third angel followed them saying with a loud voice if any man worship the beast and his image and receive his mark in his forehead or his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God." So there you have your works. Don't take the mark of the beast. So if you're listening to this message in the future, somehow if the internet's still around or I don't know what's going to happen and you're in the tribulation, don't take the mark of the beast, right? That's the only warning I can give you for the tribulation, those that aren't saved or that aren't going to be taken up in the rapture. You're going to have to have faith in God, and then you're not going to have to take the mark. And that mark is going to be pretty particular just because it's how you're going to buy and sell and trade and be able to feed yourself. And it's going to be a rough go if you don't take that mark. You're going to probably just be killed. But that's the 10th gospel is that everlasting gospel. And like I said, that is going to be preached in the tribulation. And if you're saved in here, you're thankfully not going to have to deal with that. But if you're not, well, that's your next gospel that you're going to have. Right now we have the gospel of grace of God, which is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and putting your faith and trust in him, Jesus Christ that is, is enough payment for your salvation for your soul, and it pays for your sin debt. So, go back to Romans chapter 1, and we'll pick it up in verse 16. So the Bible says, for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. So the gospel of Christ, right, that is the gospel of the grace of God, it's the death, burial, and resurrection, and that is the power of God unto salvation. I know I've gone over that before, but that power is the resurrection, right? No man taketh my life from me, I lay it down and I take it up. That's that power of God. That's that resurrection. That's that darkness to light. That's that sin that you're dead in sin and trespass. and you're resurrected and seated with Jesus Christ when you accept him as your savior. So that's that resurrecting power of God. Now, obviously, we should not be ashamed to share that gospel. Brother Dean always talks about, and I'm just as guilty, I probably should open my mouth much more than I do. There's times where the Lords literally like T-ball, you guys remember T-ball where they put the ball right on the little T there and all you got to do is just wind up. Lords put that ball there just like that and I can't tell you how many times I've failed to share just even a testimony or just something simple. And so we're called to do that, right? Paul said, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. And I don't want to browbeat anybody, but like I said, we should not be ashamed as well. And I'm just as guilty as the next. Now, a lot of the new modern Bible versions actually remove of Christ out of this verse. So while A can then be confusing a little bit, because the gospel of Christ is the gospel of the grace of God. there is no gospel without Christ in it, right? For us, anyway. And so that is something that, just to kind of food for thought there, the gospel means nothing without Christ in it. So this verse also shows the pattern, the movement of the gospel. Towards the end of the verse there, it says, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Now, you have the death of Jesus Christ, right, the resurrection, and what does he do? He goes and he meets with the disciples and he says, stay in Jerusalem, right? Stay in Jerusalem, stay in Jerusalem, for you'll receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, right? So Peter, in Acts chapter one, starts preaching, right? And what happens? The Holy Ghost falls upon them and 3,000 souls were saved because of that preaching, right? So you have 3,000 people in Acts chapter two that are added to the church, right? All Jews. They're in Jerusalem, you know, it's all Jews, maybe some proselytes there, but it's for the most part would be Jews. So you have that all the way up until Acts chapter 7. Acts chapter 4, 5,000 are added to the church. So think of those revivals, man. Think of 3,000 or 5,000 people just all accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior at once and the Holy Ghost falling upon them, right? So Acts chapter 4, 5,000 gets added. So there was a big revival going on in Jerusalem. And then you get to Acts chapter 7. And that's where Stephen goes and he preaches to the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin. And they end up ultimately rejecting that and stoning him. And then the gospel at that point Pastor said last week, I think it was, that signs and wonders began to cease with the stoning of Stephen in Jerusalem. And what ends up happening next? Acts chapter eight, a Gentile proselyte gets saved, the Ethiopian eunuch, right? And he gets saved by grace through faith, right? He says, if thou believe, hey, what doth hinder me to get baptized? Well, he says, if thou believe us with all thine heart. I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, right? So Acts chapter 8, the Gentile proselyte gets saved. Acts chapter 9, the apostle Paul gets saved, and he's the apostle to the Gentiles, right? Acts chapter 10, Cornelius and his household, a pure Gentile at that point that is not a proselyte of Judaism, but he's just a straight-up Gentile in, well, where was Cornelius? Yeah, but the city. I didn't have it down, doesn't matter. But so Cornelius gets saved, right? Not a proselyte to Judaism. Peter's preaching, he's expecting to hit that next big verse of the repent and be baptized every one of you. And all of a sudden the Holy Ghost falls on them and they speak in tongues before Peter gets to his big point in his verse, right? Or in his sermon. And so Cornelius and his household get saved by grace through faith. And all the way through the rest of the book of Acts, you can see that transition of God transitioning from the Jew to the Gentile. And that's where Paul, even in his writings here, says to the Jew first and also to the Greek. And that's that natural transition in the book of Acts. It's just laid out perfectly right there for you. Verse 17, so Romans 1, 17, back to verse 17. So the Bible says, for therein is the righteousness of God, revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Now we touched a little bit on this. with my introduction. This is the verse that got Martin Luther out of the monastery, right? Martin Luther was a good Roman Catholic. I'm not going to go into all his history, but he ended up, this verse is one of the verses that just spoke to him, and I got something that I'm going to read about him here quick in a minute. But what does that mean, right? What does it mean that just or justified shall live by faith? Look at Job chapter 25, so turn to Job chapter 25 just before the book of Psalms. Job 25, keep your finger in Romans. Job 25, it's a short chapter. I'll just read it. So the Bible says, then answered Bildad, the Shuite, and said, dominion and fear are with him. He maketh peace in his high places. Is there any number of his armies? And upon whom doth not his light arise? How then can a man be justified with God? Or how can he be clean that is born of a woman? Behold, even to the moon and it shineth not. I'm sorry. Behold, even the moon and it shineth not. Yea, the stars are not pure in his sight. How much less man that is a worm in the son of man, which is a worm. So here, that's a great question Bildad poses, right? Verse four, how then can a man be justified with God or how can he be clean that is born of a woman? Well, Thankfully, we've had the revelation of the Bible printed. Obviously, this is the oldest book written. Travis kind of went over that quite extensively. Interesting note here as well, in 1780 B.C. is kind of the note I have when the Book of Job was written. It's a science book, too, because the moon does not shine. It reflects light. Little food for thought there, that Bildad knew back in 1780 BC that the moon reflected the sun's light, not shined by itself. So your Bible's a science book as well. But how does a man be justified, right? Turn back to Romans, and we're going to look for that in the book of Romans, because justification is one of the doctrines that the book of Romans sets forth. And so we're going to look at Romans chapter 3. And look down in verse 19, so Romans 3.19, and we're going to read a little bit about justification. So the Bible says, for there, or now, we know that what things, soever the law saith, that saith to them that are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore, by the deeds of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. So that is why Bildad said, who then can be justified in his sight, right? it's because there's no flesh shall be justified in his sight by the deeds of the law. All right, but now, verse 21, but now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets, even the righteousness of God, which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all the elect, oh wait, no, unto all, upon all, them that believe, for there is no difference." So there's no Calvinism to be believed there, just from that verse right there. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom have set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood. to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are passed through the forbearance of God. To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness that he might be just and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Verse 28, therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. So how can a man be justified? Through faith in Jesus Christ, right? And that was where Martin Luther kind of had that big issue was that the Catholic Church was teaching that justification came through penance, through paying to get your sins forgiven, from purgatory and to, you know, having a priest absolve your sins. Those were the issues that Martin Luther had, and there was many others, but he just had that inkling, like, how can a filthy thing cleanse something filthy, right? And that was kind of that recurring thing until he read the just shall live by faith, right? And that's that, state or that verse that got them. So I got a book here that talks a lot about all the different, well I guess the reformers, but I wanted to read two quick things. So this is just, it's from a book called Purified Seven Times. If you haven't read it, it's a nice short little book, style of book I like reading. It's I got to have progress, like those big books when you're, you know, besides the Bible, right? Bible's easy reading to me. But besides those big, big books, man, that stuff, that's just, that's hard to read. I need to feel progress, like get through a chapter, you know? Can't stop in the middle of a chapter. But anyway, so Purified Seven Times, it's a great book. If you don't have it, maybe we can get some or something and get them in the library. This here says, Paul's admonition in Romans 117, the just shall live by faith, pierced Luther's heart. In Habakkuk 2.4, The same truth is rendered, the just shall live by his faith, that is, by God's faith. Luther was converted to Christ by the New Testament doctrine of justification by grace through faith in the writings of the Apostle Paul. Luther defined faith, so that was kind of my question is, well, what is, you know, for the just shall live by faith, right? What does that actually mean? Well, Luther defined faith as acting on the promises of God. He said, faith is a living, restless thing. It cannot be inoperative. We are not saved by works, but if there be no works, there must be something amiss with faith. Right? That's pretty wise. And then, this is kind of, and Luther, if you don't know much about him, he translated a German Bible and, The Catholic Church was pretty furious about it, because at that point in time, the Catholic Church had a stronghold on the language, right? And they only allowed... Oh, what was it in the... Oy, not the Greek, but the Latin. There we go. They only allowed Latin, and only very educated people were able to learn Latin, because you had to go to college to learn Latin. So Latin was already pretty much a dead language at that point. but only the educated people used it. So in September of 1522, Luther's New Testament was printed. His completed Bible containing Old and New Testaments was first printed in 1530. The desire of Luther's heart to publish a Bible in the language of the people had come to fruition. Luther stated, let the scriptures be put into the hands of everybody. Let everyone interpret them for himself according to the light he has Let there be private judgment, let spiritual liberty be revived as in apostolic days. Then only will the people be emancipated from the Middle Ages and arise in their power and majesty and obey the voice of enlightened conscience and be true to their convictions and practice the virtues which Christianity commands and obey God rather than men. So pretty powerful stuff. Now I know Martin Luther had a lot of faults as well, right? He wasn't obviously very, he wasn't perfectly doctrinally sound, right? But he did have the five solas or, you know, the scripture alone. Christ alone, faith alone, grace alone, and to the glory of God alone, right? And that is what realistically kicked off that Protestant Reformation, which brought the world out from underneath the reign of the Catholic Church. Like I said, I highly doubt, and I know God can work in other ways and do other things, but that's the reason why we're here today, is because those men back in those days stood up for the Bible and the Word of God, and they realized what was actually going on. So that's to give credit to whom credit's due. That man stood up, so Martin Luther. So verse 17 is, For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, the just shall live by faith. So verse 18, for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath showed it to them. So two things to note in this verse. Number one, the truth itself can be held, right? So the Bible says, sanctify them through thy truth, thy word is truth, right? So it says who hold the truth in unrighteousness. So like I said, you can hold the truth because the word of God is truth. So you can hold the word of God, which is truth, and it can be held in your hand. The second thing is that the wrath of God is on those that hold the truth or the word of God in unrighteousness. Now, throughout the centuries, the devil has used multiple ways and efforts to stifle Christianity, right? persecuted and killed Christians. So, you know, you read about all the apostles and how they died and just some of the horrific deaths. You know, Paul writes about being sawn asunder. You know, I don't quite, I have an idea what it is. It's just, that seems pretty dang gruesome to me. But yeah, sawn asunder and all those just horrific deaths, they were sewn into soaked lamb skins, I believe, and as they would dry, it would squeeze the life out of you. Yeah, just horrific ways that they killed Christians. the devil controlled the language, so what we just kind of went over, right? That Latin. If you can control the language, you can control the people. And that's what the Catholic Church figured out, and that's what they did. And so they controlled the language for many, many, many, many, many, many years, right? From about 1000 to 1500 BC. Then after that, those obviously things did not work, right? The language got freed up, the Bible was translated, you have the printing press and you had Bibles being printed, the Word of God printed and brought to the common man, right? So what did the devil do next, right? He catered to man's pride, his intellect, and what came of that is what's called textual criticism. And that has created, now I Googled this, and I couldn't believe it, so I kept trying to look and find other sources, but two sources says that there have been 900 English Bibles created. And I was like, that can't be right, 900? And I found one that said 450, and I was like, eh, it's probably a little more accurate. But I mean, I have probably 15 at home, just random ones that have been created over time. So obviously, the devil, using man's pride, now the devil fell by pride. Pride is one of the most powerful tools that can be used against a Christian or anybody for that point. And the devil used that pride of man, and like I said, what came of that is that textual criticism. So now Christians, both Christians and non-believers, have no idea what the word of God actually is. We believe the King James Bible is the word of God. This is the preserved word that God wants the English-speaking people to be reading. If you start putting out nine, if there's truly 900 versions of the English Bible, well, which one's right, right? You know, I mean, if you start really thinking about it, they're not all the same. And so if you're trying to hide something, you ever watch those movies where, you know, let's say it's somebody chasing somebody in a chase scene, and they disappear into the crowd, right? It's a good way to blend in. That's why a lot of people look at churches and they look at sizes of churches as a lot of people is a lot of success. You know why a lot of people go to those big, big, big churches? To blend in, so they don't be noticed, so they don't stick out. So they're being religious because they're there, but it's so they can blend in, so they're not sticking out. So if you're intentionally trying to hide something, create many of them, right? And I think I read that there was about 3,000 total translations. So that's all languages, everything. So about 3,000. And if almost 1,000 of them are in English, should tell you something about that English Bible that's sitting in your lap today. Because if there's almost a third of them that are in English, It's pretty damning evidence, I'd say. So, verse 19. We'll move on from that. So, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath shown it unto them. So, now this verse is dealing with all those that live in the Western world today. If you live in the West, you're familiar with Christianity, right? Every single person knows about Santa Claus and Christmas and all that stuff. And they have an idea then because they'll know that Christmas relates with Jesus, right? So if you're living in the Western world, Everybody has had an opportunity to have an interaction with Christianity at some point or another. Most are, like I said, we all work in different places. Most have an opportunity daily to rub up against somebody that's a Christian, right? But what happens is they still reject it, right? So the wrath of God, or I'm sorry, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them for God has shown it unto them, right? they have been shown what salvation is, right? But they still reject it. And so you get atheism and agnosticism, right? So atheists and agnostics. Now, they, let's see. Seems like one of the most popular questions that they always pose whenever you're dealing with somebody, if you have the opportunity, is, well, what about the heathen in Africa, right? And we'll get to that in some of these next verses. What about the heathen in Africa, right? You know, Paul had a, well, let's turn to Acts chapter 17. So what about the heathen in Africa? Acts chapter 17. Actually, that might be AX16 now that I think about it. Well, I'll go to AX17. I got a different reference, but there was the man of Macedonia, right, that Paul had a vision, and there was a man in Macedonia saying, come over here. And so if there's somebody truly in the jungles that's wanting to learn about God, God's not unjust. He'll send a missionary. He'll send something that will get the word of God to them. So God is not unjust in that manner to leave the heathen in Africa out. But Acts chapter 17, and we're going to read verse 18, 17, 18, Acts chapter 17, 18. Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans and of the Stoics encountered him and some said, what will this babbler say? Others, some, he seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods because he preached unto them Jesus and the resurrection. And they took him and brought him to Areopagus saying, may we know what this new doctrine whereof thou speakest is? For thou bringest certain strange things to our ears. We would know, therefore, what these things mean. For all the Athenians and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing else but either to tell or to hear something. Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars Hill and said, ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, to the unknown God, right? Whom you therefore were ignorantly worship, Him declare I unto you, right? So that's that Western world. That is the people that have had God revealed to them, but they reject it because they don't have physical evidence, let's just say. And if you look back in Romans chapter one, so turn back there in verse 20, So you have the men of Athens that were worshiping the unknown God. Well, if you live in the Western world, you know who God is. You know that Jesus Christ is God. Like I said, it's been preached in this country. This country has sent out missionaries around the world constantly to preach that very thing. And so as we continue down, so here in verse 20, so 19, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made. So that means that the invisible things that are clearly seen are because of the things that are made, right? even as eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. So the invisible things are clearly seen, right? That's kind of a contradiction, I guess, if you think about it, because how can something that's invisible be clearly seen? It is actually quite simple. There are very complex things like the human cell, right? Now, I am not smart enough, we'll leave that to Pastor John, but I am not smart enough to talk intelligently about the human cell. Now, I know there's all sorts of stuff that goes on in there and they call them small machines that are inside our body, right? But I'm just going to go with the even more simple thing. Like if you take a seed and you put it in the ground, over the course of the winter when the ground freezes, that seed then germinates. Something very simple. It can't germinate if it doesn't get frozen or cooled down. Some citruses I was reading about, they only have to get to a cool temperature. They don't actually have to freeze. Where like an oak, an acorn, has to actually physically freeze before it will germinate. Some have to germinate for multiple days before they'll, some will just have to get to freezing, some have to go, you know, a month, two months in that frozen state to actually complete germination. Now, you put that little tiny seed in the ground and what comes up? Tree, flowers, plants, things that we can eat that nourish our bodies, right? That's an invisible thing. How does something that you put in the ground as one thing come up a completely separate thing? That is an invisible thing of the creation that is clearly seen, right? God's creation. So you take the sun, right? So take the sun, right? rises in the east, sets in the west, right? The sun is a picture of the Trinity. It has three rays. It has light rays, which can be seen but not felt, right? And that's going to be like Jesus Christ, the son of God. He came to the earth. He was physically here. He was handled by men, right? That's the light rays of the sun as a picture of the Trinity. And that's going to be that portion of the Trinity of Jesus Christ. Now, the heat rays, so when you're standing outside, especially on a winter day like today, and the temperature is cold outside, but you can feel that sun hit your skin. Oh, it feels so wonderful. I love summer. I can't wait for summer. But anyway, but you can feel that heat hit your skin. And I tell you what. I don't want to hear anybody complaining about the heat this summer, because you guys don't have humidity here. So I am going to be out and just enjoying it. When I was working at the car dealership last year, I would just sit outside on those 90-degree days and just let the sun just hit me and just be like, oh, and people would be like, oh, it's so hot. I'm going back into the air conditioning. And it's like, no, it's not. It's not hot. Trust me. It's wonderful. But anyway. So those heat rays, right, those heat rays can be felt but not seen, right? And that is going to be the Holy Spirit, right? That Holy Spirit, that presence of the Holy Spirit, you can feel it. You can feel it in a church service. You can feel it in your prayer closet. Not all the time. I mean, I wish I was spiritual enough to feel it all the time, but that Holy Spirit of promise can be felt, right? So that's gonna be like those heat rays, right? And then you have ultraviolet light, which can be neither seen nor felt, okay? But ultraviolet light will burn you. Ultraviolet light's what turns your skin red when you're out in the sun too long. It's not that light, it's not the heat, it's the ultraviolet light. Now that, to me, is a perfect picture of God the Father, because if you're not covered with the righteousness of Jesus Christ and you're exposed to God, in your bare skin, you're gonna burn up. And that's, I have a inkling of an idea of that potentially is a little bit of what hell is gonna be like because they're gonna be in the presence of God without the covering of Jesus Christ. Remember God, when he revealed himself to Moses, he had to just only show him his backside and he put him in a cleft of a rock. That means he put him in a crevice of a rock so that the shade would be across and he just passed by, just his backside. And Moses glowed. like physically was glowing. You can't tell me that if you're not having that covering of righteousness of Jesus Christ, that being in the presence of God, that's why they had to be in Abraham's bosom and not in heaven, because they didn't have the righteousness of Jesus Christ yet. So that presence of God, that sun itself, is like the Trinity, right? That UV light is God the Father, the light is Jesus Christ, and the heat is like the Holy Spirit. That is gonna be an invisible thing that can be clearly seen and understood, right? Now, nature itself is the clearly seen part, right? Look at Job chapter 12. So turn to Job chapter 12, and then I'll just finish up with that, Job chapter 12. Job 12. And look down in verse 7 and Job 12, 7 says, but ask now the beasts and they shall teach thee and the fowls of the air and they shall tell thee or speak to the earth and it shall teach thee. and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee, who knoweth not in all these things that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this, in whose hand is the soul of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. So there you have, oh, that the Lord hath wrought all of this. He had wrought the seed that creates everything, obviously, creationists. We're not evolutionists here. So just a few quick questions. Why does the clouds that form over the ocean, why don't they rain salt water? Right? I mean, that's a simple question. I mean, the ocean's salty, and only certain animals can live in it. It's not fresh water. We know that you can't water your grass with salt water. Otherwise, your grass is going to die. So why is that? Why do the clouds drip down clean water, right? Take, for example, this fall. I'm getting revved up. March 1st was a couple days ago, and so you got elk and deer season coming up, right? Now, why do they go into rut at different times? because their gestational periods are different, correct? And so they know their bodies have that pattern built into them so that their young can survive in the spring, right? Same thing with cattle for breeding. So why does that happen, right? What keeps your heart beating and keeps you breathing while you sleep at night? I know it's an unconscious thing no matter what, but why when you're unconscious, sleeping, what keeps that thing beating, right? And that's those invisible things that are clearly seen. So people that want evidence of God, Think about some things that you can share with them. Think about things in nature that are just so simple that you can just share with people, because that might just be what somebody needs to start believing in God, right? Like I said, there's a ton of atheism going on, and boy, I tell you what, it's getting worse and worse and worse. And as Christians, we need to be ever more vigilant to be sharing the gospel. So let's pray. Let's finish up and pray. Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Lord this morning. I just pray you bless Lord, the main service and Lord, thank you so much for just the word of God and Lord, the ability to be up here. And Father again, we just ask your blessing upon and be here with us. We pray and ask these things in Jesus name, amen. All right, you're dismissed, be back at 11.
