It's good to be in church. It's better than being in jail. And it's better than being on your sofa just being lazy. We need God. God doesn't need us. We need Him. I want to be honest with you. Well, I was going to say something, but before I do, I want to say, hopefully I'm always honest with you, right? It's a phrase we use to show sincerity, but it's the truth. It's from the heart. Can everyone hear me good from the back of the corner? I genuinely love every one of you. People that just walked in love you. And a lot of people say to me, how do you love us? You don't even know us. It's because when I didn't know God, Jesus loved me. And I'm really concerned. I want to be honest with you. I have a message that, for some reason, I'm scared to preach. I don't know why. Because I know that's what you need. I'm really concerned this morning. I have a message, and hopefully I can preach later, another day, another time, that I know you need to hear, but God keeps on bringing me back to a message. The most important thing in the world. This message is so serious. And it's for everyone. It doesn't matter if you've been a church member 20 years. It doesn't matter if you sing songs for Jesus. It doesn't matter if you're on drugs and you're drunk. It doesn't matter if you're a very righteous person or you believe in God and you're trying to do the best you can and you pay your bills. It's for you, too. The bum on the street, it's for him, too. The message is for everyone. And I just want to say that every one of you are important to God. Sometimes you don't feel it. Sometimes you might not recognize it. But you are important to God. Why? But why? Why are we important to God? What can I give God? I'm nothing, I'm no one, I'm weak. God is so powerful, he has everything. Why am I important to him? The president, he doesn't know me, he doesn't care about me. Kings in other countries, he doesn't love me, know me. So why are we important to the king of kings, the Lord of lords, the creator of the universe? Why are we important to him? Why are you so important to him? Do you wanna know the truth? Do you wanna know why? We are all the creation of God. But we're not all children of God. A lot of people don't know that. Because religion has taught us that we are all children of God and we just need to find our way to Him. And sometimes we get out of the way and we lose our way and we need to come back to God. That's not true. Did you know Jesus said in John chapter 8 verse 44 to the most religious people of the day. When I say religious, I mean they didn't smoke, they didn't drink, they didn't commit adultery, they didn't lie, they went to church, they tithed, they helped the poor, they helped poor people. Isn't that good? Shouldn't we all help one another? Jesus said to this type of great people, great citizens, Ye are of your father the devil. Jesus said that in John 8, 44. Ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye shall do. Well, not everyone can be children of God if Jesus is calling some people children of the devil. So what it is is we are all the creation of God, but we're not all children of God until we become born again. Now, what does that mean? Can I enter into my mom's belly a second time and be born? I mean, I'm already 40 years old. How can I be born again? You need to be born again into God's family in the spirit, in your soul, in your heart. And a lot of people think being born again is being baptized. No. The city water can't wash anyone's sins. Only the blood of Jesus Christ. Some people think, okay, well if I obey the Ten Commandments, maybe I can go to heaven. Listen to me. Even though you obey every single commandment, you're still going to die and go to hell. Because if you could get to heaven by obeying the commandments, then why did Jesus die? Just be good and obey the commandments. You don't need the Son of God to have a crown of thorns on His head and punch in His face and blood coming down. Why did Jesus Christ, the Son of God, come down? Because your baptism can't save you, your church can't save you, you obeying all the Ten Commandments cannot save you, putting a shirt and tie on can't save you, quitting your drugs and stopping your drinking won't save you, even though it's a good idea and we'll talk about that. That won't save you. I know people who go to AAA, Alcoholic Anonymous, because they have a drinking problem. They go and they get victory. They stop drinking. Guess what? They're still going to hell. You say, how can you say that? That's why I'm scared. I fear talking about what I'm gonna talk about. And if I were you, I would pay more attention to this service than anyone in your whole life. And I'll tell you why. What if you gained the greatest job in the world? You go to scholarship, football, you have a great job, you're making tons of money, you have mansions, you have cars, you're so successful, but then when you die, you go to hell. And then when you die, someone else takes your wife, No, seriously. Someone lives in the house that you've given your whole life for, someone else moves in your house. That mattress you spent, that $2,000 comfortable, and your big screen TV, and guess what? It's all comfortable, and you're working to have things in life, to not be poor. You're giving your life to be somebody, to succeed, to have what you like. Well, imagine you living for that, and then dying and going to hell, and then someone else who did not work for anything that you have takes it. Is that true? You can't take anything with you. But there's something you have that is very precious to God. There's something about you that God loves. It's your soul. It's your heart. God knows that one day you're going to die. And a lot of people don't want to talk about death because it's sad. But you know what? Death is not that sad for a Christian. When I die, not if, when I die, don't cry for me. I want you to shout and sing songs because I know I'll be with Jesus. I know I'll be with Jesus. Cry for yourselves that you're still suffering here. I'm going to be with Jesus! But some of you can't say that with surety. And some of you think that's pride. Oh, how can you say you're going to be with Jesus? Would you think you're better than us? No. It's because I realized I was the worst among us. That's why I have Jesus. And I want to talk about something very important. And it's because I love you, every one of you. I am sent out of a church in Texas. And I just preached a jubilee, sort of like this, and I was the main preacher every service. And I preached and many souls got saved. Many church members got saved. The pastor Mike Lewis, you know, Pastor Mike Lewis from Texas, Temple, Texas, he just posted up on Facebook a 76-year-old man that has been a church member. He's a deacon of the church, treasurer. He's been faithful to church for 20 years, faithful every Wednesday, Sunday mornings and the nights. Some of you say you're saved, you barely come to church. This guy, was in church for 20 years. There's some kind of interference. He came and I preached on religious but lost. people that have God in their head. They believe in Jesus. They know Jesus died on the cross, but they don't know Jesus personally in their heart. It's one thing to know about Jesus and to believe in the existence of Jesus, and it's another thing to have in your possession Jesus Christ in your chest, in your life, in your soul, You must be born again. So this 76-year-old man, when I was preaching, I didn't know he was going to hell. I didn't think that this deacon of the church, treasurer, faithful member for 20 years sang in the choir. I wasn't even thinking about him. We're thinking about the guys with tattoos. And I have a tattoo, by the way. I have one also. I'm shamely to say. I marked my body. You know why? I didn't know Jesus. I used to smoke and do dope and I used to drink. Why? I didn't know Jesus. But this man had no tattoos, never drank, never drank. I think the greatest sin he's ever done was drink too sour milk or something, he told me. He's never done anything wrong. To me, he's holy. To me, he's like, you know, I'm a loser, biggest sinner in the world. This guy's never done anything wrong. And as I'm preaching, religious but lost, he runs down the aisle. He ran. 76 year old, member of a church, faithful, good standing, deacon, 20 years! He runs down the aisle and goes, I'm lost! I'm lost! And people are like, maybe he's old and he doesn't understand. Maybe he's confused. And the pastor went to him and said, what's going on? He said, I've been playing church. I believe in God. I believe in everything. But I've never been born again. I don't have Jesus in my heart. I have him in my head. And I pretend to be happy with a smile. But in my soul, there's an emptiness. And there's something missing. And I'm starting to hear about hell. And I think I'm going. And I want to be sure that I'm not. I need my sins forgiven. The greatest burden of your life, sir, of my life, of your life, of your life, is living life with a big sack, a big bag, invisible that no one sees, full of sins that has not been forgiven. You live in this earth and you pretend to be happy, but deep down you're miserable. And you're looking for something to belong. You're looking for something to feel happy. You need joy. A Friday night comes, if you're not hanging out with the boys and doing something, you're not happy, why? Because you have no peace with yourself. You need things to be happy. I need nothing to be happy because I have Him. He saved my soul from hell. He came into my chest and actually saved me. Now think about this. You believe Jesus is real, right? The Jesus you believe, physically, literally, and spiritually came into my chest. A man came into my chest. How can you be the same if Jesus, the Son of God, the King of the universe, moves in your heart and chest? There will be a drastic change. A lot of people believe in God, but in vain. That's in the Bible, 1 Corinthians 15, verses three says, unless you have believed in vain. How do you believe in, believing in God is good, but why would that be in vain? Because every time you believe in as much as you come to church, your heart is still filthy, rotten and the same. And you try to change, but you can't. How many times have you said, I'm going to change this time. And you try to change, and then evil is there again. And you keep on doing wrong. And you're thinking, why can't I change? I'm trying to be a good person. But I can't. I want to change. I want to do right. But sin and bad decisions and wickedness and evil still in me and anger. Why? It's because even though you change your religion, your denomination, you can dye your hair, you can put new clothes on, you can even learn new facts about the Bible. That doesn't mean your heart has changed. Only when Jesus Christ, the Son of God, comes off the cross or down from heaven and literally comes into your chest and comes into your heart and life, you cannot go to heaven. And that's called, you must be born again. I've noticed that so-called Christians get offended if I ask them, are you saved? Well, yes, I'm saved. Why did you get offended? I can't wait for someone to ask me if I'm saved. Because I want to tell them, yes, I am, and let me tell you about it. Let me tell you how I got saved. The problem is you don't really know how you got saved. Because you were born believing in Jesus. You were born raised believing in Jesus. So you thought that you always believed in Jesus, you're just trying to find the truth. No. Listen, no one can believe in Jesus their own way. You cannot believe in God your way. I cannot believe in God my way. We all must believe in God His way. His way is found in the Word of God. Okay, now people are upset and emotional and they start judging and feeling uncomfortable when we start talking about heaven and hell. Do you know why I'm happy and I get excited about messages on hell? Not because people are going, but because I'm saved from there. Woo! Because every time I hear flames of hell and you're gonna burn, I'm like, yes, that was me, but now I'm going to heaven. Woo! But if you're never saved from hell, how can you be excited about that? If you were never saved from hell, and I don't mean problems on this life. Do you know a lot of people don't really believe in hell? You know what's funny? I think back in the 50s, back in the 50s in America, the greatest, we're so smart scientists, we've gone into space and done all this stuff. You know, just in the 50s, I think 60s in our textbooks in the public school, we just learned that the center of the earth, the earth's core is a fireball. There's fire in the earth's center. Isn't that true? Well, didn't Jesus 2000 years ago say hell's in the center of the earth? How do you know that? He created the earth. create the earth. There's a hell. But a lot of people say hell's here on earth. There's poor people and there's bombs and suffering and there's poverty and wars and molestation and rape and all that is like hell. But that's not hell. In hell you'll burn in fire forever and it doesn't stop. And you'll live there for a thousand years, two thousand years, a million years, two million years and you're gonna burn forever in hell. Yeah. This man 76 years old first time in his life ran and says I'd never I've always believed in Jesus Try to be a good person try to live my life according to the law the Bible But I never truly believed that I deserve to go to hell. That's what he said he said I believe in hell, but I didn't believe that I deserve to go to hell and Then with tears he accepted Jesus Christ as a Savior. He's on fire excited crying He's right now telling everyone about Jesus. He just got baptized. He's 76 years old and Now, I read two passages in the Bible, and I had tears in my eyes. I didn't have tears in my eyes of sadness for me, but for you. Can I be honest with you? There are many people in this church right now going to hell. And I don't care if you're a member of the church 20 years, you're still going to hell. See, you don't have to be a drunk to go to hell. You could be in church and go to hell. You don't have to be a drug addict and a whoremonger and a prostitute to go to hell. You could be a good moral citizen and still die and go to hell. And we're gonna talk about that. And I would like to show you some things. Look with me in Matthew chapter seven. I didn't wanna preach this message. I promise you I have another message and I can't wait to preach it. And I sat back there and looked and God broke my heart. And I looked at the people here and God, I didn't see people, I saw souls. And God said, what if it's the first time people come to this church and they don't hear a clear gospel presentation? Woe unto me, woe unto me. Matthew chapter seven, if you don't have a Bible, don't matter, just listen. Jesus said, faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. My grandfather, when he prayed, I felt God come down. You know why? People can't sit still and listen to this message. I guarantee it. I guarantee it. Right now, everything is going through your mind. You don't want to focus on this message. You want to know why? Your father, the devil, wants you to die and go to hell. But something spiritual, Jesus Christ and His power and authority of Christ wants to bind the devils of hell and kick them out of the church and save your soul and forgive you and give you life and joy and peace. That's what you want. You all want life, joy and peace, but you have to get it in truth God's way, not your way. He that has the Son has life. He that hath not the Son of God hath not life, but the wrath of God abideth on him. And then Matthew chapter 7, please, guys, don't go to the bathroom. I mean, if you have to, no matter what, go. But seriously, why? Right now, you guys can't listen to this message right now. Right now, it's shaking and laughing. You can't be serious right now. You know why? You don't want to feel bad. You don't want to feel guilty. You want to act like, oh, you got this. Yeah, this is nothing. Really? Are you real? Anyone can go to church. Quick question. If I walk into a car parking lot, am I a car? No. Just because you come to church for 20 years doesn't make you a Christian either. Now look with me in Matthew chapter 7. Did you know our brethren in Paraguay, South America started four churches, five got people, hundreds of people in the congregation, hundreds, on fire, excited about Jesus. If they came here to this church, they would think you were lost. My dad went there. Can I tell you why? I'm being real, I'm not even being mean. My dad went, did you go to Paraguay, dad? As soon as you walk in, if you're a visitor, it doesn't even matter if you're a member, as soon as you walk in, if it's a man, 100 men, 80 men will line up. No, you just walked in, you don't even know, you're like, I'm new here. You don't even have to say anything. Our people love Jesus and love souls so much, they'll go and go to him and say, brother, thank you for coming, we love you and Jesus, and hug you. Next guy comes, you're important to God, you need Jesus and hug. And this guy got about 100 hugs, said he was special to God, and everyone's crying, talking about how Jesus saved them from hell, and all their sins are gone, and they know Christ, and there's joy and love and forgiveness in their home, in their marriage, in their children, and there's victory, and you're like, what just happened? I just walked in the doors, and before the preaching, you're crying. Because you know what you're saying? My dad doesn't even love me like that. My own family don't even love me like this, but as soon as I walked into the church of God, where it's real Christians, they loved me, who I was, and they cared about me, and they told me about Jesus. None of you said hello to me. And I see people here don't even know each other, no one reached out to anyone. You're dead inside. You're religious. Phillies game, Eagles game, you're high-fiving, woo! Church, Jesus. I'm not guys. I'm trying to help you to show you that there's something wrong in your heart with God. Yeah, brother, there's something wrong. You know it. You can't lie and fake forever. You think, listen, I'm not a Christian because I have a shirt and tie on. I'm a Christian because I was a wicked, lost, wicked sinner, and I came to Christ. Begged him forgiveness because I knew I was lost going to hell and I saw that Jesus died on the cross for me to save me from hell and with all my soul my heart jumped out of my chest and hugged Christ received Christ believed in Christ for salvation and he did he transformed my inside But some of you believe in God, but you're not transformed. That's believing in vain you believe in God, but your heart hasn't been transformed you have the same heart and Your clothes are different, you have more education, you might have more wisdom, but your heart is the same. Now, the saddest word someone can hear is what Jesus says to people who are religious, but lost. Matthew chapter seven, verse 21. I don't have a Bible, just listen. Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven. But he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord. They believe in God, they're calling him Lord. Have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? Look what Jesus says in verse 23. And then will I profess unto them. I never knew you. Depart from me, ye that work iniquity." These weren't drunks in the street. How much more for the drunk in the street? These weren't drug addicts. These were people in the church preaching God. These were people, religious, that go to church to church, amen, hallelujah, I believe in Jesus, and they go to functions, and they pray in the morning, and they say the rosary, and they do all their things, and they think they know God because they go to church or because they're trying to be good, but when you die, you're gonna hear the words of Jesus Christ, who you believe, will actually say to you, depart from me into hell. I never knew you. And then that will confuse you, because you're like, wait a minute, I went to church. I pray every morning, I say, thank you. But I believe Jesus Christ died. I wanna let you know, did you know Satan knows that Jesus Christ died on the cross? Is Satan going to heaven? So then why are you going to heaven? Satan believes everything you believe. But there's something Satan can't do, is be born again. You can. When were you born again? Well, Jesus, I was in drugs and he saved me. That's not being born again. That's getting help. That's not being born again. Well, I was in a car accident and I almost died, but Jesus saved my life. That's not being born again. Jesus saved your life here on earth, but your soul's still going to hell and burn forever. Now look with me in Luke chapter 13. This really was touching. In Luke chapter 13, verse 23. Pastor Michael, or you can call me Pastor Miguel. I mean that. You can call me Pastor Miguel. Why are you preaching this? What's your motive? What do you want us to get? You want to know the truth? I want you to get saved today. At the end, I'm gonna ask you to come up and trust and receive Christ as your savior. Not like times before praying a prayer and no change in your heart. I mean truly understanding the gospel and believing and being saved from hell. Forgiven, transformed, become a child of the king. All your sins, all of your sins, forgiven. All of your sins that you've ever done in private, secret, the worst sin you've ever done, forgiven. Don't you want that? Well, then after the message, come and receive him as your savior. In Luke chapter 13 verse 23, Luke chapter 13 verse 23, then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, strive to enter in at the straight gate. For many, I say unto you, many, the majority, many, the majority, Jesus said, I say unto you, will seek to enter in and shall not be able. Few really get saved. The majority of the religions and the majority of the people that say they believe in Christ don't go to heaven. You have to understand that not just because you say you believe in Jesus means Jesus knows you and he's in your heart. Anyone can, you were born believing in Jesus here, but you don't have Jesus here. You love him here. You wanna believe in him here. You feel him sometimes here, but he doesn't live here. Your whole person would be different. Your whole life would be different, your whole heart. You would be a different person than you are right now. You would have come to church a different person. In what way? In your clothes? Forget your clothes. Your attitude for God, your heart for God. You would know him in a real way and everyone would know it. Now look, in Luke chapter 13, In verse 25, when once the master of the house has risen up and have shut the door, and you begin to stand without, to knock at the door saying, Lord, Lord. Listen, people are knocking on God's door. Lord, Lord, you're calling him Lord. If you don't believe in God, you're not gonna call God Lord. The atheists that believe in evolution and all that stuff, they're not calling Jesus Lord. So these are people in the church. And they're saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us. And he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are. Then shall ye begin to say. This is what you'll say. Who? You. Who? You. What will you say? You ready? We have eaten and drunk in thy presence. I remember going to church, and we had fellowships, and we ate, and I heard the singing. I sing, and I like the Bible, and I like singing. I was there. We sang about your name. And that's what they're going to be real confused. Now look. Then shall ye begin to say, But we have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are. Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. You know what gnashing of teeth is? When you have pain so bad, if you're burned, you don't go, ah, you go, ah, ah. When you're burned, I have third degree burns. I'm honored because I roofed with my dad. And hot tar, muck, burned me in third degree. Went down to the bone. It was bad. I got a big time scar. Worst pain in my life. Do you remember the Twin Towers? September 11, terrorists came. Remember the fire? There was video of people jumping out. They would rather fall and splat than feel the flames of fire. There's a lot of pain in fire. Imagine your whole body burning, but you don't die. And all you do is feel it, but it doesn't go away. And you scream, and you're rolling on the ground, and you're thinking, when's this pain going to stop? Eventually, I'll die. No. When you die, you're more alive than ever. You're not this body. If I chop your arm off right now, you still exist. You, who you really are, is not this body. It's inside and you know it. And no one knows who you are except for you and God. Not even your spouse or your girlfriend or wife or husband knows the real you. We know you by your actions, your thoughts, your behavior. So we know you by your behavior. But deep down, there's someone in there that's special. And that's you. and you're a soul, and God loves you, but when you die, you're going to hell, and you're fake, and you're a liar, and you're full of sin, and you try to pretend that you're holy, but deep down, you're a hypocrite, and you don't love God. God's not number one in your life. Jesus in the Bible's not your soul and passion. Everything else is first before God. Be honest. We easily can believe that a murderer, a thief, child abuser, a wicked man or woman will go to hell. And yes, they do go straight to hell. The Bible says in Revelation 21.8, but the fearful and unbelieving and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, all liars shall have their part in the lake, which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is a second death." The Bible says in Psalm 917, the wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God, whole nations go to hell. Whole nations go to hell. But it's very hard sometimes to believe that my good old grandmom who prays is going to hell. Let's be honest. It's hard to believe that my neighbor who doesn't harm our soul and gives candy to children and prays is going to hell. Can I say something? According to God, they're going straight to hell. But it's very hard sometimes to believe a good moral person who says they love Jesus is going to hell. To the weak in faith, listen, you gotta turn that off. That's the devil. To the weak in faith or someone who really doesn't understand the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you hear words like this, you ready? When you hear right now words like this, good people who love Jesus can still die and burn in hell. Be honest. Like just think of it now. Because in our minds, because we don't know God, we don't understand the gospel, we think when we hear good people who love Jesus, that's not, the words burn in hell can't go together. But what you have to understand is the gospel, who is good? And according to whose standard? Yeah, the sweet old lady across the street that's helping giving candy and blesses everyone, she's good if you compare her to everyone else in society. But our heart is as black as black as spades with the Lord. We have all broken God's commandments. We are all guilty sinners. And that old lady or you, no one can say, I'm perfect, I'm holy. No one. One lie, you're going to hell. And then the brother back there goes, well, then if that's true, one lie sends you to hell, then the whole world's going to hell, because everyone's lied. Guess what? You're right. The whole world is going to hell. That's why Jesus Christ came to save you from hell. I'm not going to hell. Well, then why do you need Jesus? Oh, you want Jesus like a pharmacy. Only when you're sick, only when you need help, only when you need someone to pay your bills. Jesus, you don't love the pharmacist, but you love the medicine it gives. They are people who are going to hell. I don't love just God's blessings and I love His blessings. I love Him because He saved me. You know why I love Him? Because I knew He loved me first on the cross. Isn't that true? Now, how can a person love Jesus and go to hell? How can someone read their Bible every day and still go to hell? Did you know that's true, right? But some people don't know that. Look with me in Acts 16, in the Baptist too. Forget Jehovah Witnesses. You wanna know who goes straight to hell? Independent Baptists. Independent Baptists die and go straight to hell. Only true Christians are gonna have it. Now look with me in Acts chapter 16. This is something very interesting. And dad, don't worry about the time. Okay. Only because I say that. Because if one soul comes and gets saved, There are people right now, there's something going on in your head, you're like, something's going on right now. Can I tell you, it's not me, I have no power, I'm a man. But I'm speaking the authority of Jesus Christ and his word, and it's touching your heart, and you're battling, you're wondering, but I believe in God, but, but, and there's a war going on in your mind. Yeah, because the devil wants you to continue the way you are. But Jesus wants to save you, forgive you, transform, not your outward appearance, that will come later. Your heart, the inward person, where you're suffering, anger, bitterness, hurt, pain, sin. You know what? Be honest. Sometimes your flesh desires to do bad stuff. Just be honest. You try to be so holy, and you look and you see a woman, you see a man, and these evil thoughts come, and you see things, and you're like, what am I thinking? And if people knew what really went through your mind, we would all run from you. Be honest. We're all sinners. I'm a sinner, you're a sinner, we all need Christ. We don't need religion. We don't need more theologies and we need Christ, the son of God who died on the cross, but where? In your heart. But you can't have him in your heart until you understand something. And if you can understand that today, I pray you run in the front. Yeah, but I'll be embarrassed. True Christians here want you to run to the front. I'll give you a high five if you run to the front. I'll run with you. If you cry, I'll cry. We're all in this together. There's no one better than anyone here. Who doesn't need Christ? But what happens if you recognize you need them, but then when you die, you go to hell? It was vain. It was pointless. In Acts chapter 16, verse 16, those that don't have a Bible, just listen good. Because those that don't have a Bible will get saved before people that with a Bible. Because it all depends on who's listening with their heart. Having a Bible in your hand doesn't mean you're right or you're saved. Do you know the Bible doesn't even work if you don't believe it? Do you know Jesus can't even save you if you don't believe? Not even the power of Christ can forgive you if you don't believe. You have to open your heart and say, God, I don't know many things, but I know one thing. I believe in you. And I believe in the power of Christ. And I believe he has the power to forgive me. He has the power to change me. He has the power to save me from hell. Christ came and died on the cross, was buried. And did you know Christ by his own power? The father didn't raise him up. He himself rose again from the dead. Do you know if you trust Buddha, because I've heard this, oh, well, you know, we all have the same God. No, no, listen to me. Do you know Buddha was a real prophet? He was a real man. If you go overseas, there's a grave for Buddha, and you can dig up his bones today. Muhammad, the Muslims, they had their prophet Muhammad, right? Right now you can go to Mecca, whatever, you can dig up, you can find his bones. Confucius and all the leaders and all the prophets of the world, guess what? They're buried and they have a tomb, a shrine. Everyone's worshiping and praying to their shrine. But if you dig it up, there's bones. Did you know Jesus died and there's no bones? You know why? He was the only one by his own power, death could not hold him down. And by his own power, he rose again from the dead in victory. What does that mean? If you have Christ in your heart, when you die, you'll rise like him. All religions will stay in the ground like their prophets. But all those that have Jesus Christ when they die will rise again. Isn't that great? When you die, where are you going? Now look with me in Acts chapter 16, verse 16. And it came to pass as we went to prayer, a certain damsel, a damsel was a young woman, possessed with a what? Spirit of divination. It was a girl who didn't have the spirit of God. She had a bad spirit, an evil spirit, a devilish spirit, an anger spirit, a bitter spirit, an envious spirit, a lustful spirit. She didn't have the spirit of Christ. But look at this girl. When you think of someone having a bad spirit, what do you think of? Running in the street, doing bad things. Look what she did. Look what this person did. And it came to pass as we went to prayer, the apostles, or Luke is talking, but with the apostles, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. The same followed Paul, the apostle Paul, apostles. This girl, full of the devil, followed the men of God. And cried. So she's in the street. The apostles are in the town, publicly in the streets, going to sinners. Sinners, come to Christ! And they're preaching Christ and repentance in hell. And they're preaching that there's no sin in your life that he can't forgive. And it doesn't matter what you've done in your past. It doesn't matter how many sins you've committed. If you come to Christ with your heart, he'll forgive you and save you and raise you up and make you a new man. And guess what? This girl fooled the devil? Start crying out loud? And look what she starts saying. These men are the servants of the most high God, which show unto us the way of salvation. Oh, wait a minute. Did she tell the truth? Yes. Did she follow the men of God? Yes. Just like there's people in church today following men of God, following leaders, following denominations, following pastors, but they have not the Spirit of Christ in their chest. So sometimes we think, oh, they're going to hell because they're evil. This girl was evil inside, but she publicly starts saying, these men are the men of God, which show us the way of salvation. Do you know what she's doing? She's actually admitting Jesus Christ is the Savior. So that means you can believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and you're still going to hell. Like this woman. Yes or no? Not only that. So this devil possessed person that had an unconverted heart, a sinful heart, a wicked heart, a devil's heart. She was not ashamed of Christ publicly. She recognized the men of God and followed them for days. She recognized that salvation is only through Christ, but if she would have died, she would have went straight to hell. She was full of the devil and was not saved. She was not born again and going to hell when she dies. Now watch this in verse 18. And she did this many days. Like every day, this girl was preaching the truth in the street. But Paul, the apostle, being grieved, knowing that she was false, he knew that she was a hypocrite. He knew that she talked about Jesus in her mouth, but didn't know Jesus in her heart. Oh, she had the clothes and she had the talk, and she could talk about Jesus as the savior, and she knows everything, and she's a Christian, but Paul knew she was an imposter, a liar, a child of the devil, and she's going to hell. And it wasn't because she is this wicked bad person, it was because her sins have never been forgiven. And so, but Paul being grieved, turned and said to the spirit in her, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of him, come out of her. And he came out the same hour. And some of you need bad spirits to leave. Some of you need the devil to leave your home and your life. and you're a slave to sin, and you're trying to change, but you can't. And some of you have changed denominations. I love that. Catholic, a good Catholic, always believed in Jesus, but then they realize it's not by works, and it's not Mary, and it's not the priest, it's only through Jesus. So what they do, they change denominations. Yeah, but your heart's still the same. Your knowledge changed, but your heart's the same. Your heart with God can never change until you've been born again by the Spirit of God. When were you born again by the Spirit of God? Right now, if I get the microphone. And I come to you and say, okay, I want right now, I want to put everyone on the spot. Tell me how you got saved from hell and when and how. Biblically, tell me. Some of you would be so nervous you would want to run. And it's not because you're scared of public speaking. You yell at your house all the time. You yell all the time. It's because you don't know. You're confused. You know about God. You know everything about God. But you don't have God here, and you're empty, and you're trying to find something because religion cannot save you. I'm concerned for some of you. Some of you don't even care. You're like, whatever. You're going to hell. I don't believe in that. In Paraguay, I had one man mock me. I was preaching a meeting and many souls came to Christ. I preached this message and people with tears in their eyes gave up. They put their pride down. They said, I don't care anymore. I choose Christ. I don't want to go to hell for anyone. I love God, and I want to be saved. I want to be forgiven. I want a new heart. I want to be clean. I want to be forgiven with God. I love God, and I don't want him to be against me. I want to be with him. And without Jesus Christ in your heart, it's impossible. And I preached that, and many souls got saved. But there was one young man, ha, ha, ha, chewing his bubble gum. It's true. He really was. And he was like, he's acting cool and tough. I went to him and I talked to him with tears in my eyes. I said, God loves you, wants to save you. Why? He's like, yeah, you know, but I don't believe that. You know, whatever, hell and all this stuff. I believe in God, I have my faith. I said, no, you don't understand. You have your faith, but you're wrong. Your faith is wrong because it's not according to God's word. You believe in God wrongly. But I'm sincere, but you're sincerely wrong. You don't understand. And he rejected. Two days later, he got hit by a car. He's in the hospital. And now he has oxygen. He can't move while he hears this. You're not tough in the hospital bed. God, if you fool with God and you reject God, God can touch your brain in one second and you'd be crazy. You don't mess with God. You don't play with God. You don't come to this church and say, I'm good. I'm a Christian. And you're lying. And deep in your heart, you know you're lying. You're lying and you know it deep down. And you know what you're doing? But I pray to prayer. But your heart's the same. You've never been saved. But I like church. Everyone likes church. It doesn't matter. Anyone can come to church. But I like preaching. So anyone can like preaching. This devil possessed girl preached, liked everything. She was going to hell. You're not saved because you like the things of God. I want to end with these verses and then give an invitation. Please look with me in Genesis chapter 4. People wanna believe without repentance and it's impossible. You can't believe in truth in Jesus Christ without repenting of who you are. I wanna tell you a story and I might preach it tonight or another day whenever my dad says. A woman went to Jesus Christ and she begged him that her daughter be healed of the devil. She begged him. Now listen, everybody listen, pay attention to me please. And this woman came to Jesus and said, Lord, please heal my daughter. She's vexed with the devil. She's sick. She's got a devil, a demon in her life. She's addicted to the things of the world, and she's suffering in her soul and heart. Will you please heal her? Will you please save her? You know what Jesus said? You ready for this? Jesus, to test her, to see if she's real, he said, no. It's not meat to give food from the children. Talking about the children of Israel, the Jews? to dogs. It's in the Bible. Jesus called a woman a dog. It's the truth. I'll show you. I want to preach it. And you know what she said? Yay, Lord, it is the truth. I am a dog. And then he looked and was like, I've never seen so much faith. And then she said, but Lord, I'm a dog. But even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from the table. Please help me, I need you. I admit that I'm a sinner. I admit that I'm going to hell. I admit that I'm lost. I have God here and I play like I'm a Christian, but in my heart, I don't know you. I've never been saved. I've never personally trusted you as my savior. And you know what, when she said that to Jesus, When she admitted that she was a dog and said even a dog eats from the crumbs, you know what Jesus says? I have never, he marveled at the faith that she had. And he said, woman, thy faith has saved thee. Your daughter will now be made whole. But why all the problems? Why didn't just Jesus do it? Because you can't trust Jesus as your savior until you admit who you are. You're a wicked sinner. You're a liar. You're a thieving. You have bad thoughts. Sometimes you're angry and you're envious and you're bitter and you're sometimes evil in your heart. But you don't want to admit that. No, I'm a good person. We're all sinners. See, you don't want to take responsibility. And listen to me, until you come to God and you come to the cross And you say, God, I'm sorry. I am the sinner which you died for. I am going to hell, but you came for me. Jesus, forgive me, save me. And when you do that, it's the only time you can be saved. No, no, no, listen. No one can go to heaven. Yeah, but my salvation experience wasn't like that. Then you're still in your sins and you're gonna burn in hell. Because a prayer does not save you. Going to church, believing that Jesus Christ exists does not save you. It's coming to the cross and realizing you're a dog, you're a pig, you're an animal, a snake. I am. I am the worst among you. I am the worst among you. The problem is I can admit it, you can't. You know why you can't admit it? I'll tell you why. Those that live in sin right now, you're like, man, I need this. I know I'm a sinner, but some of you are so fake and liars. You know what you do? Why never? I'm a sinner, but I'm not that bad. I was never a drunk and I was never a drug addict. I never killed anyone. You're just as bad. You're just as wicked and bad, but in your eyes, you don't feel that. Guess what? Jesus can't save you. Jesus only saves real bad people. You didn't know that? Sir, Jesus only saves real bad people. Remember the Pharisees, the religious rulers, they got so angry at Christ. You know why they got angry? Because they lived such holy lives and Jesus said, your heart is full of wickedness. You know what they did? You don't know who I am. You need to respect me. I live a moral life. I've worked hard my whole life. You don't know who I am. And Jesus says, Yeah, I know who you are, you dirty, rotten scoundrel looking at pornography. I know who you are, you liar looking and lusting after women and evilness in your heart and bitterness and you can't forgive and you have anger and hatred towards your brother and towards your family members and you can't forgive. I know who you are, you dirty, rotten sinner. And until you go, it's true. God, I understand now. I'm not a sinner just because I drank once and smoked a cigarette. I am a sinner because I was born in sin, dead in trespasses and sin, and there's nothing we can do until we come to the power of Christ and His love on the cross, shedding down for a sinner. Jesus came not to save the righteous, only sinners to repentance. And when you recognize you're a sinner going to hell, it will be the greatest day of your life. Why? Well, first you said, it doesn't feel great. Yes, because you have to be humble and humiliate yourself. You think you can come to Christ with your chest out? You think you can come to Jesus? He died on the cross. The father smashed Jesus. Listen, the father smashed his son on the cross for you. You're gonna come to Jesus saying, God, yeah, I've only done some things bad, forgive me. No. All of your righteous deeds are filthy rags. You know, every good thing you've ever done, God doesn't even care. You know what you need? Christ in your heart. And I tell you right now, there's about seven people here lost, going to hell. You're religious, but lost. Some of you are not even religious. You know you're a sinner. You just need forgiveness. And I pray you come. But before we close, there's about seven or eight people right here going to hell. And I'm speaking to you. Who are you speaking to? You. And you know it, but you're prideful. I'm gonna hold on to my integrity. When Jesus is saying, come, Jesus, the one you say you love, is saying, come. And you know what? Instead of a tear, you harden up. Instead of being humble, your pride comes. Who does he think he is? You don't know who I am? That's how the devil acts. You know why the devil's not going to heaven? He can't humble himself before the cross. When have you ever realized you are the dirty, rotten, filthy sinner, just as bad as a murderer, and you're going straight to hell? You said, I never realized that. Then you're still on your way to hell. and you need salvation through Jesus Christ. I need the same salvation and forgiveness as a child abuser and I have never molested children. I love children, but I'm just as wicked. I know you don't see yourself like that. That's your problem. The Bible says, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The Bible says, all have their righteousness around filthy rags. The Bible says, we have all broken God's commandments, the one you love, and when you die, you're gonna die alone without God. Can I tell you something positive? God loves you. God wants to forgive you. God wants to save you from hell. God wants to walk with you. He wants to be with you, but you won't let him because of your pride and your religion, no. No man is saved from hell without coming to the cross. Not here. Not here. Here. And I'm gonna prove it to you. I'm gonna prove it to you. I'm gonna end with this. Genesis chapter four. Those that don't have a Bible, just listen. God is touching four, five, maybe eight even souls right now. You know you need to be saved. Deep down you know I need forgiveness, but then you're scared. What's he gonna think? What's she gonna think? And you're scared. And right now there's confusion in your mind, but I wanna tell you, Jesus Christ is not the author of confusion. The devil is. If right now I said, who wants $2,000 for free? That's clear, you want it for free. But when someone says, who wants forgiveness? Who wants God in their heart? Now there's confusion. But I'm saved. Why do you have to fight with yourself that you're saved? It's the devil trying to take my salvation. What if God's trying to save you? In Genesis chapter four, and I'm gonna end with this. Just listen, please focus. Genesis chapter four, verse three. Verse 1, and Adam knew Eve, his wife, and she conceived and bare Cain and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. Verse 2, and she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And in the process of time, it came to pass that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. So Cain, and you know the story Cain killed Abel, right? Right? Cain believed in God, loved God enough to come to God with an offering. He was a murderer. He was of the devil. He loves God, believes in God. He wants to give God an offering. Now look what happens. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect, listen, and the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering, but unto Cain and to his offering he had no respect. So that shows you that you have two people, both of them love God, believe in God, wanna serve God. They come to God, but God rejects one and accepts another. Is that true? Did we read that? Why? What was wrong? The offering was wrong. The sacrifice was wrong. You need to be born again by the spirit of God. And you can't until you know you are that dog or you are that sinner that needs a savior. Let's pray, everyone stand to their feet please, close your eyes, bow your head, and let's take a serious time of examination and prayer. Come brother, I would run to the altar. I would run.
