So anyway, during the last 24 hours sometime, with all the things that are going on in Japan, and all the things that are going on in Iran, and all the things that are going on in all the different places, I don't know how it is that we managed to get the Energizer Bunny elected President of the United States. I'll say that again in case y'all aren't really aware of how much energy this man has. I don't know how it is that we managed to get the Energizer Bunny I like calling President Trump a bunny. Getting elected to be the President of the United States. It had to be God that was doing that. Whether you all are donkeys or you are elephants, it does not matter. There are two things I'm going to harp on. This is before I start the message today. Two things I'm going to harp on for about the next 16 months. Get ready. As I'm going to harp on this, we must pray for our leaders. We don't have any choice. God expects us to pray for our leaders. We're supposed to pray for our leaders. We've been given that commandment in the New Testament to pray for leaders and to ask God to be with them so that we can live peaceable lives. lives are filled with the wholeness of God and even when we can't live peaceable lives were to pray for our leaders so be praying for for our leaders and everything and the next thing is you have to do two things within the next July, August, September. I'll cover it in the next 17 months. You have to do two things. You have to pray for your leaders and you must vote. You won't hear from this pulpit telling you what you've got to vote for. You better seek after God. Because if you're listening to all the voices of conventional wisdom in America today, they're going to tell you this and that and something else. You want to hear what God has to say. That's all I'm going to be doing for the next 17 months, telling you you must vote. Are you registered to vote? If you're not, why? Say, I'm disappointed and disgusted. Well, did that ever give you, in God's eyes, the opportunity or the right to stop being or doing anything? And so we want to we want to pray for our leaders and we you must vote in the next 17 months when it comes November of next year. You must vote. I'm going to be pressing those two things upon you. This is going to be the second in a series of messages. I did not do it last week because I had other things I needed to touch on about the fact that a week ago this last Friday we were going to war. We had a 30-minute window to keep from going to war. If we had done anything other than what has been done, it would have been something that would have started small, and then there would have been the next step, and then there would have been the next step, and then there would have been the next step. And if you all don't know that, You need to know it. Last Friday morning, we were on the process of going to war and I preached a message that talked about that. If you want to find out, I think Brenda said you can go on Facebook and you can go back to last Sunday morning at the 11 o'clock service, 1045 service, and you can listen to that message about how we did not go to war. And then at the end of that message, it said that had to be God. because we've had people that have made decisions for our nation and every time it just seems like the decision that needs to be made is let's go to war and suddenly there was something else that happened and if you don't know what that is you need to find out what that is so we must pray for our leaders We must know that, like Dana said, that in the last 24 hours, President Trump stepped up to the demilitarized zone between North Korea and South Korea, stepped into the demilitarized zone, where bullets fly on a fairly regular basis, walked into the demilitarized zone as the leader of North Korea walked towards him. They were supposed to have a handshake, probably do a little, a few formalities, maybe even kiss one another. I don't know. And it turned into being a 50-minute Meeting now. I don't know what else we can do to reach out to other nations around us and let the nations that feel like that We're trying to do evil to them to see our president step into the place where nobody goes Saying I'm looking for a solution. Are you looking for a solution to it's kind of like Jesus whenever he went on the cross and he said I have the solution Are you willing to receive it? He even said from the cross, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do. And we need to be very thankful today for something that happened a week ago Friday and for something that has happened in the last 24 hours. Thank you, Dana, for bringing that to our attention this morning as we are considering going to the throne of God right now. Would you bow with me in prayer as we get ready to receive the word of God today? We know, or at least we should know, that if the church does not have young men and young women having visions, and I mean visions, a reality that's different from the reality that is, that America will not have any visions. Because the visions come from you dealing with your people. We're here today because we need visions, reality that is not right now. Things are so twisted around us. So twisted. And we need that reality of God on the throne and Him being in charge of things. Father, also we need dreams. We need leaders that are willing to dream, leaders that have visions. But if the church does not have visions, the reality and the dreams, the dreams that grab a hold of our hearts and draw us to the very throne of God, then there will be no visions and dreams in America, no matter how many are being presented to us by people who want to lead. So Father, we ask today to be with us as we study visions and dreams. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Now, I have in the past taken you to Joel, the second chapter, verse 28. Don't go there. Where it talks about Joel said that there would come a day which God would pour out His Spirit upon all the good people. Because if you're in church very much, they really press on you to be a good person. But it didn't say he would pour out his spirit upon all the good people. It says he'll pour out his spirit upon all flesh. And then Peter stood up and Acts the second chapter and he quoted Joel whenever they were speaking other languages that they didn't know and they were speaking those languages and people could understand. I don't know if the miracle was in the fact that they were just speaking in Hebrew or Greek and other people were hearing it in their own language. I don't know. But he said, this is that which was prophesied by the prophet Joel. In those last days, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. And you'll say, well, what does that have to do with dreams and visions? Both places in Joel, the second chapter, verse 28, and in Acts, the second chapter, it said, and you're young. I'm looking around. I see a bunch of y'all that look like me. You can tell me that you're young and that you've had all the latest done to your face and your hair. But your young will have visions. That's young men and women. And your old men and women will have dreams. Young people, we need to encourage them not to twist reality, but to God to speak to them to where they see things as they really are, and things that are not yet, that God wants to bring into being. And then we need to have for the older people to be able to have dreams that they can talk about that will draw hearts to the very throne of God when they're hearing dreams. Because today we're going to go back and we're going to look at a young man who had dreams whenever he was somewhere after the age of 17. And we're going to be considering the dreams and how those dreams began to change the world of his day. Young people, you know who you are. Are you having visions? If you were given the opportunity, would you take it? Old people, I know who I am. I hope you do. If we're given the opportunity to have dreams, would you take them? Because this is going to be all about that. So today we're going to start in Genesis, the 37th chapter, and we're going to read a few verses from there. Then we're going to read a few verses from Genesis chapter 38, and then we're going to bring a message that's going to be all through Genesis chapter 39. And you're saying, Brother Phil, that's way too much stuff. I know how to be able to cut it down today. Brother Matthews used to say, preaching is like baloney. Cut it anywhere and it's pretty much the same. So I know how to cut it. You all pray for me that I'll cut at the right place so that you'll hear of the grace of God, of the forgiveness that Jesus Christ brought, of the transformation that can come through knowing Him, of being able to give your life to God and receive back more than you ever gave to Him. You all pray for that today. So in the 37th chapter of Genesis, it says, and Jacob dwelt in the land wherein his father was a stranger, the land of Canaan. And these are the generations of Jacob, Joseph being 17 years of age. Now in this one, we find a young person having dreams, but these dreams are unusual. And I'm not gonna take you and read through the dreams to you. In these dreams, there are inanimate objects that have no life in them that are standing up and bowing down. Inanimate objects. What this is doing is telling us there's a God who can take something that's just as dead as dirt and He can raise up something and that something wants to bow down to who He is. And so Joseph had an understanding of these dreams. It was all about God. God was revealing about how He's on the throne, how He's in charge. We are seeing in some areas in our own lives, not everywhere, but we're going to be looking at Joseph's life. Whenever he, in spite of what he saw, he still believed in a God who was on the throne. And so he told his dreams and his brothers hated him. They hated him, one, because his father loved him. They thought that they weren't loved. I want you to know something. You have a heavenly Father who loves you. And you've got people around you who want to love you. Why did his father love him? Because he saw something happening in Joseph that he knew had happened in him, but he wasn't seeing happen in the other eleven. And because this was happening, he had great hope, but he was so amazed that it was happening in Joseph. The stories that had been told about from Abraham to Isaac, from Isaac to Jacob, and from Jacob to the 12 sons were beginning to transform Joseph. Joseph was, and I'm going to be using these words a lot today, was beginning to be more than just a person who does not understand there's a God that's on the throne. So today you need to understand there's a God who's on the throne. This last week I had something amazing happen to me. Two people that I did not really expect too very much out of, because I don't really expect too very much out of people. I mean, it's not because I have given up, but to people I was able to look at them and say, I want to thank you. And they said, what are you thanking me for? I said, because you've become more. God's looking for that in us. Jacob was looking for that and his sons and one of them was becoming more. So he was becoming more. His brothers hated him. They decided that they would kill him. I don't know why it's so easy for us to kill. But they decided they would kill him, and they thought a little bit further, and they said, well, maybe we can't live with that. Let's just get rid of him. Let's sell him into slavery. We can live with that. I want to tell you something. Anything you think you might want to do to somebody, you better be good and sure that if you're doing evil to them, you will regret it for the rest of your life. I am a person who can stand by that and say there are things that I have done that I still regret today. And every one of you here know that there are things that you have done that you still regret. So his brother sold him into slavery. He's going into slavery. But I want you to know something. Joseph was already in the process of becoming more. We saw a young woman who today said, I want my baptism to be a celebration. I don't know if you've had the chance. She's still here. When you get ready to go this morning, you may want to go up and shake her hand and say, thank you for celebrating with us. When you have that opportunity, whenever Joseph was sold into slavery, he still wanted to find out what God was going to do. Have you got to the place where you've decided that you're not going to try to find out what God's going to do anymore? Now then after that happened we're going to go to chapter 38 and we're going to look at two verses in chapter 38 because I want you know the Bible doesn't just put little things in here and they don't mean too very much. I'm going to take you to two verses and I'm going to show you two different places because and then when we get in chapter 39 You're also going to see it, but you're going to see it from a different point of view. In chapter 38, starting with verse 1, it says, And it came to pass at that time, the time whenever they sold Joseph into slavery. He's gone now. Good riddance. We've even got rid of that coat of many colors. Yes, Dad is weeping, but he'll get over it. Guess what? He doesn't get over it. What they've done affects their dad deeply. Regret is going to be a part of their lives for a long, long time. At that time, it came to pass at that time that Judah went down from his brethren. Now, I want you to know something. Israel is a little more hilly than Oklahoma is. I like to ride a bike. Anybody else in here like to ride a bike? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We ought to go bike riding sometime, but I'm not going to sign up for a day on that right now. You all can tell me if you want to do that. I like to do it about 7 o'clock in the morning, because it's nice and cool still then. I like to ride on flat ground, but in Shawnee, if you ride far enough, sooner or later you're going down or you're going up, and I don't like going down. Down I love going to, but I don't like the fact that I get to the bottom and I'm getting back up to the top again. What it's talking about here is not the fact that Israel at that time was very hilly, the land of Canaan. He was going down away from God, away from his brothers. You need to realize that when it talked about him going down. We're going to find another place that talks about Joseph, but he was not going down by himself. He was being carried down, and that's different from going down. So today I have to ask you something. Are you going down away from God? And you're going to say, well, how do I know? The stories. Do you think about them very much? The stories about when God came to Abraham whenever he was 75 years old. I have five more years, by the way. I may not be here, but I'm going to be somewhere. And I plan on being alive at 75 because I'm going to celebrate that at 75, God came to Abraham. Finally, after 75 wasted years, God came to him and Abraham began to go up because God began to speak to him and gave him stories to speak to other people. So I can tell you, this is the way you know whether you're going down or up. What are you saying? Are you saying things that God says? Are you not having anything good to say at all? Then you'll know whether you're going down or up. Well, I'm going to give you all about three seconds to think about that. Are you going down? Or are you going up? What do you say? Is it good? Is it something that honors God? Or is it something that doesn't have anything to do with God at all? That's a good reason to want to get a hold of somebody and shake them real good. All right, gave you about three seconds to think about that. And it says, it says he went down from his brethren. He goes and he gets a woman and he has children by her. Bad things happen with these children. Later on, she dies. And when she dies, now remember, she was a Canaanite woman. She worshiped false gods. That's how we know that he went down. He started worshiping the false gods with her because she wasn't worshiping his God. If she was worshiping his God, it would not have called her a Canaanite woman. Now I want you to know something, I don't have anything against any ethnicity, but if you really want to be a person that's alive, you need to know God and you need to worship God. You can be any kind of skin color, you can be any kind of anything at all, but you need to know God. and she died in the process of time verse 12 it says in the process of time remember it came to pass in in verse 1 and in verse 12 it says and in the process of time the daughter of Shua Judah's wife died and Judah was comforted and went up He went down and he went up. And y'all are going to say, well, wasn't the land just hilly? Wasn't he going down? No, no, no. He was going down away from God. Now then, after a period of time, he's had children. They've grown to be of a certain age. Now then, he's no longer hearing those stories that she had to tell. It's very important with stories that you have to tell to people. They will respond. Don't you give up on them responding to the stories. And I'm talking about this book right here. They will respond to those stories. in the process of time she died and he went up so now that he's going back up towards God now then something amazing has happened I wish that you all could be here Sunday morning, Sunday night, Wednesday night because you would learn more than you get to learn in about the 35 minutes that I get to be here with you on Sunday morning And whenever Joseph, I'm gonna give you a little blurb from, I believe, I'm not really sure where I preached it because all my preaching runs together anymore. That's why I have to be as careful as I can and then apologize for everything else. But Joseph, he brought the evil report of his brothers to his father. He brought an evil report. If you've got nothing but bad to say, my dad used to say, it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and everybody know. And if all you've got to say is evil, you're a fool. Because God wants to put good things in your mouth. And the evil report will be harshly dealt with by God. For 12 years, he suffered after he brought the evil report. His daddy received the evil report. I want you to think about this. Say, well, I'm just telling the truth. Well, there's some truth you better not tell, because God will deal with you. His daddy received the evil report. Now then, the person that receives an evil report will be punished twice as much as the person who brings the evil report. 12 years Joseph suffered trusting God, 24 years, Jacob suffered not so much trusting God. I can't think of anything worse. and to suffer and not being trusting God today I encourage you trust God so he he went down and he went up now then let's go to the 39th chapter of Genesis and let's get a hold of Joseph after he has gone down and and let's read what it says here and Joseph was brought brought down he didn't go down he was brought down you see the difference Jake Judah went down. He came up. Joseph was brought down, but we're going to find out that he didn't go away from God. He was determined to keep this relationship with the one who was on the throne that could make inanimate things stand up and bow down. Are you willing to stand up today? We sing a song. It's an old time song. Stand up, stand up for Jesus, you soldiers of the cross. I'm telling you, if you're willing to take a stand like that, there's somebody at the right hand of the throne of God who will stand up for you. and you want him to stand up for you. So let's find out what happens to Joseph. And Joseph was brought down to Egypt, and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, he was a very highly placed, powerful man, captain of the guard of Pharaoh, an Egyptian, bought him at the hands of the Ishmaelites, which had brought him down thither. And the Lord was with Joseph. Joseph said, I know, O God, I have two dreams, where God made inanimate things stand up And then bow down and I'm more than inanimate. I am a man. Joseph said this. I am a man and I am going to bow down to the one who can make inanimate things stand up and bow down. And I'm going to bow down to that man, that God, because if my life were to become like dirt, he still can make me to stand back up so I can bow down to him again. Are y'all with me? Do you understand what I'm talking about today? And the Lord was with Joseph and he was a prosperous man. And you're going to say, wait a minute, isn't he a slave? Well, I want you to know prosperity is more of an attitude because if you got the right attitude, then good things find you. Even if you're in a place like Auschwitz. in Germany or one of the other concentration camps because while Corrie Ten Boom and her sister were there, good things were finding them all the time. You need to be aware of the fact with God, good things will find you. And the Lord was with him and he was a prosperous man and he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. And I want you to know something. Joseph didn't say, well, I don't understand why God allowed this to happen to me. I've been a good little boy. I've tried so hard and now here I am a slave. I'm just going to give up on God. God had given him dreams that drew him and eventually will draw other people to the throne of God. God wants to give you, people like me, dreams that will draw us and other people to the throne of God. And his master, this is Potiphar, saw that the Lord was with him, saw that the Lord was with him. What is that like? You think that Potiphar, a worshipper of false gods, He said, there's something different about this person. I had two people this week that I was able to say thank you to them. And they said, what are you thanking me for? And I said, because you've decided to become more. What do you mean I've decided to become more? Because you are, you're more than you've been. Don't you want to be able to find somebody that you can tell that to? Don't you want somebody to find you and tell you that? You're becoming more. Look for anything about anybody's life that you can go to those words and say, you're becoming more. Encourage them. help them to believe that there's a God who wants to make more out of them and his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand being a slave he was prospering even then and Joseph found grace in the sight of his master and he served him and his master made him overseer of his house and all that he had put into his hand. And it came to pass from the time that he made him overseer of his house and over all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptians' house for Joseph's sake. Wouldn't you like to know that's happening to you? Let's suppose some of y'all, I've talked to a young man who's managed to get a job working out at the movie theater serving up popcorn and Cokes and stuff like that. I believe that because this young man belongs to Jesus, that that place is going to begin to prosper more than it has before. Not because they've got great movies, but because God is God and he wants to prosper the place where we are. Young people, are you listening? Some of y'all are going to have to go to work for Mickey D's. Not the most delightful thing to think of because I know a lot of y'all say, I won't even go to Mickey D's. They don't even really serve real food anymore. But if you had the opportunity to work there, I'm wanting you to know that if you believe in the God who can make inanimate things stand up and bow down, that God will bless you so much in that place. Some of y'all are going to go to work for Wally World. Yay! One of these days maybe they'll pay $15 an hour. I don't know. They're not going to pay you enough. but is God going to prosper you in that place? you need to believe in a God who wants to prosper you even if you're a slave so we see here that he prospered him and he left all that verse 6 he left all that he had in Joseph's hands and he knew not anything that he had save the bread that he did eat and Joseph was a goodly person and well favored well favored by Potiphar? no well favored by God Do you know that God wants to favor you so much that other people take notice? And it says here, and it came to pass after these things that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph and she said, lie with me. I want you to know something. Egypt was an awful lot like America today. Egypt was very promiscuous. You had a relationship with somebody because they made you look better like America does today. Most relationships are all about what that person does for me. And she looked at this young man who was well favored and who was doing well and others came to her house and they said, who is that young man? He doesn't look like an Egyptian. No, he's not an Egyptian. He's a Hebrew. Well, your house has changed. And she was thinking it's all because of him. It wasn't like this whenever my husband was in charge. Now then, things are happening here. And she went to him, like in America, where people go to one another. They, unfortunately, they do it on Facebook. They go on there, and they'll click on somebody's face, and they'll say, oh, you are such an amazing person. And they'll begin a long-distance relationship, telling one another about how much they think about one another, and they want to be with one another. And you don't even know what that person looks like on the other side. Don't you do it. Don't even think about it. And it came to pass after these things that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph. And she said, lie with me. But he refused and said unto his master's wife, listen very carefully. Behold, my master doesn't know anything that he has, what he's doing with any of it, but I'm in the house and he has committed everything that he has to my hand. And there is none greater in this house than I. He's a slave. How can he say there's none greater in this house but I? Because he knows God. If you work for Mickey D's, you can go into Mickey D's and you can say, there's nobody greater than me in this place. Yeah, I have to do what the boss wants me to do, but there's nobody greater than me here. You can work for Wally World, Walmart, and you can go in there and you can say, there's nobody greater than me in here because my God is almighty God. Neither has he kept me back anything from me, but you, because you are his wife, how then can I do such a great wickedness and sin against God? See, he knew. that God had ordered his steps and that he wanted to honor God while he was still a living soul and not something dead laying on the ground that needed to be raised up again. Are you willing to honor God while you're a living soul so that he can prosper you in all the things that you have to do? And it says here, there's none greater. And how can I do this great wickedness? You know, the world tells us today that it's not such a great wickedness. If you feel like it and it makes you feel good, go ahead and do it. But you better know that there's a God in heaven who's saying, no, no, no, no, don't do that. Don't do that. It'll hold back part of my plan. It can't hold back all of my plan. It'll hold back part of my plan. It will hold back the things that will make your heart full. It will hold back the things that will make you look like a prosperous person. It will steal from you. Don't do those things. And he said, I can't do this great wickedness because I have a God. And it came to pass as she spoke to Joseph day by day that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her, or to be with her. And it came to pass about this time that Joseph went to the house to do his business, and there was none other men of the house. Potiphar was there, none of the other servants, none of the other slaves were there, but the house within, and she caught him by his garment, saying, lie with me. Now then, how often did this happen? Day after day, after day, after day. She's been after him to do this. Lie with me and he left his garment. Most people in America would say, well, God must be giving me this opportunity. Every day it's happening. Thank you, God. Not him. he knew about this God who wanted to make promises wanted to give blessings and wanted to keep his plans for this man and for this man and for others and so she said lie with me and he left his garment in her hand and fled and got him out And it came to pass, when she saw that he had left his garment in her hand, and was fled forth, that she called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, my husband's brought in a Hebrew unto us to mock me. And he came in unto me, saying he wanted to lie with me. And I said, No, no, no, and cried with a loud voice. and it came to pass when he heard that I lifted up my voice and cried that he left his garment with me. He was taking his clothes off and he left his garment with me and he fled and got him out and she laid up the garment beside her. until his Lord Potiphar came home and she spake unto him according to these words saying the Hebrew servant which you brought unto us came into me to mock me and it came to pass as I lifted up my voice and I cried that he left his garment with me and fled out. And it came to pass, when his master heard the words of his wife after she spake unto him, saying, After this manner did your servant to me, that his wrath was kindled. And Joseph's master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were bound. And he was there in the prison. Okay. His brothers hate him and they sell him off. Tell me whenever you say that this is the place where I stop with God. His brothers hate him and they sell him off. He becomes a slave. I think that's pretty much where I'd stop almost right off the bat. I'm a slave? Really? What do you think you're doing? His master's wife lies. She's a woman scorned and not all women scorned are gonna lie, but she is very angry and she lies and he becomes a prisoner, a convict for something he did not do. Wow, thank you God. I really appreciate those two dreams. I'm ready to give up now. God made him prosperous whenever he was a slave. Let's see what God does to him whenever he goes into the prison. But the Lord was with Joseph. Wow. The Lord was with Joseph. You know, he was saying the same things to Potiphar's wife. I can't do this thing. I belong to God. But the Lord was with Joseph. and showed him mercy and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. And the keeper of the prison committed into Joseph's hands. What is he saying? He's saying the fact that this young man is not like other prisoners. I want to ask you something. Are you willing to settle? I've been using that term here recently in some of the services in case y'all are not aware. Are you willing to settle to be like anybody else? I mean, if you're with slaves, are you willing to say, well, I'll be the most worthless slave they've ever had? If you're going to be in prison, will you be the most worthless prisoner they've ever had? If you're going to become a minister, will you say, well, I'll do just enough to minister? Unless I get in a really big church and they're paying me lots of money, and then I'm going to take lots of vacations. And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison. And whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it. And the keeper of the prison looked not to anything that was under his hand, because the Lord was with Joseph. And that which he did, the Lord made it to promise, prosper. Now then, here's the thing. Wouldn't you like for somebody to come along to you pretty soon and say, thank you? And you go, why for? And they say, because you're becoming more. Wouldn't you like for God to be able to point down from heaven and say, have you considered my servant, male or female? Have you considered my servant? That's a woman. That's a man who is becoming more. And you're going to say again to me, well, how do I become more? Do I just accept Jesus? No. You grab a hold of all these wonderful stories. You keep them in your heart. You speak them to everybody that you know, because you know when you're speaking those stories, you're going up. It's not like trying to pedal up. Because going up that hill, if you get it in the lowest gear that you've got, you're still having to work at it. Telling the stories becomes such a joy. Judah went down, he stopped telling the stories. His children suffered. You do know what happened to his children, don't you? He had sons. Those sons suffered because they weren't hearing the stories. After his wife died, His spirit began to be aware of the stories he had heard his father say, the stories he heard his grandfather say, the stories that he had heard told about his great-grandfather and Judah began to go back up again whenever he remembered those things. Are you ready to go up? Are you kind of like Pharaoh saying, One more night with the frogs. Rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet, rivet. Are you going to be willing to settle for anything? Are you going to say, I want to be like Joseph was. If all the only two dreams I ever hear about in my life are the dreams that Joseph said when inanimate objects stood up and then they bowed down to worship the throne. They weren't worshiping Joseph. They were worshiping the God who was making Joseph more. You see, dreams are important. Dreams will pull you to the throne of God. You better make sure that if you're having dreams, I had somebody call me this week and say, Brother Phil, I've had a dream. Let me tell it to you. I listened for a little while, and in my teeth I was grinding. Because I was saying, I don't know where that came from. But you want dreams from God that will draw people to the throne of God. And the church needs to pray for two things. Visions. Young people, y'all are going to have to have those, where you say, the reality we're in, I think God has something better. make my eyes, even though I see this horrible reality, make my eyes see the better things that are all around me, that God only can do. And then dreams, where the older ones are gonna start telling stories. You younger ones need to grow into that too, because you've got stories to tell that will be the only thing that will draw other people to the throne of God. Joseph, I think every chance he got, he told to Potiphar, to the other slaves, to the prisoners, the stories about the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and what only God could do. And those other slaves began to be more, and those prisoners began to be more. See, it's not gonna start in our government. It's not gonna start in our bureaucracies. It's not going to start in a lot of churches. But churches that have a desire to have dreams and visions, I can guarantee you, everything that America needs will start there. It may not seem like much in that church. but it'll go beyond here because we're going to tell stories about this God who can take care of sin and take it as far as the east is from the west and drop it into the sea of forgetfulness and remember it no more. You may remember and you may have regret. God says, I don't remember it. What sins are you talking about? Get busy. Tell the stories. Come on up. where blessings will fall all around you. Let's all stand. If you're a sinner and you've never accepted Jesus, there are no stories that you've got to tell that are gonna change anything. If you're a believer and you've stopped for some reason telling the stories and you've been going down, you're gonna settle? Y'all are gonna settle? Does that sound like a good thing to do? Then let's, if you're a sinner, give yourself to Jesus. If you're a believer, Remember what Jesus has said. Let's sing.
