I very much agree that we do need to wake up when we give one person or a group of people too much power. That's definitely not going to be a good thing because people are sinful. We have a spirit within ourselves that wants to be lawless. We don't want to serve others. We don't want to serve God. We want to serve self. And that's just what I think the Apostle Paul is trying to unpack in the book of 2 Thessalonians, the second chapter, reading in verses seven through verse 14. So that'll be our text tonight. I just wanna go down quickly, look at the seven verses in the book of 2 Thessalonians in the second chapter. So the Apostle Paul here is writing to the church at Thessalonica, and he would have this message for them in verse seven. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work. Only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and with the brightness of his coming. even him whose coming is after the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that are perishing, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie, that they all might be damned to believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. but we are bound to give thanks all the way to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the spirit and belief of the truth, whereunto or for which purpose he called you by our gospel to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. And so he breaks down this passage as he's trying to unpack this idea of mystery of iniquity at work. So I wanna look at it four ways. Lawlessness restrained, lawlessness revealed, then we see lawlessness damned, but then in the end, we see the comforting truth of salvation from lawlessness. So first we see lawlessness restrained. So why am I saying the word lawlessness? Well, that word iniquity, it's just what that means. Lawlessness, the Greek word is katigen, katigen, which means, to hold back. That's actually the word for, in verse 7, where it says, the mystery of iniquity does already work, only he who now letteth will let. The word letteth, that's catechin. That means holds back. So someone or something is holding back this iniquity that's already at work, this lawlessness that's already at work. but only he who now restrains will restrain until some point in time when that lawless one, the man of sin, the Antichrist, will be taken out of the way. But what I want to emphasize is that language where he says the mystery of iniquity, again, the Greek word iniquity is not catechian, catechian is let it, but that underlying Greek word for iniquity means lawlessness. It's been translated this way in 1 John 3, verse four. Whosoever committed sin, transgresseth also the law. for sin is the transgression of the law. So iniquity is just transgression of the law. It's breaking God's law. And incidentally, 1 John 3, 4 would say, that's just what sin is. This weekend, I had the opportunity to lead a group of high school seniors at some of our local area high schools, Germantown and MRA. And we were talking about sin. It's exactly, what is sin? Because we had a large group, lesson on sin, and I'm like, well, what even is sin? I just seem so, I mean, we know what sin is, but in the Bible, what is sin? Well, in the Bible, sin is the transgression of the law. So the reason why we're sinners is because we've broken God's law. We're lawbreakers. We're lawless. That's what iniquity is. And so this spirit of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who's now holding it back, that's categion, or suppressing it is is continuing to suppress it and he will continue holding it back or doing that until some point in time. Now, who is holding back lawlessness? Well, in the text, it just says he, it doesn't give a specific person. Now, we have contextual clues to who that is. We know that God's relationship with sin is he holds it back. Psalm 76 says, God restrains wrath. And then we look in the text, it says, you know, who it is in verse six. And you know who it is that's withholding. So whoever it is, it's holding back the spirit of lawlessness. It's not a mysterious person to the Thessalonican church. Paul would say, you know who it is. And then this say, we see mystery of iniquity or lawlessness being held back. But then in verse eight, it's being destroyed. So it's a pattern, hold back, holding it back, suppressing it. Ultimately, that lawlessness, that sin, that iniquity is going to be destroyed. Well, who's going to destroy it? Jesus, the Spirit of God, and God Himself. God holding back lawlessness is the only reason why sin does not permeate the entire earth. And friends, God holding back lawlessness in our own spirit by his Holy Spirit and by his grace is the only reason why my only last motive is not sin and not lawlessness. The only thing I contribute to my own salvation is lawlessness and a deep desire to break God's law. God's spirit within me is everything as it relates to our salvation. All to Him I owe, because in my own spirit, I wanna be lawless. I wanna break God's law. I wanna transgress God's law, and that's just what sin is in 1 John 3, 4. And so we're lawbreakers, which means what? We don't deserve to be in heaven with God, because only people who are righteous can go to heaven. I'm not righteous. Why? Because I'm a sinner. Why am I a sinner? Because I've broken God's law. If I've ever been proud, if I've ever lied, if I've ever even been anxious, because Jesus says, let not your heart be troubled, because we should be trusting. If I've ever lusted, I'm a sinner and I've broken God's law and so I shouldn't go to heaven. And so we might ask, is it important then that we believe on Jesus and turn to him? Well, 2 Thessalonians 1, 8 and 9 says that in flaming fire, God will take vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power." So we've ever thought, well, is it that important that I believe? Well, this verse says, if I don't, that I'm going to be taken vengeance upon by God. and that if I don't believe that I'm going to be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord. So it's a necessity that we believe the gospel of Jesus Christ. But right now, Lawless is being restrained. But then one day it's going to be revealed, verse 9. Whom the Lord shall destroy with the brightness of his coming, consume with the spirit of his mouth. So this lawless spirit, this lawless iniquity that's in my flesh, that's under the sovereign sway of the, or it's under, everything happens under the sovereign sway of God, but you know, the devil can wreak much havoc with our lawless spirits. You know, this text talks a lot about the devil, but when the devil brings about wickedness in this world, what does he use? He uses the lust that dwells within the heart of men. And we know all this happens under God's sovereign sway, but yet whenever I sin, I'm completely culpable for that. I'm completely guilty. Even though the devil can wreak havoc with my sin, that sin is inside of me. Verse 10 says that it's unrighteousness in them that perish. So we can't say, oh, the devil made me do it because when he brings about sin in this world, he uses the lusts that dwell in our members. But one day he's gonna be revealed. Which means what? For a time right now, he's concealed. He's gonna be revealed one day in verse eight, but for the time being, the devil is concealed. Well, how does he hide? Second Corinthians 11, 14 says the devil transforms himself as an angel of light. So the devil will put sin in our pathway and he'll say, oh man, this looks so good, doesn't it? The pleasure of sin for a season. Break God's law. Serve yourself. Do what you want. This will be good for you. That's the angel of light speaking. And so he's transforming himself as an angel of light, but where is he hiding? I think he's hiding behind our own lusts. And that's why it says in verse 10, the unrighteousness is in us that perish. So when the devil puts a lust in front of us or a temptation in front of us, he uses our own lust for which we are completely culpable for to go after it. But then he turns it on us and he blames us for it. That's what Revelation 12 says. He's the accuser of the brethren. The devil will use our own lust. And what does he put out in front of us? Powers, signs, lying wonders. He lies to us and he's powerful. That's just what verse nine says. But this seems kind of ethereal and high level. What does it mean that the devil uses powers and signs and lying wonders? Well, John Calvin in his commentary puts it this way. We know that the kingdom of Christ consists of the doctrine of truth and the power of the Spirit. So Satan, accordingly, with his view of opposing Christ and his person, puts on Christ's mask. while he nevertheless at the same time chooses armor with which he may directly oppose Christ. So these powers and signs and lying wonders, he characterizes by Christ's mask. So the devil puts out a temptation in front of us and he tricks us and thinks, that's good, go after that. Cheat on your spouse, watch pornography, lust. Worry all the time about stuff in Canada. But here, what we're being told is that's a mask. The devil's putting on a mask and he's tricking you into thinking it will be good for you to go after that temptation. He's transforming it as an angel of light, or himself, rather, as an angel of light, and he's putting on the mask of Christ, and he's using that as a power and a lying wonder over your life to get you to break God's law, because that's just what the devil wants. He wants you to break God's law. because lawbreakers deserve to go to hell, and they will. But the comforting news for those that believe in Jesus is Christ's righteousness is imputed to their account, so we're safe in his love. But the devil wants us to go astray, to break God's law, and he uses signs, powers, and lying wonders in our life to make us do that. but he uses our own lust. Remember, I'm not saying the devil made me do it. Galatians 5, 14 says that all the laws fulfilled in one word, love. Love thy neighbor. That's huge. Because we've just said that it's the reason why we can't be in heaven is because we've broken God's law. So if I love all the time, Galatians 5.14 says that that is the fulfillment of the law. So if I'm loving all the time, what does that mean? I've fulfilled God's law, which means what? I'm righteous. And so I'm good to go to heaven. But it must be the case that we're never gonna love all the time. we're never gonna love all the time. Because if we would, we'd fulfill the law. But no one can fulfill the law. That's why Christ had to. And that's why his righteousness has to be imputed to us. And I think from our own experience, we know that we don't love people all the time. And Paul is going to expose that in the very next verse of Galatians 5.15. We'll go back to 14 for context. He says that all the laws fulfilled in one word, even this, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself, But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed, lest ye consume one another. So I think oftentimes the power and the lie that the devil puts in front of us is that it's better to bite and devour and consume. We're such consumers as people. Where does this manifest? Our relationships. You walk into the house after a long day at work or school, you go into your job and you see someone that is standing in your way, someone standing in front of the fork and knife drawer, someone has moved your stuff all around, or maybe someone says something to you that you don't like. I want to bite and devour them. Someone packs your stuff in a U-Haul. I did that last Saturday. And you can't find your phone and your keys in your wallet for several hours. Oh, I want to get angry. And I want to bite and devour someone and take out my anger. But that's the devil tricking me. That's a power and a lie that he puts in my life. He says, it's better not to love in this instance. It's better to bite and devour other people. That's just how relatable the powers and signs and lying wonders can be to us. He can use the news to stir up anxiety inside of us. He can use social media. Social media is a power the devil uses over so many people, especially children. A youth pastor here at a local area church was recently convicted of multiple counts of exploitation of a minor. And what did the devil use? His own lust. But what was the means? It was a social media that this youth pastor very tragically used to exploit young children with. So the devil uses our own lust, he capitalizes on that, puts a power out in front of us, he lies to us and says, consume, consume, consume, bite and devour, which means what? We're not loving, which means what else? We've broken God's law, and bam, we're done for. for the saving grace of Jesus Christ on all those that believe. So he's a deceiver. That's why verse 10 says, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that are perishing, because they received not the love of the truth. So the devil is a deceiver. It's deceivable of unrighteousness in them that perish. That's what I wanna emphasize. There's so many ways you can emphasize that verse. But I wanna emphasize those last two words, it's unrighteousness that's in us, because I wanna highlight that it's not the devil making us do stuff, it's the devil using our own unrighteousness that's inside of us and bringing about sin. You think about the major sinful, terrible things that we've experienced in the Bible and in our own lives. It was people. It was people that were doing horrible things. Think about Haman. He wanted to take out the entire, Jewish population. So when, of course, the devil got thwarted by God's providence, the remainder of wrath thou shalt restrain. God restrains the remainder of wrath that does not praise and glorify his name, Psalm 76 will say. So the devil was thwarted, but what was the devil trying to use to get rid of the Jews? Haman's own lust for power. Judas Iscariot, when he gave Jesus over for 30 pieces of silver. What was his motive? His own lust. His own lust. Judas' own lust. So when the devil tries to wreak much havoc, he uses our own lust that dwells within Haman, that dwells within Judas Iscariot, that dwells within me. Now let's think about the major Displays of evil we've seen 9-11. What are the devil used? He used the unrighteous lawless spirit in sites of terrorists Jeffrey Dahmer Hitler in the Holocaust. What was the source of that evil? It was the lust and the unrighteous spirit inside of a person. Bring it a little closer to home. The Pearl High School shooting of 1997. What did the devil use to bring about that evil? The lust inside of a person named Luke Woodham. Listen to this quote I found while I was reading an article getting ready for this. Some of you might know it. This is what Luke said right after shooting up the Pearl High School. I am not insane. I am angry. I killed because people like me are mistreated every day. If you can't pry your eyes open, if I can't do it through pacifism, if I can't show you through the displaying of intelligence, then I will do it with a bullet. And friends, but for the saving grace of Christ in our heart and the sanctifying work of the Spirit in verse 13, we could be just that evil. And we try to do that same thing that he's doing in this verse. What is he trying to do? Project his sin onto others. It's their fault. They're the ones that made me do this. No, it's our own lust. And I'm not saying that he was never mistreated, but listen to this other quote from him. The same boy beat his dog to death and he said, I will never forget the howl she made. It almost sounded like a human. We laughed and hit her hard. So that just exposes the evil spirit. It wasn't the other people. It was the evil spirit inside of Luke that made him act. And the devil used that to bring about much havoc. And so I just say all these things to say that when, in verse 10, it talks about the unrighteousness for which we are deceived by, it's the unrighteousness, it's the lawlessness that dwells in our members. James 4 would say, from whence come wars and fightings and school shootings among you? From your lusts that dwell in our members. And then I also want to emphasize there in verse 10 that it says it's deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish or are perishing. So there's some things to note about that word perishing. It's a present participle, which means that it started in the past and it's continuing on into the present with these people. They were born perishing. That lines up with Psalm 51, right? David said, in sin did my mother conceive me. And then For them, for those that receive not the love of the truth, it's continuing on to the present. They're still perishing because they're under the condemnation of God's wrath. And we also want to notice it's passive. That word perish is a passive verb. So you're not perishing. because it's like, well, the truth came and then they rejected it, so now they're perishing. Now, they were born perishing. We all sinned in Adam. Romans 5, 12 says that when Adam sinned, sin passed upon all men. It's passive. We're born perishing. But it's not like, well, that's not fair because I'm really good and Adam was just a jerk. No, when Adam fell, He became capable of nothing but producing sinful offspring because a bad tree is gonna bring forth bad fruit. And that's why John 3, 16 verses 18 reads this way. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world. We condemn ourselves. Our lawless spirit is what condemns us. God didn't send his son to condemn the world. but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on Jesus is not condemned, but he that believeth not is condemned already." Passive, perishing. They were already perishing because they died in Adam. So that's why it says, he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. you're no better, you're no more prone to believe than Adam would be in his sinful nature. But for the sanctifying work of the Spirit on our hearts, Adam wouldn't believe and you wouldn't believe either. But that word is perish, is passive, because we all died in Adam. That's why it's not like, well, the gospel came and they rejected it, so now they're perishing. No, they were condemned already. They were perishing. It's just what this text says. So it's deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish. And in verse 10, because they received not the love of the truth. So why didn't they receive the love of the truth? Why didn't they believe the truth? And why do some people believe? Well, we know is because some people have faith. Well, how do you get faith? Well, Ephesians 2.8 says that faith is the gift of God. And so, Who gets that gift? Verse 13, where we're heading, those that were chosen. We are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning to obtain salvation through belief in the truth. So belief is faith. The only reason why anyone believes is because that belief, which is the same thing as faith, is the gift of God. It's like the group of Jewish believers mentioned in Romans 11-7. Why do these people believe? The election obtained it. So I don't believe because I'm so strong and I'm just better than Luke Woodham and Hitler and other people. No, it's because the election obtained it. Faith is the gift of God. And so if anyone receives the love of the truth, it's all to him you owe, all to Jesus you owe, because faith is the gift of God. The election obtains it. And then it emphasizes that they receive not the love of the truth. Now, there might be people who know the truth, can give an intellectual assent to the truth, but they don't love it. Actually, they may hate it. That's what Romans 1.18 talks about. The Romans 1.18 talks about those that suppress the truth. That word, categion, to hold back or suppress, that's the word used in Romans 1.18. They suppress the truth because they hate it. They may give a, the devils believe in tremble. I read another article preparing for this about a man who pastored evangelical churches in the United States for over 30 years. And then in his 60s, he eyes wide open, rejected the gospel, walked away forever. And listen to what he says. His name is Bruce Jerenser. If he's watching, I don't care. He said, this is what Bruce says after rejecting his faith. It all seems so silly now, Jesus, but I really did believe in you. 50 years, Jesus, the prime of my life I gave to you, only to find that you were a lie. You were very much real to me, even though you lie buried somewhere in a Judean hillside. Try as I might, I can't get you out of my mind. I've come to accept that you will never leave me. So he knows the truth. He says he can't get it out of his mind, but he hates it. He wants more than anything to get Jesus out of his mind because he doesn't love the truth. And he never truly did. Because John 2.19 says that those that go out from us, those that eyes wide open reject and walk away, they did it because they were never truly of us. And so they drew back under perdition. just what Hebrews 10.35 says. And so Bruce drew back into perdition. He never loved the truth. He knows the truth, but he doesn't love it. He hates it. And he wants more than anything to get it out of his mind. He's like Simon the sorcerer in Acts chapter eight. It's talking about a man who saw the apostles doing all these miracles. And he thought, man, maybe I can capitalize on this and I can pay them money. And then maybe I can start doing some miracles too and have people glorify me. But then when Simon saw that the truth was not going to deliver on his expectation for glory, eyes wide open, walked away, rejected. And he went out because he was never truly a Christian to begin with. And that's just what Bruce did. They know the truth. In some type of mental ascent, they may have received it, in some way, but they never loved the truth. They hate the truth, and so they never were really saved. They walk away. Compare that to Jeremiah 15 to 16. This is the words that we have on my grandfather's grave, actually. Thy words were found and I did eat them, and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart, for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts. So for the true child of God, the truth is the joy and the rejoicing of our heart. But for Bruce, he wants it out of his mind more than anything. And so what happens to these people who receive not the love of the truth? Damnation. that they might all be damned to believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. In chapter one, it says that they will be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord who obeyed not the gospel in verses eight and nine of the first chapter. But had pleasure in unrighteousness. That's the problem. I like it. I like unrighteousness. I like breaking God's law. I like to, you know, watch pornography. I like to cheat on my spouse. I like to be anxious. I like to lust and to go after temptations. This pleases me. And so I have pleasure in it, which means I'm going to suppress the truth. The truth comes, but I suppress. I don't want to hear it. That's the sinful heart of man speaking. And that's just how we would be but for sanctification of the spirit. That's what Bruce is doing, he's suppressing the truth because he has pleasure in unrighteousness and that's why he hates the truth, he doesn't love it. And so those that have pleasure in unrighteousness and receive not the love of the truth are ultimately going to be damned or condemned. But praise be to God, there is a transition word but in verse 13. This is talking about those that are children of God, those that were chosen before the foundation of the world. It's talking about all those here tonight that believe in Jesus, which I trust is all of us. But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the spirit and belief of the truth. Bound to give, the importance of giving, he's bound to give thanks. He can't help but give thanks. And after reading just the deep, dark pathway and nature of sin and transgression of the law, and the deep, dark pathway of iniquity from verse 7, and going through that and just really contemplating on how sinful we are, We should be bound to give thanks also, but why? Because God from the beginning, there's the election, there's the election that obtains, what does it obtain? Salvation for all those who were chosen. You were from the beginning chosen unto what? Unto salvation. Sometimes you hear that question, saved from what? Well, in this context we know, perishing, verse 10, strong delusion, verse 11, and then ultimately damnation. in hell. So we were saved from lawlessness, our own lawless spirit that was sending us straight to hell because we broke God's law, which is the reason why people go to hell. So he saves us. But how does he do it? Well, first through sanctification of the spirit. So Sanctification of the Spirit is an act of God on our heart. We know that but for the sanctifying work of the Spirit on our heart, we would never believe the truth because the Savior Himself says that no man can come to God by faith except the Father which has sent us draw him. So except the Father draws us with the Spirit, we're never gonna believe. We know that the way that God draws His people with the Spirit, because of John 3, God draws us to Himself by a Spirit. That's the only reason we believe. That's immediate regeneration. But then there's a sanctifying work of the Spirit. And even your personal sanctification and holiness in this life is of the Spirit. Now, I think we talk about justification, that's God declaring us right in His courtroom. We know that's of grace, right? Because we've been talking about how we've broken God's law. God could never justify a person who has broken His law, because then he wouldn't be just. That's why he has to justify us on the basis of Jesus' righteousness alone. Romans 3 says that if God did it any other way, he wouldn't be just. That's why Romans 3.25 says the reason why God justifies us on the basis of Christ's righteousness is that he might be just. He wouldn't be just if he declared us righteous based off what we have done, because we're transgressors of the law, verse seven. but he declares us right based off of Jesus's righteousness. It's that he might be just and the justifier of those that believe in Jesus. So we know justification is of the spirit, but your personal sanctification and obedience is also. There would never be any, that's what sanctification is. It's personal, in this context, it's personal holiness and obedience in this lifetime. That's of the spirit too. you would never have any obedience in your life but for the sanctifying work of the Spirit. John 15, four and five says, Jesus speaking to his people, I'm the vine, you're the branches. He that abideth in me, the same bringeth forth much fruit. And without me, you can do nothing. So Christ is the vine, we are the branches. Whoever abides in Christ is going to bring forth much fruit. But without him, we can do nothing because he is the vine. He's the source of that fruit. And it's all through grace. So sanctification is of the spirit also. God would tell his people in Leviticus 20, one of those names of God, Jehovah Kadesh, I am the Lord that sanctifies you through the spirit. So the first prong of that salvation is sanctification of the spirit. And then the second one is belief of the truth. So God, thanks be unto God because he has chosen to save us, how? Through sanctification of spirit and belief of the truth. And what is that truth? It's the gospel that you know and love. Where unto? He called you by our gospel. And the gospel is that if you're a believer in Jesus today, you have the full assurance and confidence that you are one of his. Christ died on Calvary's cross and he bore the entire wrath of God. Because the reason why God has to bring vengeance on those that obey not the gospel is because they've broken God's law. God wouldn't be just if he didn't bring vengeance. But for those that believe in Jesus, Christ's righteousness has been imputed to your account, not based off anything that you have done, but on the basis of his blood, which was shed on Calvary's cross. That's the basis for your justification. That's the gospel. You are saved from lawlessness. Your own lawless lusts that dwell within, inside of us, we're saved from that. Through sanctification of the spirit and belief in the truth. And that salvation which results in, the reason why we can be saved is because Christ's righteousness is imputed to our account. And the only reason why we can be saved from our lawless state is because Christ died on Calvary's cross, and now his righteousness has been imputed to our account so that we can be saved from lawlessness. and God is the justifier of everyone that believes in Jesus. I thank you for your kind attention. All right, now you better find your sister's song. Lest there be tribulation and wrath, indignation, anguish, Right. You know, there's a lot to talk about and what Brother John spoke on, I'm not gonna do that, but one really eye-opening scripture that he read was the mystery of iniquity doth already work. I interpret that to mean that the grand satanic plan that you read about in Revelation, the devil was trying to put in motion 2,000 years ago. Well, why couldn't he do it? Because the hand of God was stopping him, you see. And what that lets me know is that the world always lives on the edge. All God has to do is just that, And bam, society is ruined, the world is ruined. We know our individual lives are on the edge. Earlier today, I had to announce a 15-year-old boy, eight-year-old boy taken from this world. During this crisis, I've seen big healthy people my age get a virus. In a few days, they're just gone. It's unbelievable. We're all closer to being gone than we think. And I'm not trying to scare you because the old song says, through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come. Has grace brought me thus far and grace will lead me home. So you've lived with a Damocles sword over your head all these years and done fine. And you'll do fine going forward, but it's important to understand that I'm on the edge. You're on the edge America's on the edge the world's on the edge and it always has been that way always Just the hand of God Keeping it from going over And so you'll ask, well, what's the implication of that? How should that affect me? And I'm gonna address that, and then we're gonna sing Alice in Song. You know, I don't remember to pray for Brother Buck every day, but if he were in the ICU on a ventilator and his life were on the edge, I'd be praying for him several times a day, you see. But what I'm saying is that's where we are, that's where our country is, that's where the world is. And this is really where it's been all along. But this is a circumstance that calls for our prayers, not only daily, but I think repeatedly in the day, that God would bless us, our society, our country, our churches, because the devil's ready to take us. The mystery of iniquity doth already work. All right, what do you got, Brother John?
