EVENT PAST | Join us Friday Dec 9 @ 8pm | Stratton Hall, BJUWe invite you to experience an evening of inspiration and encouragement as you hear of the big things a small mission in a forgotten region of Africa has accomplished as they seek to put "God First" in all that they do. The first documentary film produced entirely by SermonAudio, Mungu Kwanza: God First, highlights the work of missionary Alan Dunlop and FAME Mission in Eastern Kenya.
Come prepared to see and hear how God is at work.
We are privileged to be able to show this film on the campus of Bob Jones University in the beautiful 600-seat Stratton Hall on the evening of Friday Dec 9 @ 8pm. The founder of the mission, Alan Dunlop, will be flying in from the U.K. to join us at the event and will present a brief challenge afterward. We hope you can join us and be an encouragement to this worthy mission!
The entire event will only take an hour of your time and it will be enjoyable for the entire family on a Friday night. It's a unique opportunity to be introduced to a wonderful mission work with the founder present.Help us fill the room and make it a special night!
After visiting the FAME Mission in Eastern Kenya for the first time a few years ago, I was touched and compelled to share their story to our SermonAudio audience as best I could. They are using simple yet practical humanitarian methods to open doors for Gospel opportunities in a very remote area. I said it before and I'll say it again. What they have managed to accomplish on a shoestring budget and with much blood, sweat, and tears is nothing short of a miracle and is a powerful testimony to God's providence and blessing on this work over the years.
I was grateful for the opportunity to share the work with our SermonAudio family then. But I feel it deserves another look now. Upon my second visit to FAME Mission, I along with our videographer set out to shoot a proper documentary film in an attempt to more effectively share the story of FAME to an even wider audience.
