God Foreknows all mortals ~ The Elect being foreknown are obviously distinct in God's omniscience and foreknowledge from the non-elect.

"Jn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,"
# Whom GOD loves are the Elect.
Ergo: "World" equals Elect. Matt 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom"
# "children of the kingdom" are the Elect whom God loves and draws during there lifetime to Christ and salvation. "Tares" Rom 9:21 - Two types created by God for His purpose. One "good seed" - One "Tares" |

This parable is really good Calvinism. "Good seed" = Elect of God.
As we observe in the parable they are planted in a diverse world whereupon they will grow in Grace as the Elect of God and serve Him only. Note the reference to "seed" - thus planting which "BEGINS" the process of growing and flowering.
NO human free will necessary. "Tares" = Satan's wee reprobates.
We also note that Jesus teaches that Satan's tares planted with Satan's agenda, and in Satan's power the dominion of sin. Who as the Lord points out ..... "Rom 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:" God's Sovereignty and election/reprobation confirmed. John 3:16 Confirmed that ONLY the elect are loved. Who needs to love Satan's tares? |
