Thanks, John Y, for clarification. Good to know that you are not bringing baggage along with grace for salvation.
The problem with staying in the RCC is that others not yet in the faith, will look at your life of "morality" and think that abstaining from the outward appearances of sin, may become deceived and enter into those RCC gates of entrapments, and be lost for life.
The RCC is not the only group twisting scripture. However, when you realize that some things are deliberately constructed to deceive, you must make a clean break. Otherwise, it is simply rebellion; the sin of witchcraft. We are told succinctly "COME OUT from among them ..." There is no other way to put it. Worship does not come via aesthetics or the senses, it comes from receiving objective truth of WHO Christ is and WHAT Christ has done. Now we are admonished to grow in grace and the knowledge of Him. Do you think you can approach those priest, in love, and give them the simple truth of the gospel?

John, although in this post you infer that you are not trusting in the Catholic Church. But in all other posts, this is what you've said, " fall in line with Catholic teaching." So what is it gonna be - trust in Christ alone, through faith alone, by grace alone? Or, " fall in line with Catholic teaching.?
Do you ever say fall in line with the scriptures? No. The Catholic Church has added to the scripture, attempted to usurp the work of the Holy Spirit, and exalted the Pope above the Lord Jesus Christ's person, and His finished work. You know this.

Pray for leaders to be like Jeremiah. or John the Baptist or the apostle Paul,

Same ole, same ole mantra from the wolf in sheep's clothing; Monologue man.

I'd like to know where in scripture Christians are told to tell others of this. Is this what our conversation is to be about? Or don't you understand "Let your speech minister GRACE to the HEARERS. We need to take NEHEMIAH'S position and do what we are commanded. Are you listening to another Jesus?
