If you draw away from God He will draw away from you. Our nation is an example of that. You're Still a sinner with the need of sanctifying grace.
9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. * You don't belong to this world or society. You mourn because you want to leave but can't. Yet!!
10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. * Note to humble yourselves in the sight of God - not men. If you try to do it in front of men then like the pharisee, you are a hypocrite.

JD We all know your perfect.!!! Thats why every VERB in your version of the Bible speaks of JD's ability to save himself.!!! Your omnipotence is assured oh great one JD.
