1) Yeah?? But where do you find "God's people" these days??
2) John's patent Arminian DIY works based religious theory again!! Humans cannot identify the "elect" John. And how do you quote "ensure sinners hear the Gospel" - Is that by accepting the confessions of anybody and everybody again?
3) Why would you do that I thought you wanted them to receive the whole counsel of God and not human traditions?

John. Here is quite a good theory which was proposed by the Lord. - Apparently this one works.
"John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day."

Try trusting in a Sovereign God.

False doctrines are doctrines not taught in scripture.
False doctrines should be despised.

Question: Why did the Roman Catholics go the way of their religion?
Answer: Man has 'religion' in his heart but does not have 'faith' in there to guide it into divine truth.
Therefore man makes human choices which appear to him as religious but in effect are merely emotive and affections. These cater to his need to help others and live in community and family.
This man made religion brings with it mans need for material and temporal rites, ceremonies and palpable and tangible icons which he can relate to by his senses, eg the graven images. Thus do we discern and observe the Roman Catholic religion of mans invention with rituals and relics, which exclude the Lord.

The great problem with mans religion is that it is idolatrous and 'alternative' to God, Christ and the Holy Spirit, whose religion is only by faith and is spiritual not worldly.
The reason why the Roman Catholic religion cannot work is that God is not there. Yes there may be human communication of human affection and even comfort but no divine purpose and no Holy Spirit in power. That is no crucified Christ.
