"the National Secular Society said it was "incorrect" for the Church of England to "usurp Parliament's power" by claiming it could not redefine marriage."Looks like the secularists are a bit queer on this issue too.
Redefining marriage is an arguement too late to have on the abomination. The national church in Britain has capitulated years ago to the acceptance of the abomination. By their tossing out the Bible going Liberal and supporting the "redefining" of marriage and the family back in the sixties the church joined the enemy before its attack.
The church's "redefining" of marriage was their support for women becoming men (1960ff) and the death of the "wife" in family and community.
Now that sodomy is legally "normal" in the UK and the rest of the western world, it is too late to keep marriage just for some of the people for some of the time. Thats discrimination, which is illegal. After all the poor queers want to be civilised too.
The real arguement for the real Church is that homosexuality is an abomination Lev 18:22, and unnatural Romans 1:26. In other word it is a sin which prevents the person from inheriting Heaven, thus going to hell. Gal 5:21. The church is supposed to speak out against sin - even the national churches of Britain.
