1. Essentially there are works involved, so you can never have real assurance of faith.

2. When you call names like "Peeter" you are not "loving your neighbor" so now what do you do to redeem that sin?

3. Essentially Jesus is not a complete saviour but only helps part of the way. The rest is on you and the church.

Let me explain...

1. Men are dead in sin.

2. They (like Lazarus) cannot revive themselves to trust in Jesus since they are dead.(this is the first part where we differ)

3. Jesus must wake them up (make them born again)

4. He only wakes some up (we know this because some men are in hell)

5. When he wakes them up, they believe. And all of His rightousness is objectively made theirs.

6. Those that have been woken up are the elect, and can be sure of their complete salvation.

7. They know that they are elect, because they believe in Christ alone without works.

8. We then show the fruit of salvation in good works, but that earns nothing.

9. Since we have 2 gospels, we cannot be called brothers.

I'm glad that you have made the distinction between "true Christians" and "us"

And as a true Christian, I rejoice in all that God providentially allows to happen. Even the evil in and of the RCC. He uses these things for His glory and the RCC's destruction.
