This is not a time to gloat, to mock, nor criticize those who followed the heretic Camping. They were deceived and we need to pray for them, uplift them, teach them in love true Bible doctrine.
My people perish for a lack of knowledge. The church needs to do a better job of equipping people so they can recognize dangerous situations.
If y'all haven't noticed the entire government system is corrupt. It's not any one person. Bush did his best at leading a corrupt government. They accept bribes, they steal American citizen's money, they pay their family and friends money by putting them on their payroll without having to work. The only thing that will change America's Government is repentance and Jesus. This will only happen if a Christ-centered President would preach at the State of the Union Address the need for repentance... and if Jesus would actually honor that presidents boldness. If I was President that is exactly what I would do... every chance I had. I would be as relentless as Obama has been in taking our heritage away and exalting his socialist agenda. Seperation of Church and State unless your Muslem or Atheist and then they want the government to step in and fight for their beliefs.
I agree we need to love but reading John's Gospel and Epistles and listening to Jesus and John the Baptist I feel we need more of their preaching in this day and age. They used terms like hypocrits and brood of vipers. And phrases like you are of your father the devil. You are a liar and therefore in line with the father of lies. We've been lulled to sleep by Joel Osteen and other like minded teachers. When will the call of repentance ring from the mouths of our preachers. I for one love a person enough to tell them if they do not repent they will perish with their father the devil. The problem with worldly love is it lacks the call for repentance and repentance begins with understanding why it is necessary to repent because you are in line with the world, Satan and the Devil and unless you repent you will perish.
If Christians kill they disobey their Scriptures but if Muslems kill they are obeying theirs. Obama doesn't know which Bible verse to quote and he obviously doesn't know what the Koran says either.
I'd make a long comment but do to the long standing actions of the Mr. Obama I can only say, it does not surprise me. He shows more compassion for Osama bin Laden and company.
It always amazes me to watch totally foolish men trying to argue over a totally foolish system to convince us to believe evolution is totally true. I would laugh at them if Heaven and Hell did not hang in the balance. "For the wrath of God is against those who suppress the truth" (Romans 1:18)
Murder begets murder. How do you expect people to live when they suppress the knowledge of God's existants? If God did not exist and I was left alone to get out of life what I can I would not hesitate to step on the back of you neck until your neck breaks. The problem is not what is the matter with South Carolina but rather what is wrong with America. The problem is God and His Word is no longer aloud in our nation. To admit there was a lie is to admit there is truth and God commanded thou shalt not lie. He could have booed, said he misrepresented the truth, and a number of other ways to say simply "you lied". Everyone with an ounce of discernment knows Obama lied. He simply told us something that was not entirely true. That my friends would be a lie. We are seeing fools who say there is no God try wiggle around God and His Word.
kocyc This is an incredible saying for it is true of the church today. But you have to disicern between the false church and the true. The false believer does all that you say and in measure the true believer does as you say in lesser degrees. But that's the miracle of Christianity for none of us gets to Heaven based on our degee of sin... it is the reason we all need Jesus because Jesus is God in human flesh and He came to earth to live a perfect life, dying for our sins in a way that He became sin for us on the cross (not because He was a sinner but becuase we are) and in turn He is the Christian's righteousness (not because we are righteous but because He is). Salvation is Jesus Christ dying for our hypocrisy and sin and then transforming us slowly and precisely. True believers will always be some what hypocritical because we preach a righteous Christ and live less than righteous. But understand we do not claim to be more righteous based on our actions but rather we claim to be more righteous based on Christ's righteousness. We have a righteousness that is not our own. God looks at the Christian as He looks at His Son Jesus. You may have this as well by submitting to and believing in Jesus Christ for your righteousness. No body will get into Heaven without it!
Remember the Jews were guilty of trying to capture Jesus to make Him an earthly king and He ran from it. Jesus is not earthly king and certaninly not the king of America. We were founded on Christians principles and it is the best principles by which to build a nation but Jesus is no king of America. He is King of His Kingdom and although we can pray Thy Kingdom Come Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven... we only have a shadow of a Heavenly Kingdom and that shadow is clouded by Obama's witchcraft and Muslem thinking and Reagan's astrology and worldly evolution. I do not condemn Obama for He stands condemned already... along with the rest of America. I do not want Jesus to establish His throne over America rather I want it to perish with the rest of the world so He can establish His Kingdom where there will be no more wars, sin or death. We can not have America and the Kingdom of God for we will love the one and despise the other... Come Lord Jesus Come!!!

Any one can empty their head of thoughts but only God's Children can fill their heads with His Word. You can be a empty-headed atheist or buddhist or you can fill your head with the wisdom of God.

As far as Obama goes... duh! he sat under Jeremiah Wright for 20 years and his Father was a Muslim and he was trained in a Muslim school. He is leading according to his worldview... not surprising.
There is no such thing as Atheists and there is no such thing as a person who does not know God. The problem is not knowing but submitting to His Lordship. Romans 1 says man is without excuse because God is clearly seen because He has made Himself clearly seen. The problem is the Light came in to Darkness and man loved darkness rather than the Light. The Creator came to His creatures and the creatures rejected the Creator and instead worshipped the creation above the Creator. How is it that man will stand in front of God one day to be judged and you say I couldn't know you or see you. God will say what about my creation... You believed in evolution where they said, "nobody + nothing = everything" and you believed that rather than believing, "nothing + God = everything". Are you nuts!!
Here's what Obama should do; hear our complaints, check to see if it is in the Healthcare Plan, if it is take it out of the plan and move to the next complaint. It does nothing to start a website that says "that's not true about the plan" when in fact it is in the Healthcare Plan. If he says its not the case then change the wording to fit the "its not the case" he is talking about but don't tell us one thing when we can see it is another. He'll give us the "big picture" without the details and the Devil is in the details.
“ Great Sermon! ” Satan is crafty and most people who are interested in the Bible won't be deceived by "fables and stories" like "The Three Little Pigs". However it is possible to tell the story of the flood over and over again without teaching its theology. Ear ticklers want to buy the Noah's Ark Lamp and Wallpaper but they don't want to face the "water of the wrath of God". People turning to fables is simply people telling the Biblical stories over and over never talking about the theology within the story. You can be as lost listening to the "Three Little Pigs" as you can be listening to the story of Noah's Ark. We have to graduate from Vacation Bible School or Children's Church and move up to theology.
Church History speaks much of the persecuted Christian. The Bible speaks so much of persecution and suffering that many have to ask where is the persecution in America? And with that question you also have to ask will Americans be willing to "fill up in their bodies what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ" (Colossians 1:24ff). I believe we need to prepare ourselves and our churches for the coming perscution and suffering of the Christian in America. We've become to Pagan and extrememly sinful; pornography, abortion, divorce, crime, drunkenness, drugs, seeker sensitivity, and a great apostasy from the true Church.
