For those getting the COMCTL32.OCX error you will need to install the 5.4b full version in order to install the files you need first. Then install the update 5.4c to ensure you are able to import your favorites.
You should not need to convert the files before upload. Feel free to contact us at support@SermonAudio.com for more assistance. We will do what we can to help!

Thank you for the feedback. The verse picker has been updated to allow for cut and paste as well as multiple chapter references. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Joe Allyn wrote: I miss the old sermon upload procedure. It was a lot easier to specify Bible References by just typing them in (And the new dashboard does not allow you to preach across chapters, apparently!)
Please write to us at: support@SermonAudio.com and include a link to the sermon that you are referring to and we will do what we can to help.
Pastor Jack Holbrook wrote: We currently use Audacity to record our sermons with the highest sample rate of 32- bit float. Now with this conversion it is causing the audio in our sermons to sound like a robot. Is there a way to fix this without having to upgrade to a new program?

It used to be easy to do downloads, but now I cannot find a way to do it. Will you send me an e-mail telling me how to do it? I am now in the States and have internett access. I would like to download before leaving the States.
Unfortunately, something that ROKU did with the last update has caused a problem with our channel. We have submitted a fix and are awaiting approval but in the meantime you can install the "legacy" version of the channel and you should be able to still access the content.
