Let's be honest. Libya was not the only job you could get under the Conservative government in the early 90's, it just paid a LOT more.

1. By the British Army, the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force. Libya opening fire from their embassy was an act of war and should have been responded to appropriately.

2. Thatcher was weak and pathetic. The fact that there are weak and pathetic men does not change that.

3. Yes, (see #1 that you rejected) a consequent public execution in St James' Square would have been more biblical. Maggie "Just rejoice at that news . . . Rejoice" Thatcher denied us the opportunity to rejoice in biblical justice.

Unfortunately we had a weak and pathetic woman prime minister at the time he butchered WPC Fletcher in St James Square and brought down Pan Am 103 on Lockerbie.

They should delay the burial so that his lifeless corpse can be dragged 10 times around St. James' Square and 270 times around the streets of Lockerbie.
