Good reminders He gives 5 questions every man and woman should answer affirmatively before being betrothed to marry. Also many other points for every person before considering dating or marriage.
Great Sermon! Right on. He also says that when a nation sees a long list of prophets taken away or called home to glory WITH NO ONE TO REPLACE THEM that is another sure sign a nation has been left desolate. We have been seeing quite a few such people taken away lately, even some he didn't mention, and there have not been any men of equal caliber to replace them. : (
Great Sermon! This is very good...helpful to those who are being purged by God, those who are suffering or afflicted. Daniel effectively refutes the lie of prosperity teaching also. I love his honesty.
John UK wrote: It is a great shame that SA has archived all the forums, where all the theology on any subject could be debated and discussed. That was much better than using news links.

Which doctrine do you adhere to?
Do you believe that justification is by faith alone?...
Sounds Wonderful I luv this sermon (have heard it before)...but am left with some confusion; when he says early on that God will never come to us (Believers) in judgment ever again once we are saved he loses me. In light of I Corinth. 11: 32 ("But when we are judged we are chastened of the Lord, that...") and Matthw. 7:1 ("Judge not that ye be not judged."),i do not understand how he means that God will never come to us in judgment again. He must mean something other than my understanding. Still a good sermon, but it fails to change or affect me because of this confusion.
Great Sermon! He has some strong stuff to say about holy and sacred living that i had never heard anywhere before. It's too bad the churches don't practice it; they've clearly let secular music into the worship services.
Great Sermon! Scary stuff. Alcohol, drugs, suicide, prodigals, more. Lots of us can relate. This is an amazing story, really four testimonies in one. Keith's older brother Dudley got saved first and started a wonderful chain reaction that saved more than just his own soul...
Overview Suffering...to make us more like Christ.
Suffering precedes glory. Patriarchs of the faith experienced disappointments with God. Jonah, Joseph, Job, Moses, David, and others, are examples given. God's ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts. Our attitudes need adjusting.
Very good personal account from C.H Spurgeon given, concerning the conversion of a man's family.
