Our Lord, the one who purchased the church of God with his own blood, said, “… I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it” (Matt. 16:18).
Believers who are too self-centered are being defeated. Not the church. Believers are too lazy to study scripture, get a grasp of this battle we’re in, and proclaim the Gospel effectively to the lost. Some seed has to fall on ground that has been prepared by grace.
If we spent just a little more time integrating with those in our own assemblies, maybe we could discern between the wheat and tares. Many pastors allow people to come in without ever approaching them in friendship. Nor do other members meet and greet in a manner that may be lasting. Furthermore, preachers are allowed to spew out false doctrine with being challenged by members who are afraid of a man.
We have settled on our laurels. |

Republican Pat Buchanan gave this movement new life in more recent years. But the Democrats are giving this issue more momentum.We Christians should call this atrocity what it is. MURDER! Let's also admit that the NRA is designed, not for hunting game, to destroy multiple seed of certain people. But first we must make one group afraid of the other. Fear has torment. Another way of of destroying one race of people is to strangle them economically, if not socially. Keep them separated from life giving resources, by any and all means. Isolate them. Let the wealthy evangelists move into more affluent neighborhoods. Bypass Samaria. Close the eyes to Jericho events. And cry out "Lord, Lord." Then talk about evangelism on the Sabbath. Keep talking. Keep preaching. Send others and keep writing books on HOW to evangelize. Sorry to rant, but we know what's happening. Yet we won't confront politicians and others with the truth about hatred and murder in this country. We instead support whore-mongers, money-mongers, liars, cheats, deceivers, racists, self-serving politicians and try to convince ourselves that we love our brethren. We are all corrupt and gone astray. Let the US go to hell. God help us all! Have mercy upon us and turn us again unto You. |
