Despite demographic changes and population growth, the US neither substantially expands the number of federal judges nor reapportions the jurisdiction of the appellate courts. They excuse I've heard for the latter is that it's too hard. Eye roll; everything in life is hard.
"But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
Jim, without links to articles or quotes from people, can you articulate what is the basis of law? What is Christian sharia? Is it laws against theft, murder, tripping blind people? How do you decide between Christian Sharia and everything else?
Jim. That's an idiotic argument. They both invested in battleground states because those are the rules. They both knew the game ahead of time. He used a portion of the money and won the battleground states. He didn't try to win the popular vote because it's irrelevant. He didn't spend time and money in New York and California. Heck, throw out her 93% in DC and her popular vote is a sliver.
Anyone have any papers written on this topic? If not abortions, so many companies spend money on all sorts of abominations. Has any theologian written a thoughtful and thorough paper on our obligations with respect to boycotts. It seems like if we are serious about boycotting, we'd probably need to extend it to all third parties, big and small, who donate to sinful causes. Thoughts?
