As someone who left fundamentalism and reconciled to the Church I wanted to give it another try and after several years started trying to open a dialogue with Free Presbyterians in our area and all I got was a headstrong argument along all the same old tired lines that I found not to be true. There was no convincing them otherwise. It would mean an admission that a lot of the information they have on the Church are at best misleading and at worst outright lies and fabrications.

Now you can tell me how that's not what Catholics actually teach although it's what's outlined in the Catechism and comes straight out the book of James and that's in the NT, should've made sure that book was taken out like the 7 OT books that were taken out in the 1820's and helped the Catholic debate out (but don't worry, Luther wanted that one taken out the NT too.)
Hmmmm..Wonder what doctrine he subscribes too, oh wait! He claims that IS in fact what he believes. Poor, poor confused Preacher from New York.
