Michael Hranek wrote: Alan HIMHO the real Apostle Paul won't have made a very good Catholic "saint". The RCC probably would have wanted the "Inquistion" to speak with him and tell him what they required him to believe. The only problem is this isn't funny at all. Precious Roman Catholic people are so decieved by their own religion that they will perish in hell forever in their sins apart from God bring them to repentance and faith. Something we should pour out our hearts to God in intercession for them that they might be saved. Michael, Sorry if I offended you! But I really think you misunderstood my intention. I really wasn't trying to be funny - I was very serious. Romans 8:1 says, "[There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." BTW, the NASB and most other modern Bible versions simply say, "Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." As for the plight of those of whom you used to be a part, I agree with you Michael. What you say is so true - they need our prayers. I can sense your sincere sympathy. May God answer that affection of your heart for His own names sake. Have a great Lord's day Michael! |

Mike wrote: wrong again, as you say, he's addressing all. Apparently "thee" is not always thee, pronoun, objective, singular, after all. Sometimes it means you, especially if a crowd is being addressed. But maybe it's because it's a single crowd. That works. Your interpretation cannot supercede the Greek language Mike. If it does, you are forced into changing your interpretation. TRY AGAIN! |

Jim Lincoln wrote: This was an April Fools' joke, right? It would take a fool to say this! Suprising that you would say such a thing. You're not too far off from what this fella said. You don't believe we have God's word either; you think it was just the work of men. |
