I have: Blackberry Curve 8330m (Sprint) OS 4.5 I called Sprint tech support to see if could be a phone issue. I don't have WIFI, but phone is able to stream from WAP sites. He had me go to other sites using my browser and I streamed video from Youtube.com with no problems. Since all WAP/WAP push settings on phone are on, I didn't have problems streaming video from other site, and I have unlimited data plan, tech support said it is an issue within the application and not a phone or phone plan issue. I REALLY want to be able to stream the video. Any suggestions?
Please email me at email@example.com and we'll try to take this step by step. Thank you!
Dr. Steve Hereford wrote: Any plans for an iPad app.
We would love to tackle the iPad. But at the moment, we're working on putting the finishing touches on a native iPhone app. So, first things first. Thank you for the suggestion and for your continued interest and support for SermonAudio.com!

When I click full menu it give me two more options, Open and Close. When I click open, nothing happens. Please help, I am really excited about getting this app to work. Thanks in advance.
We are getting ready to launch an update to the app -- version 1.5. At the moment, you can download it directly from your phone at www.sermonaudio.com/blackberry. Hopefully the update will solve your issues.

In response to James from Australia, the Articles of Faith which govern this site have not changed and we do our best to "enforce" when necessary. You are always welcome to email us privately if you feel we have missed something.
As to the numbers, we are very aware of the pitfalls of the "numbers game" and have no desire to pursue growth for the sake of growth. However, we are in the business of helping the local church and spreading great preaching to as many different avenues as possible. And that takes a great deal of resources. We covet your support and prayers. Thank you.
It is our understanding that the browser found on the Android is essentially identical to the one found on the iPhone (webkit-based). So you should be able to simply navigate to "www.sermonaudio.com/iphone" on your Android device and it should work for you immediately!
Can someone confirm to us that this is indeed the case and that all streaming media works on the Android?
David T. wrote: 16-bit MP3 is junk, and sounds terrible. It is sad that sermonaudio will only support that unless you upgrade.
16kbps bitrate MP3s are still very suitable for voice-only quality. There are things you can do to improve the audio quality of even a low bitrate MP3. Take a listen to the following sermon for an example of a well-encoded MP3 which sounds very good even at 16kbps:
There are many reasons why we require the lower 16kbps bitrate for all sermons uploaded to SermonAudio. Not the least of which is that many of our listeners are still on dialup or on mobile phone access and it makes the streaming and downloading experience much better for them.
Susan Wallace wrote: I am in need of the same help. Thought it would be easier! Can anyone give me a sort of ABC of filling in the file path address - PLEASE!
Certainly! The basic idea you need to keep in mind is that the Transfer Agent works in conjunction with the "My Favorite Sermons" list on SermonAudio. You will need to tag sermons to your favorites list in order for them to show up in the Transfer Agent. You can learn more about this by ]]clicking here...

Thank you so much! We have added a "SUPPORT US" link at the bottom of any page where you can do just that! We appreciate your support!

We're glad it's been working for you. Thank you again, Scott!
Daniel and Casey Houseworth wrote: Would like the ability to select multiple sermons to send to "my favorites" instead of one at a time (and having to close the open window/tab) or selecting all. The same applies to the list in my favorites. Thanks!
You can actually add multiple favorites already. Please ]]click here for more information..
Alex wrote: I have been going through the series on Ecclesiastes by Dr. Philip Ryken of Tenth Presbyterian Church. I have listened to the early sermons in the series from your site but now only the later ones seem to be available. Is there a reason why the earlier sermons are not available anymore?
You will need to contact Tenth directly with this question. Thank you!
