“ Great Sermon! ” what a beautiful testimony of the saving work of our great God and how merciful He is. May God be glorified by the spreading of this message. I also appreciated his describing the "gospel" that creates false converts at the beginning. I was a false convert for many years under the " just say this prayer" gospel.
“ Great Sermon! ” I don't know what it is with this pastor, who speaks so directly to me in his sermons but the truth of course is his God knowsme because He is my God too. I so needed this message. Was out for a walk when it came on my ipod. It was such a timely and uplifting word. Thank you.
“ Great Sermon! ” Thank you for this sermon. I saw this verse this morning like it was the first time i read it. I knew it was talking about a how and a why of love but couldn't put it together. Amazing what Christ did for us- so much!
“ Great Sermon! ” What a wonderful word of encouragment and hope when we just don't understand what God is doing in our trials and it doesn't even make a bit of sense to us. Thanks again Rev. Wagner.
“ Great Sermon! ” A very good word. Though i have heard this message from Habakkuk before i always seem to need to hear it again. Trust God when life and trials and times make no sense whatsoever, just the season i am in and growing very weary.
“ Great Sermon! ” Both parts of this message were excellent and timely for me. I am very grateful Rev. Wagner has prayed that he would only speak God's word to his people and not mix it with his own thoughts. This must be why i feel continually blessed, convicted, challenged and yet uplifted when i listen to his sermons. I am particularly grateful for god's inclusion of the book of Habakkuk in His Word, as i have needed the message therein mosre than once in the last few years.
“ Great Sermon! ” My reading this morning was in 1 kings 22. I usually go after the reading to listen to a sermon on the same passage. I chose this one. It was a very excellent sermon and much to my surprise it was from yet another free presbyterian pastor, as i have been listening to many rev. John wagners sermons. It is a relief to know there are pastors out there who know there are many false pastors in the church, including billy graham. Must listen for the times we are in. Wish there was a free presbyterian church in my area, but i would just take a biblical one.
“ Great Sermon! ” Well i tried to listen to other pastors on this passage but noticed Pastor wagner also had a sermon on this so i listened to it and of course it was a most excellent sermon that spoke of my circumstances and things i needed to be reminded of. I really don't want to cling to a particular pastor but can't help but come back to pastor wagners sermons and they always minister to me. Really grateful for this resource who has his sermons here.
“ Great Sermon! ” This was a very excellent and interesting sermon on Elijah. I saw this prophet in a different light and surprisingly it also gave me encouragment for my present circumstances.
“ Great Sermon! ” This was agood sermon. But at the same time discouraging maybe because it was from 2008 and here we are in 2016 and still the Spirit has not come. And boy does the church need revival.
“ Great Sermon! ” Such a hard lesson but a true and good one. I find comfort in pastor wagner having also been through these things. He also speaks quite often to my situations. Then points me to God again.
