Amen BUT, those who partake must be made aware of this also,
Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
1 Corinthians 11 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

Amen But to the world they are christians. Ever wonder why that is The following are christians also catholics, rick warren, calvinist, baptist, lutherans, methodist, and every other denomination. And why not we all believe in one god. The Bible says even the demons believe, and tremble. We just disagree with our brother (fill in the blank)(fill in the disagreement) but we both love each other- right to hell. Some even say we have the same god as the muslems.
The Bible says, you are of ONE Spirit, with One teacher, therefore you should be as One as I am One with the Father. I guess we just don't pay any attention to that now. He must be speaking Spiritual things, well He is, thats what He taught, Spiritual things. Yet we discuss earthly things and heresy
Does man decide what God really said? Maybe only the great men of god, you know them, they have a denomination named after them, I don't think so.

And if ANY soul be saved by Christ, he is thereby +++IN CHRIST+++. And it doesn't matter one iota what man-made fabricated "Dispensation" that particular saved man lived in! Example: the saved Jews of the OT, the remnant, looked forward to their Redeemer and believed God for their salvation. These were saved and IN CHRIST every bit as much as were the apostles Peter, Paul, John and James: ALL WERE JEWS BORN UNDER THE LAW! Stephen the 1st martyr was a saved Jew born under the LAW. And guess what. ALL were IN CHRIST!
Yes, Yes Amen, end of dissusion, go serve your King.

Since most politicians are corrupt, would it not make sense that replacing them with Christians would make politicians moral and honest Only the people of God can intervene in the direction of a nation
Hi derek Only the people of God can intervene in the direction of a nation If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves
Amen If I may you are wrong on one thing. The condition of a nation is determined by believers, not unbelievers
Change that to read is determined by Unbelievers, not believers
If my people You may be humble, I may be humble, but not most who claim to be His people. And His people love it so, for what is the "churches", it really bothers me to use that word for what the world calls them, christians, agree. Just call them denominations, and light and dark will agree to disagree. The number of christians is very clear in the Bible, FEW How many are few Someone asked Jesus, will there be few Where??
Great Sermon! One of a kind, I first heard this sermon in 2004, within six months of rebirth, loved it.
Would suggest all christians hear this sermon, no matter where you are in your walk. Sometimes the deeper you get into your studies you take your eyes off Jesus and kinda forget the Gospel.
All on SA comment section should hear this.
Pastor John starts by making you at ease
then you hear his tone change, and he tells it like it is.
Also Pastor Johns other sermon on SA
Heaven! The Narrow Gate or The Broad Gate. Which path are you on?
Pastor John MacArthur • Evangelism • 59 min.
Matthew 7:13,14 • For God's Glory Mission
Anyway to get more sermons on SA

Hi Donnie YES, no matter what the cost, even if you should die in doing so. Would that be gain?
Good point Donnie, the world will just mind it own business, the Bible says for MANY their fate is to indeed burn.

A brilliant deduction Lee.....NOT! How come you guys have got all the answers? So who told you the videos were forgeries? Got the inside track on it, huh? Do ya spend all your time trawling conspiracy-theory web-sites? You really are too much....
Hi Elias Just a thought Maybe Lee read the book of Revelation And with the leading of The Holy Spirt his eyes were opened to the truth of the world
You say How come you guys have got all the answers? Are you a christian Elias, if so the Bible says to watch, not mock
"Even though worthwile discussions between us are obviously not possible"
Think about that statement. this is a good example why I see no figs on your tree
"I consider you a brother in Christ "
Thank you, someone in the Bible said Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: (EMAIL?) if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee. First be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire, Brother??
"and harbor no ill will" Nor do I, never had any towards you
"May we go our separate ways" I fear we will
"rather than antagonize each other" Obviously not possible You have never done that to me, have I you? But you have tried » Personal attacks or insults directed at other users will be censored I just never saw Jesus in you

However, i read the last two comments, both from dear brethren whom i have the highest regard for (Lurker and Terry ),and my heart just sank. Whats the point, nothing changes on these forums does it,the old man just keeps rising to the fore. Brethren, brethren, please dont strive against each other so,it breaks my heart. I dare say you can both justify it,and no doubt some will consider me a worthless wimp with no backbone. Maybe so...but i shall disappear and do something more useful. May the Lord have mercy upon us all. Norman.
Norman I am sorry for that was not my goal. Please forgive. I think I will join you on the streets
I concider you a man of God, far from a worthless wimp, I think Jesus calls it Meek in Spirit, may I attain such.

Hi Pastor Welcome back, see ya When we get banned(or just my IP address) AGAIN, can I comment on your blog site.
My point to him is anyone can quote the Bible, its the heart, thats what seems to be missing, the love of Christ is far more important then verses.

Contributions made to an entity which enjoys the 501(c)(3) status are tax-deductible. Many Christians stubbornly refuse to contribute unless the contribution is tax-deductible. Also, the 501(c)(3) status may provide exemption from property taxation. In exchange for 501(c)(3) status, Caesar demands the right to edit that which is taught from the pulpit.
Lurker wrote: Terry,(edit for space) I am very serious about my bible studies You asked a simple question in your post 1/27/08 3:16 PM I have no time for that
Hi Lurker I have no time for that Sir I understand
You asked a simple question in your post 1/27/08 3:16 PM open up your bible and read all the references I gave I did just that, told you I agreed to an extent and asked you to clairify, still no answer to my reply, did you hear the sermon, what are your thoughts about it?
for your record here on SermonAudio shows you to be less than sincere in most of your comments I guess we disagree on many things
and have since posted again with a number of scripture references. I could post many more but I am not I never asked you for a VERSE, let alone most of the NT, now part of the old. I read the Bible daily, I to am very serious about Gods Word, I try not to come across as a scribe. My question was "Tell me if you would, what is the Gospel, in your words." Can you not answer, in your own words. I hope you don't quote scripture when you meet the Lord
Lurker, are you Alpha?
There are a few words IN RED in some Bibles I could quote to you, but Im sure you would take it as an insult and delete this, I will hold my peace
I think you have assessed the situation very well. Yes, they are afraid someone could break up there 20 year old coffee group. There were about eight or nine there this morning. I won't be going every day as I have lots of other things to do. You seem to have an excellent understanding of the situation. Yes, one-on-one is probably the most hopeful. I did print out a verse on a business card a couple of times and gave it to several of them. The second one raised quite a controversy, but I may have exhausted that avenue for now as I was told to keep quiet about it. I will take your advice to prepare myself should an opportunity arise to say a word. Thank you for your insight.
Hi Wayne Try asking instead, a little reverse psyc. They may want to answer your questions on salvation but not want to hear it from a young whippersnapper You know, that pride thing, wisdom comes with age
