Great Sermon! This is so excellent! I knew the truth of it but it took me a really long time to understand that God is not punishing me! What freedom the Lord has purchased for us! Rejoice! I also felt so ashamed that I think i have problems when i hear the story of that precious german woman. Please listen to this sermon. First time listening to John Street. What a blessing!
Great Sermon! A simple sermon but it blessed me. the main point being even when we are going through hard things that seem hopeless and unredeemable, often because of our own failings, God is still at work and can make something of the situation. He planned it afterall.
Great Sermon! My, yet another fantastic minister of the word on SermonAudio. I really needed this message. It really spoke to me, blessed me, gave me something to meditate on and pray about. Very grateful for this excellent pastor; faithful to the truth and presenting it so well.
Great Sermon! This sermon hardly needs another comment for people to find it but it was such an excellent sermon i had to. It was straight to the point and a message any engaged person needs to hear, as well as already married, single and especially on their way to divorce. How influenced the church has been by worldly ideas of love and marriage.
Great Sermon! I went looking for sermons by this pastor because someone recently recommended i read " instruments in the hands of the redeemer". It is a very good book with much wisdom. I feel this pastor " gets it". So i listened to this sermon to be very spoken to about my situation. I am suffering by God's hand but have made it worse by sinful reactions to it. Very good sermon for those suffering unjustly!! This was very important for me to hear, the word injustice because people really do not cause all their problems. I have also seen all the dross in my heart that needs to go.
Great Sermon! This is one of the biggest problems in the church which no one talks about and no one deals with. Often times the pastor himself is involved by taking one side over the other without going to the other for an explaination and/or playing favorites with certain congregation members over others. There are many talebearers in the church. They can even be deacons and elders, but they are believed because of their position. What is a person to do then?
