Jim, the issue is that someone cannot pray in public if it makes anyone else uncomfortable even if they are in the process of murdering an unborn child.

And what an honor and a blessing it would be to get arrested for serving our Lord and Savior. Not desire to be arrested but be arrested.

I have a Christian friend who lives in Germany. He said that some of the Muslim enclaves are actually more populated than the villages around them. And these Muslims simply go into stores and steal whatever they need. When the police are called, they come and don't even file a report.

I didn't read the article, but it seems this is also happening in CA.

What a great comment Kenny! I hope I am not adding to what you said here. I think that the majority of pastors and Christian professors are simply hirelings and like everyone else they work for the highest bidder and tow the line.

I also don't think that any Christian church should register as a 501C3 entity.
There are some restraints put on them when that happens.

Following the Bolshevik Revolution, Lenin and his new communist government initiated many reforms. They took land from the Tsar, the church, nobles and other landlords, and redistributed it among the peasants in order to reform the agricultural sector and reward the peasants for their loyalty during the Revolution.

The goal of Communism and Socialism is to convince the middle and lower classes (the majority) that they are persecuted and kept down by the rich. They simply promise them their system will right all those inequities. Most of us realize that it doesn’t work. There will simply be a different elite and a larger poor segment if they are successful.

If I’m not mistaken, it was Paula White that Trump said brought him to the Lord and she has always been his chief spiritual advisor? Anyway, she and Trump and the rest of the executive branch deserve one another. Our country is being run by feminists and religious heretics, so this is no surprise.

IOW, peer pressure is what drives him. His friends believe something and in order for them to stay his friends, has to believe the same things.

Deuteronomy 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

Now, if it is detestable in God’s eyes for a gender to desire to dress as the opposite gender, then it is clear that we shouldn’t want or be allowed to get the sexual parts of the opposite gender.

If we even had the semblance of a moral society, those parents would be arrested and lose custody of their children.

Proverbs 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

I remember Hillary saying it takes a village and what she meant by that is government has just as much responsibility in raising our children than we do. There are times when we as parents are supposed to use the rod and inflict pain to modify our children’s conduct and behavior.

When my children were young they got spanked and any parent that doesn’t do that when necessary is certainly not a godly parent.

Good comment Tim! Yes, none of us can condemn anyone to hell and I don’t even wish hell on anyone. And anyone literally means anyone. I have often used imprecatory prayers, but God has never answered mine. But, wishing that God would take someone’s life is different than wishing them in the lake of fire.

I have a feeling this poster is simply someone who shows up once in a while and then comes back under a different moniker.

Only someone who is in a cult writes the way he did. Maybe he is RCC?

Many years ago I got into a really negative argument with some on SA because I maintained that women should not be able to teach other women or children.

IMO, what the church has done is compartmentalize the feminist issue where they say it is okay in one instance, but not in another. What they do is take a "general truth" and find a possible exception to that and then that exception becomes the truth. Examples; yes they can teach their own children and they can teach younger women how to be good wives and mothers.

I guess what I am saying is the church has spread feminism, but just in a different way. I will not discuss this issue on the forum, but will do so in private.

Anyway, Neil, good questions.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

God’s plan for women was not to make them 2nd class people. His plan that they should be helpmates, mothers and stay at home was making them relevant. What society has done is try to make women relevant in ways that are not according to scripture.

I didn’t read the article because all it can do is compartmentalize the sin of feminism.

I can’t believe the ignorance of Graham. Under normal circumstances he would also be denied communion. So, theoretically he would have to applaud them for denying him communion.

Just some thoughts to consider.
Points well taken! Yes, our heavenly Father can and does save a rich and famous person. I think that the rich can and are more likely to worship mammon, but also the poor can worship mammon. IOW, it is not "necessarily" a bank account issue, but more of a heart issue.

I pray that God has saved this fellow, but will go no further than that.

Someone cannot be a practicing homosexual and be part of Christ’s sanctified church. According to the below scriptures, no Christian should be aligned with any church or denomination that supports these movements. Remember Paul’s comments on the individual that was sleeping with his father’s wife.

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Whenever I hear about a celebrity coming to Christ, I have a natural disbelief. I don’t ever think it is impossible, but just doubtful. The below says that Christ can save anyone, but He also warns us of just how rare that will be in the case of rich folks.

Matthew 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God 25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? 26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
