I, in effect, pointed out that Galatians 2:11 and verses following in chapter 2 (read all of Galatians chapter 2) reveal the Apostle Peter again acting as a spokesman for Satan. Satan does not set forth the truth of God as it concerns the gospel and the Lord Jesus Christ. In Mathew 23: 16-17, the Lord Jesus Christ calls religious leaders of his day "blind guides" as well as "fools" and "blind". The point the Lord Jesus Christ makes in Matthew 23:16-17 is that religious leaders who should know better at times replace the truth of God with their own ideas and notions and in God's eyes such religious leaders no matter who they are equal "blind guides", "fools", and "blind".

17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

2 Peter 3:10-18

I had planned to outline the Apotle Peter's Satanic outrages as record in Galatians 12 following verse 11 and Paul's appeal to the heart of Peter.

But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Later Peter again became Satan's representative. God understood that fact though Peter like the first time recorded in Matthew 16:21-13 KJV didn't understand it.

God gave that understanding to another man, Paul the Apostle and sent Paul to straighten Peter out by withstanding Peter to his face in public and charging Peter with some of the Satanic outrages Peter was in fact performing.

for Satan wants the whole world in the Lake of fire with him which is where he will be eventually.

Christ then gave a very sharp rebuke to two entities:
1. Satan who was energizing Peter.
2. Peter the Apostle who was acting as Satan's spokesman.

The Old Testament reveals God doesn't accept ignorance as an excuse for humans and our passage under consideration shows He still feels the same way in New Testament Times, "I am the Lord I change not".

Eventually we will look at a later time when Peter went off the beam again and acted as Satan's agent but since Christ was seated in heaven at that time He couldn't handle it the way He did it the first time and had to send someone else to do the job, Paul the Apostle.

1 Corinthians 10:9-11

9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

10 Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.

23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Peter the Apostle had a strange penchant for sometimes acting as an agent for Satan and God as the Bible reveals, a couple of times dealt with that fact.

In our passage under consideration Christ prophesies of his death and resurrection is verse 21. In the next verse Peter tries to talk the Lord Jesus Christ out of dying and being resurrected though Peter is blissfully unawares that is in fact what he is actually doing.

If Peter succeeded in in talking Christ out of dying and being resurrected every last person reading this thread would end up in hell and the Lake of fire.

Then will John Uk, or Dorcas, or Michael Hranek or any two of them please state that is a true list of what Troll Spotter is charging me with and that they agree every charge is the truth, that is, that is what I truly do. And as soon as that is accomplished we will have done what God commands in 2 Corinthians 13:1 and we can move on in this thread.

In my humble opinion Troll Spotter and John UK are the blindest "Christians" on this site though it is undoubtedly true they know a lot about the Bible.

I also know a lot about the Bible and I respect many others at SermonAudio besides you three.

I look forward to illustrating the blindness of the two I referred to world wide not because I hate either one for I don't. What I suspect in both cases is that God has blinded them to make object lessons out of both of them as well as a few others at SermonAudio. And for the purpose of demonstrating the glory of God to people that come to SermonAudio to read comments.
