Pro 6:16-19 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Pro 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. Pro 10:11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. Pro 10:32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. Pro 11:10 When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting. Pro 11:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

Psa 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me. Psa 101:4 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person. Psa 119:155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes. Psa 140:4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow my goings. Pro 3:33 The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just. Pro 4:14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Pro 4:19 The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

Psa 26:5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked. Psa 37:17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous. Psa 37:32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him. Psa 37:40 And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him. Psa 71:4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. Psa 82:2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. Psa 94:23 And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off. Psa 97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Here are just a handful of reasons to not support a wicked man like Trump:

Num 16:26 And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins. Psa 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Psa 9:16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. Psa 10:2 The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined. Psa 10:3 For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth. Psa 11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

Ladybug,
2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. If people repent and ask forgiveness of God for any sin, God can forgive them.

Just to let you know,
You never pointed out the fact that I and JayJay have spelled defined differently at different points in the argument, meaning there is no consistent case were I or JayJay have only spelled defined as "defigned" as you would like to lead everyone to think. I was writing fast on a small cell phone keyboard, and I made a mistake in the spelling of the word. Since my phone's spellcheck absolutely sucks, it did not mark it wrong. The spell check on my phone seems to have taken the week off! I am not JayJay.

As for being steamrolled, that was not directed at Lurker only, it was directed at all who were jabing at me. I said "You have said you are zealous for Scripture. But if that is so, then why do you get so upset when I quote it?" That was after he had just insulted me in multiple ways, and then accused me of things I don't do all in one fowl swoop! And Lurker brought this theological debate up in the first place, not me.

James Thomas,
I do not remember saying most of the things you said I did. Are you including Geff and JayJay's comments in with mine?

For all of those on here backing Lurker and his trashing of me, I want to make something clear. I do not believe I am beyond question or reproof, and I equaly believe no one on here is beyond question or reproof, including Lurker. Lurker may be well learned, but even men who are well learned are never going to be perfect. It matters how much our positions are supported by Scripture: the only source of perfect truth, and, imo, I have posted far more Scriptural reference for my belief then he. I am not going to stoop to Lurkers level and berate his intelligence, or say he doesn't know what he's talking about, because I believe he holds a sincere belief on what I view as an incorrect interpretation of Scripture because of many other verses from Paul that would be in conflict with Lurker's interpretation. But we can disagree on this, because, after all, we are only men. I simply wanted to put my position out here and the Scriptural reasons I believe what I believe. But after I did so, it seems I have been attacked by all sides; primarily by Lurker. I have commented on here for a long time, and I don't recall ever being steamrolled as I have on this thread for questioning another's faulty logic.

How would you feel if someone said you needed to "think before you write" (because I apparently can't think and disagree with Lurker at the same time), "you are way over your head", and "You simply don't know what you're talking about and I've got better things to do with my time" (because I'm just a stupid know nothing that Lurker can't stoop low enough to speek to)? Lurker, on top of those comments, accused me of posting under multiple monikers - using a pretty common spelling error to try to tie me to multiple people. Under that logic, all who mispell a word a certain way must be the same person! This is ridiculous! You hold others to a much higher standard of civility then you do Lurker as Just Saying pointed out! I didn't say anything nasty at Lurker. Did I deserve this just because I clarified a point, and he didn't like it?

US,
I forgive you. I wasn't trying to imply nobody else cares what the Bible says, just that I do. My intent is not to claim to be beyond question.

US,
I use the moniker "BibleSays", because I care about what the Bible says, and the first time I ever commented on here, I posted a Bible verse, and I ever since have consistently posted under that single moniker. I recently spent about 4 comments posting nothing but Bible verses!

In other words, God judges us by His law (the standard of good and evil) yesterday, today, tommorow, and on Judgement day.

You imply a comparison between me and the Devil, and then you tell me not to "waste time being a victim". I was not making an argument, I was pointing out Lurkers reaction to the Scriptures I quoted. Instead of being humble, and considering what I was saying with respect, he said "Wake up and think before you type"! Is that the way brethren should be treated for pointing out an error in someone's argument? The point I was making, was that if God judged Sodom (who was not under the covenant) on earth in the past, then God does judge men by their keeping or breaking of His law before the final judgement day that is in the future.

Thank you for posting B. McCausland! Mike had written: "The devil has quoted Scripture, right?" The Devil hates God's justice, and God's truth. Insinuating a comparison between me to the Devil is not very Christian-like! I love God's justice and God's truth, and that's why I have posted His word here.
