Great Sermon! Many things we need to remember are brought up in this sermon. Trials can be extremely painful so how can we get through them with joy? Sometimes when we're in the midst of our trials we isolate ourselves, we look to God's word and pray and that's the best thing to do, but it's also excellent to have someone give an exegesis of the Scriptures who has great wisdom and experience. This sermon meets that need. I've been encouraged to press on, I hope you will be too. Praise God, He always meets our needs.
Great Sermon! Good insight here, from key passages of Scriptures, in Acts, that show the spread of the gospel and establishment of the church. There truly is only one true church. Stephen's desire to show Christ from the O.T. helps us to see Jesus there as well. This is a very good message.
Great Sermon! This is indeed a very forgotten part of the gospel. I once again take comfort in my Savior as He goes before me, fully the God-Man, tasting death just as I one day will. But, I will never ever know the wrath of God, only He and the lost will know that part of God. May we not forget this very important part of the gospel.
Great Sermon! There's so much in this message it's hard to make a comment about how good it is. A sermon to take to heart and see our Lord with eyes wide open. All the things taking place, Jesus going back and forth, the things said and those left unsaid, our Lord's example to us, all of it just leaves me speachless. This is an excellent sermon, one I hope everyone can hear.
How Long, O Lord? Vengeance is the Lord's, He will repay. This is an encouraging sermon. I'm encouraged to remember that the Lord is just and in control, and to pray for those who are lost. The prayer at the end is a good example of how we should pray.
Outstanding Sermon! This is an excellent message on some very difficult verses of Scripture. I appreciate learning the difference between moral law and positive law. The explainations of the customs of the day and the mind set of the people helped a lot to bring home what Paul said through the Holy Spirit. The explaination of the "simplicity of Christ" is important to get right. Too many good things to say about this sermon to keep writing here. Check out the outline (on the sermon page) for more information.
Great Sermon! I love this sermon, it's so true, God is making us stronger day by day through His beautiful grace, to us, in Christ. We can count it all joy when we go through trials because He loves us and is with us. Great Sermon!
Great Sermon! Twenty five verses make up this little book, yet the passionate warning that comes from those verses is huge. Contending for the faith has become more difficult as the years go by, at least I think so. There are so many who preach God's word who aren't called of God. We have been warned, may we be wise.
Great Sermon! Great exposition of often misunderstood verses. "For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again." (2 Cor. 5:14,15 NKJV)
Great Sermon! I can't imagine that anyone who listens to this sermon wouldn't be blessed, with such high thoughts of Christ, with such great encouragement of our glorious future, our blessed hope, it's certain to bless all who hear it.
Outstanding Sermon! I'm thankful for this message. I feel like my eyes have been opened to see with much more clarity this wonderful work of the Holy Spirit. I never realized before how powerfully, continually and graciously the Holy Spirit is working. I love this message, it's the best I've ever heard on this topic. This is an exceptionally good teaching on the tesitmony of the Holy Spirit. My faith has been strengthened by it's truth, hey, the Holy Spirit was at work in me while listening! What a blessing. I'm thankful that it's here on SA, I can listen to it again and again. I'm thankful for this preacher.
Great Sermon! Wow, I would never have seen Jesus in the story of Elijah and Elisha as it corresponds with Acts if I hadn't heard this message. Pastor Dan your exegeses of the Scriptures always amazes me. Thank you for opening my eyes to see wonderful things in the Word of God. Amazing grace is given to us, God's people, through faithful preachers like you.
Great Sermon! Does God love everyone? We should all know the answer to this question. There doesn't need to be so much confusion. This sermon will clear up any misunderstanding that you might have. The exposition of 1 Tim. 2:4 was very good..."who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." I am going to listen to it again.
Great Sermon! I never before saw, from this chapter on love, how Paul is actually telling us that prophecy, tongues, and knowledge are done away, for now abides faith, hope and love. It is good to know that the context of this love chapter is to the church, a church very much in trouble. I'm very grateful for this message, it has opened my eyes to see much more than I ever saw before.
An Outstanding Series! Church discipline has a bad rap. True, that a lot of people have been hurt by the practice, that is sad, and why this series is such a blessing. Everything is covered, through the series, and is applicable for every church through the end of time. Good preaching is like that, timeless. If you're confused or just want to know more, it's all here, highly pratical messages to help restore God's people when they fall into sin. I'm very grateful to Pastor Marquedant for his work on this subject.
Great Sermon! How could anyone believe what Camping is preaching? How scary that a man who was so right on could go so wrong? Pastor Steve gives three simple principles of prophecy that are excellent, using Psalm 22 and 1 Peter 3:10! I hope you get the time to hear this, false prophets should be exposed and a good pastor will always alert God's people to such. Thank you Pastor Steve.

I hope someone is listening and will assist you in this, it may be that there are none who have preached in your language and I find computer translations wanting. I will pray with you that the Lord provides. I could suggest that if reading English is easier for you? that you find a book of sermons or other solid teaching. It has sustained my soul. I'd recommend a book and teacher "Christ the Way, the Truth and the Life" by John Brown/Wamphary published by Soli Deo Gloria also the sermons of Thomas Manton on Psalm 119 or easier reading "The Works of Christopher Love" same publisher I believe.
Great Sermon! We centainly have the same divisions today, as they had in Paul's day. We need to be on guard that we don't fall into the same sin. The carnal Christian theory is explained in this sermon and so much more. I was reminded who the real enemy is and what weapon to use against him. Praise God for His Word! Great Sermon!
