The theory of evolution disregards actual Scientific Laws, such as the first two laws of thermodynamics, Boyle’s gas laws, and biogenesis. Biogenesis is the process of lifeforms producing other lifeforms, e.g. a spider lays eggs, which develop into spiders. The term is also used for the assertion that living matter can only be generated by other living matter, in contrast to the hypotheses of abiogenesis which hold that life can arise from non-life under suitable circumstances, although these circumstances still remain unknown. Until the 19th century, it was commonly believed that life frequently arose from non-life under certain circumstances, a process known as spontaneous generation. This belief was due to the common observation that maggots or mold appeared to arise spontaneously when organic matter was left exposed. It was later discovered that under all these circumstances commonly observed, life only arises from the replication of other living organisms. A second meaning of biogenesis was given by the French Jesuit priest, scientist and philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin to mean the origin of life itself due to an inherent drive of matter towards higher consciousness an extension of the now disproven orthogenesis hypothesis.WikipediaTheRest

And barefoot too!?!? You should read Proverbs 31 and see that it discribes Palin to T.
Yes, we are not to judge, but not to judge in a hypocritical manner. From what I have seen here though, is not judging that you are thinking of, but more correction and reproof which is Biblical. "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Tim 3:16).
But let’s go back to Matthew 7
1 "Do not judge so that you will not be judged. 2 "For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.
3 "Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
4 "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye?
5 "You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
So what did Jesus say here? He said not to be a hypocrite, before you correct someone else for the sin that they are committing, you should make sure that you do not commit the same sin. We should judge ourselves before we can rightly judge others.
