Great Sermon! Thank you for the encouraging message! It is good to hear from the pulpit of the value of the woman's role in the home and church. This is so undervalued in the world and even in the church today. Perhaps the value of the woman's role in the home is denigrated because the value of home and family itself is no longer appreciated. It is simply seen as too commonplace to be worthwhile. So thank you for affirming the Bible's teaching of the worth of these things! |

Great Sermon! I highly recomend this sermon to those who are concerned about the sad state of families in the church today, and the departure of so many young people from the church. This sermon points the way to a much needed reformation in the church's ministry to families and youth. Thank you,Pastor Reed, for your faithfulness! |

Faithful Shepherding! Thank you for faithfully watching for the souls of Christ's sheep. Truly, parents who send their children to the government schools are breaking God's commandment to bring their children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. This is a serious sin, and the consequence for the children is too often that their souls are forever lost. Thank you for faithfully leading God's people to the scriptural duty of home education. May the Lord raise up many more pastors after his own heart, who will faithfully lead and protect His sheep from the vain philosophies of this world. |

Holiness unto the Lord! How astonishing that those who profess to love the Lord could ever enjoy listening to rock music! The members of these rock groups have repeatedly expressed their contempt for Christ. "Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD." II Chronicles 19:2 Thank you for your faithful attempt to lead God's people away from this soul destroying music. |

Many thanks! Thanks for the reminder that our gracious heavenly Father has given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness in the Scriptures and in the Lord Jesus Christ! In Him alone is there life and light! |

Contra mundum! This sermon is a great starting place for a consideration of scriptural modesty standards. The treatment of the objection to modest dress that it make us appear odd is especially helpful. Given that the Bible teaches us not to be conformed to this world, and that we are commanded to dress modestly, should we not glory in showing forth the praises of Him who has completely covered our sin and shame with His own blood by completely covering our shameful physical nakedness with modest clothing? Was this not the connection made by the Lord Himself when he clothed Adam and Eve, replacing their immodest fig-leaf aprons with coats of skin? Or would we rather imitate and identify ourselves with the lost who refuse the gracious provision of salvation through Christ and manifest this rebellious condition by exposing their nakedness? Oh,that we Christians would shine forth as lights for the Lord Jesus in this crooked and perverse world, and not be at all ashamed of Him! |

In season, out of season! We praise God for the grace He has given you to speak the truth about worldly amusements in a day when so few are willing to do so. These truths are vital for the church, so please keep preaching the truth! |

Faithful preaching! I hardly know what to say to thank you for this message, except that my family and I thank God for your faithfulness, and pray that he will give you grace to continue preaching faithfully against the crying sins of God's people today. Also, we pray that He will raise up other faithful men to call God's people to repentance. May Christians once again become salt in this sinful world. God bless you, Pastor Reed! |
