"Hillary and Bill are a mockery of our so-called legal system. They appear to be above the law."Huh, it looks like we might be going to mercy room 101. Remember 1984? Remember the conversation to Winston's friend? Friend: "We are not making new words, we are changing words." Winston's thoughts "They are going to kill him, he knows too much." Or perhaps in Animal Farm, where the 7 commandments are given and then changed, it was first, "All animals are equal" then changed to, "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others." In California, the law is subject to change, the constitution is irrelevant, and people are not people, they are something else, they, in general particularly in regards to the youth, are simply mindless pawns who have no value. If anyone has taken a gander at The Communist Manifesto, what is one of the essentials? Public Schools, funded by the taxpayers and controlled by the government. Don't be surprised that, within 15 years, California will take church buildings, and sell the church building for revenue. It's coming. |

Dr. Tim, there are a lot of independent fundamental baptists who are both gospel illiterate and apologetically challenged (to say the least)Many are taught wrong things about the Mormon beliefs, I know plenty of IFB who, if a Mormon were to come to their door, they could not interact with Mormons because of their illiteracy of Mormon doctrine. I personally would allow Mormons in my home, I would love to see an opportunity when the gospel can be proclaimed to them, but I would not use the Romans Road...for anyone. I would like to ask the Mormon to explain this 2 Nephi 25: 23 For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do. |

Well, I only speak out against folks like Jim or John Y because I don't want new Christians to stumble, for a new Christian might think it to be orthodox teaching.Jim is very much like Talkitive and John Y is like Ignorance; Faithful's discussion with Talkitive is quite insightful, and the discourse between Christian, Hopeful, and Ignorance is very practical. The part of Pilgrim's Progress that truly is chilling is when Ignorance is at the gate, and it is asked of him if he has his certificate, he does not have it because it was not given to him for he was not saved, then the King of Heaven would not even see him, but commanded the angels (which lead Christian and Hopeful into the Kingdom) to bind Ignorance and and foot and to cast him into outer darkness (Hell) I recommend the dramatized version of the book, get it from answers in Genesis, it is excellent, I enjoy listening to it, it costs like $25 you can listen to some parts of it on SA, just type in Pilgrims Pogress and you should find it. |

The interliner has the word, "Metáno" which means, "A change of mind, as it appears to the one who repents." Do there is fruit, the Spirit regenerates the man, gives him faith and repentance, and that repentance is seen in his life as he grows in grace. Let us say that the man was a drunkard before salvation, his repentance will be demonstrated in his life as he is wanting to be delivered for Christ's sake (that is to say he desires holiness and not worldlinessfor the name of Christ)His motto will no longer be, "When I get thirsty, I go to the liquor store" Regarding the dispensational position, I have been taught that, but I need to do more study in that area to see if it is false or not. |
