BUT here where "faith" is a gift we do need to be informed (a) where faith comes from as opposed to (b) being a human faculty which of course would be "works"

= This verse contradicts all your arguments to establish salvation by works J4.

How do you perceive sin is in a mortal?

Thus to perceive sin a human being must first have faith.
