Pastor Partain received his Bachelor's degree from the Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana and Master of Arts in Religion and Master of Divinity from Western Reformed Seminary in Tacoma, Washington. Pastor Partain and his family joined us at RRBC in 1993 and has come to call Gig Harbor home....
