Most people recognize our “church” by our distinctive building—a classic 1947 construction with stone exterior, rich interior woodwork, and our inviting red doors. But Community Presbyterian Church is much more than its building. Inside you’ll find individuals and families that delight in the law of God—the Ten Commandments—through which we understand, in part, the depth and expanse of the chasm that exists between our Holy God and all of mankind. We are thus called to raise our voices in praise for the gift of Christ's sacrifice on the cross, for He has bridged this chasm and offered the benefits freely to His people.
Inside you’ll also find individuals and families who seek to encourage one another-- prompted by the Holy Spirit and with an emphasis on a Reformed world and life view—all through the week, not just on the Lord’s Day. Indeed this is a difficult assignment, but we are enabled and encouraged through the preaching of the Word and the administration of the sacraments.
