Many men propagate ideas and discuss methods for reaching the next generation for Christ, but does the Word of God have a voice in this matter? Churches everywhere face a critical question, ‚ÄúHow should our church reach the next generation with the gospel?‚ÄĚ The Reunited Bible Study Challenge is a companion to the film Divided and the book A Weed in the Church. It is a Bible study which challenges you to examine the Bible and let it speak to how we disciple our youth. Instead of creating our own inventions or brainstorming how to save our youth, we must return to the Word of God and study what it says on the issue of youth ministry. The Word of God is sufficient and its teachings are applicable for the subject of youth ministry, providing both teaching about and the example of biblical youth ministry. Further, it promises rewards for obeying God‚Äôs pattern for discipling the generations. In Matthew 4:4, Jesus, in His confrontation with the devil, said: ‚ÄúIt is written, ‚ÄėMan shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God‚Äô‚ÄĚ (Matt. 4:4). What about you? Will you take the challenge ‚ÄĒ the Reunited Challenge? Will you return to the Word of God and trust that it is sufficient to instruct how to reach the next generation?
