There is a spiritual battle raging on earth of the souls of mankind. The eyes of the Lord run to and fro looking for a loyal heart. Far too many compromise the true Gospel for personal gain. Now, that gain may not necessarily be monetarily, it may simply be seeking to serve God and remain friends with the world. There is no "perfect" balance between good and evil! We must hate the things of this world to truly love God. By hating, I mean that we should not give our love and attention to it. How can we love two masters at the same time?Â
