One of the greatest problems facing the Churches today, is that most of them have sold themselves out to the State is their 501-c-3 Status and Church Incorporation Birth. As one brother said in the comments section:
"“ PASTOR..CONSIDER YOUR WAYS! ”
In overview, these reasons can be listed under these headings: 1) 501c3 "churches" attempt to serve two masters, but their true and legal head (or "lord") is the State, not Jesus Christ 2) 501c3 "churches" sign a waiver to forfeit their 1st Amendment Freedom of Speech rights, and therefore are legally and honor-bound (by their oath) to NOT teach or preach the entire Word of God 3) Money given to all 501c3's (with paid employees) funds abortions and all manner of ungodliness, and may be an unclean offering before God"
He could not be more correct in his statement.
Like most businesses, the Not for Profit (lol) Whore must needs compete with other businesses in town for customers, in this case for religious customers rather then selling Burgers like McDonalds in a happy meal that's no good for you anyway, she is selling a McJesus happy meal sermon. The toy inside the happy meal draws the children and the gimmicks in the McJesus Meal draws the crowd. The 501 c 3 McChurch has promised, in exchange for her status to keep her mouth shut on certain subjects and topics. After all her creator,the State, does not want his creation back talking him anymore than a father would his child or a husband would his wife. The state is in complete control of the Corporate church and the rub is the Church does not even suspect a thing. The registered agent in the Church Corporation is not an agent for the Church as they have been taught, he is an agent for the state, there to make sure the corporate 501-c-3 creation stays in compliance with the rules laws and DICTATES of the charitable public service organizations true lord and master Caesar.
In the Book "Death of a Church" the author makes the following comment that fits so well:
"A Sovereign Church which requests that the state bring it into existence as a tax exempt, not for profit, religious business, is engaged in open rebellion. It seeks to serve two masters, Two sovereigns, and Two creators at the same time. It is a Double Minded Church. A double headed 'anything' is a freak of nature, an enigma, a monstrosity."
R.C. Sproul Makes an interesting comment on this in relation to a Churches position in bring a moral compass to the world in which it finds itself when he charitably states:"Churches most often incorporate out of ignorance rather than wickedness. But that ignorance is culpable. And it must not be invincible. Before the church can rise up and call the state to task for failing to kiss the Son, the church must stop kissing the beast." Here are some definitions and Laws in relationship to what a Corporation is, After reading these please ask yourself if any of these things fit the definition of a New Testament Church of Jesus Christ.
"Having briefly examined the biblical definition of a corporation, let us now look at the legal definition of a corporation. According to the U.S. Supreme Court:
1. "A corporation is a creature of the state. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitation of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation. There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and ascertain if it has exceeded its powers" (Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43).
2. "[A corporation is] an artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state. An association of persons created by statute as a legal entity.... The corporation is distinct from the individuals who comprise it (shareholders).... Such an entity subsists as a body politic under a special denomination, which is regarded in law as having a personality and existence distinct from that of its several members." Black's Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1991; 6th Edition, page 340.
3. "A corporation derives its existence and all of its powers from the State and, therefore, has only such powers as the State has conferred upon it. Power is used here to mean the legal capacity to execute and fulfill the objects and purposes for which the corporation was created, and the source of this power is the charter and the statute under which the corporation was organized." Len Young Smith and G. Gale Roberson, Smith and Roberson's Business Law, West Publishing Company, 1966, page 796.
Note: A corporation is created by, and derives its existence from, the State. In contrast, the church is created by, a creature of, derives its existence from, subject to, and obeys the Law of, Jesus Christ.
4. "Corporate existence is a privilege granted by the sovereign upon compliance with specified conditions" Len Young Smith and G. Gale Roberson, Smith and Roberson's Business Law, West Publishing Company, 1966, page 931. .
5. "Corporations are not citizens.... The term citizen... applies only to natural persons... not to artificial persons created by the legislature" Paul v. Virginia, 8 Wall. 168, 177; see also the Opinion of Field, J., in the Slaughterhouse Cases, 16 Wall.36, 99.
Note: God teaches that Christians, his church, are citizens of the household of God (Eph.2:19, Phil.3:10).
6. Every corporation has obtained a charter from the State of Incorporation. This charter is simply permission to exist given to the corporation, without which, its operations would be considered illegal. In addition to the charter are the articles of incorporation: "The objects or purposes for which a corporation is formed are expressly stated in its articles of incorporation, which delineate in general language the type of business activities in which the corporation proposes to engage" Smith and Roberson's Business Law, West Publishing Company, 1966, page 798.
Note: Is the church of God involved in any type of business activities? (Matthew 21:12, John 2:16).
7. "Instances of non-profit corporations are educational institutions, athletic clubs, library clubs, fraternities, sororities, hospitals, and organizations which have exclusively a charitable purpose" Smith and Roberson's Business Law, West Publishing Company, 1966, page 789.
8."Congress shall make no law regarding an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" (U.S. Constitution, First Amendment).
THE FREE CHURCH:
In Order for a Church to Be Free,it MUST BE under the Lordship Authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the exclusion of All other authorities and jurisdictions. I wrote a little Booklet back in 2002 called, "

It examines from a biblical point the issue of Church Incorporation. About 40 pages. it was not exhaustive in it's treatment of the issue, however it did cut to the core of the issues involving the Churches adulterous and rebellious actions involved in Surrendering the Lordship of Christ over His Local Congregation, to the state through Subsidies and Incorporation, Tax exemption and the 501-c-3 Muzzle. I comment in the Booklet:
Here is the key to the local new testament Church,the KEY to her being all that she is called to be. The LORD's will is that she be presented to Him a Glorious Church without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but in order for this to happen she must be subject to him in EVERYTHING.

To Chip or not to Chip, that is the question? The N.W.O. People are working feverishly hard to bring about a cashless, mercantile Babylon system. The culmination of centuries of lies and conspiracy by Jesuit,N.W.O., Masonic and other ONE worlders to bring about a system whereby all will have to bow to his hellishness in order to buy and sell. Folks tell me all the time that they would never submit to being numbered like a dog or a cat or a pig and yet most everyone I talk to has been numbered one way or another by a governing authority for commerce and benefits, welfare and healthcare. The cages of the mennonites still proudly hang in Europe , a not so subtle threat and reminder to all that these cages can easily be used again at any time. We , as christians have not as yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. I have had too few stripes , dodged the truth too many times.Like Peter, I feel the Lord look upon me and I am ashamed. This Iraq war is a vatican crusade.. time we started telling the truth about the civil powers of the harlot fornicating with the kings of
the earth and what the consequences are .

Sometimes a purse is not convienent to carry for women and a fanny pack even the nicest is not exactly fashionable!
Then everyone in authority and helping postions could know all our medical records too with a simple scan ! Our whole familial history, education, religion could be imbedded and scanned in one dot and then we would not need to fill out so many tedious forms! And I think it is very lovely that our kind christian government wants to take such good care of us in our old age and even the president wants know where we are at all times! It makes me feel like somebodys very special pet... like I am really loved !

Comment Text: Good sermon , Pastor Mike.. But I dont know ... should we be so quick to judge one anothers intentions? Human chipping could hold a myriad of advantages . Not only would this mark of the beast make us be able to avoid carrying a wallet,to the beach, but also there could be many advances seen in the area of behavior modification and the
administration of mild to moderate electrical shock for punitive /penal purposes .We do spend alot of money now on electronic monitoring of house arrest criminals.. Perhaps this mark will be a more efficient way to restain movementin crowd control situations . Also , think about the ability for law enforcement to be able to locate lost sinners ( those with a criminal mind ) and/ or those that are determined to undermine governmental policies by coming up with all these wild conspiracy theories and speaking out against our leaders. Comes a time when free speech must be stopped in the interest of peace and unity and people must learn to obey the proper authorities without murmuring and questioning.
Also chips could help if we just lose our way -tracking us if we get lost in the woods - or for alzheimers victims.

I just want you to know that they started chipping babies in Ohio 2 years
ago. I was telling a fellow worker about the chip and He said Oh, yes. My daughter had my granddaughter chipped.

Jam 5:5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
Jam 5:6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
So as you can plainly see the scripture that you are referring to are understood according to the plain interpretation of the events by the apostles who were there and inspired by God. The Jews and Israel, meaning the physical seed of Abraham/( not Judaism) Killed Jesus Christ. How did they do it? They did it with the Gentiles AS THE SCRIPTURE states ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: and so in this way and in not other can the scripture that you are quoting can be understood, WHY because that is how Peter, Stephen, James and Paul said it was to be understood.
Thank God they Killed him, for had they not he would not have been qualified to be the Lamb of God that Taketh away the sin of the world.
Israel Killed Jesus as the lamb, how did they do it... with the wicked hands of the Romans, that is, the Gentiles. And the Wicked hands of the Chief priests helped. In this way they are responsible. And because they were responsible Peter Paul and Stephen told them so. It is by this holding them to their responsibility that they can repent and call upon the Lord to be saved.
They will look upon him who they have pierced,
Prophetically: Zec 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Even the Jews in Jesus' day understood what the Apostles were declaring and what the ramifications would possibly be,
Act 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
Funny things is that they had already done it themselves when the confessed...
Mat 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
Mat 27:25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
Jesus himself also declared their Future.

Luk 11:48 Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.
Luk 11:49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:
Luk 11:50 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
Luk 11:51 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.
Plus a few parables about the servant killing the son..
Anyway as you can clearly see the references as to the culprits are the Jews, at least according to the scriptures. their weapon of destruction being the wicked hands of the Romans,Gentiles.
Add to this divine, instituted blindness and you have quite a soverign God working out all these things in order to fulfil his will and plan , to the Jew First and also to the Greek and Gentile ( Romans 1:16;2:9+10
1Co 2:8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. Luk 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
Were the Chief priests, at least in part also Gentiles? sure.. but remember he came unto HIS OWN and HIS OWN received him Not... But that again is another study...

As for giving money for bad stuff (like abortion)the sad fact is you
are already doing it,even without your consent. When you gas up your old
"jalopy", if you buy stamps,pay for a driver's license,pay ANY State
taxes etc you are funding everything the politicians choose to spend tax
dollars upon. You cannot avoid it - even if you try hard. You gotta
live in this world though you are not "of it".
And as you can see here Harry simply is looking for a reason to justify the helplessness that most 501-c-3 hirelings feel, they KNOW that paying a fee to the state for permission to exist is wrong and that it binds the congregation of Christ with the yolk of the state of it's incorporation, they know that they are receiving a Government subsidy through the exemption, but rather then say no, they switch the argument to something that possible can not be helped. Certain taxes are allocated, such as Gas tax and stamps, certain taxes are not allocated such as Fees to exist as a corporate entity. That being the case, the logic is simply unscriptual, The fact is he is willing to voluntarily accept the benefits and status of the Gentiles without coercion. The Gas tax and others are NOT voluntary. The tax for the church to Exist IS. They are seeking STATE protection and STATUS. and in exchange for this the STATE gives the rules to its new creation, the corporate Religious entity calling it's self a Church. There is no law requiring a Church of Jesus Christ to surrender its birthright for a mess of porridge from the state.

But don't waste energy attacking good churches and the folks in

Gods words are spirit and they are truth.
Todays apostate preachers do the same as Satan in the garden of eden.
They mingle a little of Gods word with allot of the fleshy desires.
Secular people want to feel good. This is why most people are on
anti-depressants or even illegal drugs.
So-called Christians who want to feel good seek out the apostate
preachers as to not offend their self righteousness of not doing drugs.
The fact is, Truth hurts. Today, people want to be lied to. They want
to be told that they are good, knowing that they are not. Pleasing the
flesh is a way of life for these people.
Drugs, Alcohol and apostate preachers.
These three are one and the same.
Well Daniel, when your correct your correct. Separation today is viewd as legalism rather than a manifsectation of the Holy Spirit. I have listened to some of the most vomitous "sermons" on romans 14 Liberty, using Liberty as a cloke of evil or as an excuse to be an Idol Worshiper or compromiser is not what Romans 14 +15 is about. Some have tried to lable "essentials" as the only thing connected with Salvation and fellowship, yet then they look to exclude all their particular vises from those essentials.. Worldly little preachers and pastors they are. Smoking and drinking, allowing the wickedness of Hell-i-wood to pararde before their eyes, and the beer soaked sports to entertain them on the week ends between services... Dear Ashley, as you know, God's law forbids the marking and cutting of the flesh for the dead, or in marking the body,( not only for the dead, but just marking the body in general , unless God said otherwise in a particular passage for a particular reason, the only example of which I can think of being possibly Rev 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
Rev 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. ( but this is not a tattoo placed by the saint themselves but rather by the Angel)
Anyway:
Lev 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD. According to the New testament, it will be the beast that causes folks to MARK or print on themselves his name , number or Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
That being said:
The entire tattoo industry and the origin of the "art" form is of pagan origin. Almost all animist and pagan cultures and religions engage in some form of body mutilation or marking as an expression of the Religion and worship to their devil gods. The Tattoos and markings that they use express a desire to either worship their devils or to share with others something about the devil they worship, That is why God said not for his followers to mark themselves and to cut themselves. God never wanted his people at any time to use the practices that devil worshipers used to worship their idols etc. That is not to say that devil worshipers have not adopted practices that imitate God's worship (Preaching , Sacrifices, good works, alters) through the years, some of which we still practice now, through a direct command or example from the word of God, but marking the body is not one of them and never in the history of those who followed Christ has it ever been.
Lev 20:23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
Deu 12:30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
Deu 12:31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
Jer 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
Jer 10:3 For the customs of the people are vain:
There is a passage in the bible that I preached on once a while back on being led according to the word of God, even when their is not a clear Thou Shalt, Thou Shalt not command,
Psa 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Psa 32:9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

God has HIS ways that we are to witness for Him and of Him. let us use is ways and not try to invent new ones. His have worked pretty well so far and it is THOSE ways that he has said he will honour. Apparent results are not the issue, obedience is.
