For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
 but watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
Praying Partners Note:
True biblical worship is focused upon Christ and the preaching of His word on His holy day, the Lord's Day Sabbath. It is not about pleasing the flesh by watching choir concerts or sanctuary entertainers, solo singers and instrumentalists, and musical bands as part of, before, or after the worship service; nor is it about sitting through mezmerizing "movie hours," "worship dance" or other type of performing arts, or partaking in congregational dancin' n' clappin' as if attending a disco nightclub. Mega-churches that look like amusement parks or shopping malls -or offer other entertaining ways to attract the crowds- are all deceiving many into thinking that type of atmosphere is what the Lord has described as biblical worship (but it is not!).
Pray that such types of entertainment and worldliness would not be found in Christ's church, especially during the Lord's Days. And if any or all of these things are ever encountered in His House, unless you are doing undercover research or are there for another good legitimate reason, do not personally partake when such worldly distractions continue on during such worship services. Reject those unbiblical doctrines and practices, and most importantly, pray for church leaders to repent, so that the Lord would instead be worshipped in Spirit and in truth--with no compromises of what His Word describes. Pray also to be an influence for biblical good, as well, if/when the Lord gives you opportunities.
Prayer Scripture: === Psalm 67 (AV) === God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
