Brief Biography of our minister. Rev. Norman Green. Trained for the ministry at the Theological Hall of the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster. After successfully completing his studies he received a call from a congregation of the FPC of Ulster. He was ordained and inducted to the Christian ministry by the said presbytery in 1974 the Rev Ian R K Paisley preaching at the induction service. Since then he has occupied several pastorates, both in Northern Ireland and the north of England. He is the current and founding pastor of the Evangelical Presbyterian Churches at Blackburn and Ribchester. Brother Green and the churches take a strong Calvinistic, Fundamentalist, separatist and evangelistic stand. Along with himself, he has gathered around him a group of men who preach regularly in the open air. The Evangelical Presbyterian Church is a congregation of people of all ages and backgrounds who have come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour. We are a church that is concerned about the moral and spiritual declension of our nation. We believe that the only real and lasting solution to our dilemma is found in the message of the Bible. If you would like to hear this message then you are warmly invited to attend any one of our services advertised on this website. Lord's Day Services. 11:00 AM Morning Worship. 6:30 PM Gospel Service. Both meetings are preceded by a time of prayer. Sunday School. 10:15 to 10:45 AM. Wednesday 7.30 PM to 9.00 PM. Bible Study and Prayer meeting. First Thursday of Each month Women's Prayer meeting. 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Friday Men's Prayer meeting. 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM. This meeting is held on a Fortnightly basis. Saturday Open air Preaching. Locations and Times vary week by week.
