“ Previous comment ”
In regard to the previous comment 1. Is the verse not accurate and if not what does it mean? 2. Does the end justify the means? (It ruined peoples day so we should do it?!!)

“ Great Sermon! ”
Paul - I respect what experience you have from the Belfast Pride witness yet I don't believe that this is always accurate. What about the gospel being a savour of life unto life OR death unto death ? A recent witness at Pride in Wigan brought this report: Around a dozen Christians went along to witness. The police requested that we move beyond where the stalls were erected, which we did, knowing that the people would come to where we were to argue. This they did. For several hours we were engaged in intense debate with mostly young people, a large percentage of them being young girls. There were a number who were insistent that they were Christian. We showed them from the Scriptures that this could not be. Unusually, there were some who listened to what was being said. One saw a number of heads go down. Some requested tracts. Periodically, older people, who seemed to be in charge, came several times and urged the youngsters to come away from us, but they were back again in no time. Towards the end, a number of young people came up and asked questions of those who were still witnessing and listened while appropriate portions of the Bible were read out.As the last Christian was leaving, one of the organisers came up and told him that we had ruined their day. Thank you Pastor Dowling for rightly dividing God's word with the clarity that is desperately needed in our nation (the USA) as well as every other suffocating unde pride.

“ Thank You ”
I don't really know how to take the comment before. I am not confused but I am a Charismatic. I believe in Emmanuel "God with us." That said I am struggling my way through teaching the Minor Prophets. Amos is particular. I was happy to hear your sermon and how you chose to section the text. Preaching prophesy is always difficult. Still if I want to preach to whole world I must wrestle with it some more. Thank you for your solid effort.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Very good message about the folly of humans thinking they are smarter than the inspired Bible. I will send a link to a Facebook 'page' with some of these false teachers/teacherettes who are ignorant of the character/attributes of Almighty God found in our Bible.
