Great Sermon! Pastor Voddie, thank you, thank you, thank you and Praise and Glory to God! Thank you for your zeal and passion for the Word of God! I've been spiritually punched in the face....more please!!
Great Sermon! Thank you for this great series. This has been an eye opener for me. I wondered for many years about the despensational interpretation and just could not get on board with those views. Thank you again. Blessings to you as you expound on Tue Word of God!
Great Sermon! I am about to listen to this sermon again after several months and because I am taking a course on Pastoral Counseling at RTS. Both my children have had "treatment" in their young adult lives rather than Christian based counseling/therapy. This sermon has had a real impact on me. See also his sermon on Brokenness on YouTube.
Great Sermon! This message is just the healing balm that I needed at this time and many times before and will need again, I'm sure. Thank you Pastor Voddie - this isn't the first time one of your messages spoke to me just when I needed it. May God richly bless you and your ministry.
Great Sermon! Hi Pastor Voddie I love your sermons and hope to come to the states to listen to you live.
Please help me understand, you say God is all-knowing and is behind all that happens.
I then dont understand how God can regret, and grieved deeply, as He does in Genesis thus causing the flood. Also in the new testament it also says that God wants all to go to heaven. Does this suggest that God sometimes puts the ball into our court to make a decision He doesn't know the certain outcome of. Hence why He 'tests the depths of our hearts', to see what we will do?
I'm struggling with this :-/
Such were some of you... Thank you Voddie for this excellent expository on Genesis 19. I needed this humbling message of mercy to remind me what God has saved me from - His Wrath. And it was nothing I did nor anything in me that was worth redeeming. It was and is all of Grace and His longsuffering Mercy that saved a wretch like me. I do pray for those caught in this sin to have their eyes opened now because our life here is but a vapour and eternity is just that - eternal, no chance for repentance once our heart beats for the last time.
