How then, can two people of the opposite sex, be ultimately happy when they disobey the commandments, especially that of presumption? Without God' blessing in a union, there is nothing. Love therefore, can only be, a four letter word that means 'work for God' ". Discovery is made that she/he is married. To walk away (for love of God) is true love. It still hurts. To presume however, that God will make an exception in my case, is to sin the great sin against God...the sin of presumption. Thank you for explaining this to me. Voytek. This truly is the greatest Psalm on repentance. This Psalm is truly a Psalm that should be all of our responses to any sin in our lives. Having a true contrite and repentant heart. Thank you for such a powerful sermon!
