Great Sermon! I love this story which demonstrates the power of god. Most people think of power as being something that causes a big explosion but gods power is gentle and irresistible - it seeks out the lost from the highways and byways. All glory be to the lord god of Israel.
Great Sermon! What a precious testimony of how God seeks out His lost ines, and how Christ seeks out His little black sheep and brings them to His flock and washes them clean. I was very blessed by your testimony. In many ways I can relate to your journey even the starting out catholic. Also moved by your encouragement not to grow discouraged in praying for loved ones as I pray for my lost daughter. Thank you.
Incomprehensible God. Our God is an incomprehensible God. That means He has the liberty to do what He wants, without always explaining us what He does. At the same time, we cannot understand fully an infinite God, we must accept that we cannot know all things. This incomprehensible God revealed Himself in Christ.
Great lessons. Excellent meditation on the subject of death. We are living in a fallen world, our lives here are short, we do not know the time of our death, we must accept the finality of physical death, we know that our souls continue to live, so we must live our lives with wisdom, in the light of eternity.
Superb and Insightful Sermon I cannot thank you enough for your treatise on the topic of depression. You are the very first person I have listened to that really understands this horrible pit that a Christian can enter and the way through this tormenting place. It is always helpful to learn from someone who has been there. It is comforting that we are not the only Christian that has walked this lonely path filled with the fiery darts of Satan sent from the Lord. This type of sermon needs to be preached especially for new born believers to prepare them for what lies ahead and how to deal with the situation of intense testing. God bless you.
