Great Sermon! Hello there
Very uplifting messages on Revelations you have done. I Love what you had to say about true believers in the last few minutes of this message. A clear message on Revelations from a Sovereign Grace Pastor is so lacking but needed today.
Great Sermon! I have really meditated on this piece of scripture and listened to numerous sermons on this subject asking myself the question - what does this picture of Christ cursing the fig tree mean. Most preachers claim it is the cursing of Israel. This is possibly the only sermon that I can really say amen to on this subject- it is the cursing of man made religion...thank you so much I believe that this sermon was really thought deeply about and it really blessed me.
Oh, I really love what you said! Mr. Coffey, What you have said is so very true, that "a bleeding person knows when the bleeding has stopped". The woman who, by grace, crawled to the LORD Jesus (to find all healing by faith), was to the world, the biggest nobody in the crowd. But she was the single "somebody" there that day in the heart, mind and eternal love of Christ our Saviour from all eternity. Thank you so much for this simple, profound message. I have often wondered about this passage, that is, the LORD saying, "Somebody touched Me." It has always been striking and curious to me, I have often asked Him what He meant by this. What an answer to my prayer. The LORD used you to touch me. Thank you.
Incredible discernment in His Spirit... He said, "Arise!" And His Word cannot be broken, for He, Himself, is life from the dead. Yes truly, "God hath visited His people"and yes - "IT came to pass!" Thank you so much for this wonderful, wonderful message from our LORD Jesus Christ. Matthew 1:21 is found on every page, gloriously woven through the fabric of His Holy Word. Praise God for His everlasting love.
Wonderful conference! Brethren, please forgive us for not acknowledging those who hosted the gathering (at Katy Baptist Church) in our previous post. Many, many thanks to our friends in Christ and to His pastors and teachers for these wonderful conference messages. Yes, praise ye the LORD!
Praise ye the LORD! Oh, what a thrill to finally see Angus Fisher in a video recording! What a thrill! What a thrill! Greetings in our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, to all the congregation in Princeton, in Nowra, and in every place on this sin-cursed earth where two or three are gathered together by His grace. The message from Psalm 111 has encouraged us so much. Thanks be to God! We trust Him to bring us to a place where we can meet face-to-face with God's people. Until then, we praise our blessed LORD for the Internet (which is His wonderful work), for by this, we are enabled to join together in breaking the Bread of Life with our brothers and sisters. We are praying for you, as in Colossians 1:10-13. "LORD, continue Thy great work reviving Thy people, glorifying Thy Name."
Wonderful sermon about a wonderful God! I never get tired of hearing about the grace of God and how he loved me while yet a sinner. I am so grateful that he did not wait for me to choose Him first. I am quite without a church, but not without a God who cares for me.
Great Sermon! Philippians 3:3 was mentioned in this sermon, and that was a blessing. However, I was a little confused at the end. Is he saying that anyone who doesn't believe in predestination is not a real Christian?
Great Sermon! Praise the Lord for His powerful message. My wife and I had a discussion last night regarding our own sinfulness and wickedness, that without Jesus Christ as our Lord, our marriage would end up a disaster. But praise be to God the Father & our Lord Jesus Christ that He has revealed His truth through His Word to set us free from our depraved state. Although, constantly warring against the rebellious deeds of the flesh, we are constantly repenting and believing in Jesus Christ until the end. Thanks be to God for the great sermon. Hearing it today was God's loving confirmation for His children, reminding us to keep holding fast the faith we have in Jesus Christ.
Great Sermon! Great to see Pastor Marvin in video. Speaking the truth in Christ, as always. Thank you, sister Linda for making this available. Your friends, and brother and sister in Christ, in Fukuyama.
thankfulness My Dearest Pastor Marvin,
Your words are the truth!! I thank The Lord Jesus and you very much.
Sometimes I think that money might help persons , rich men might help persons......maybe it is right 90%....
but if every thing is without Jesus, even your words, all mean nothing to us -especially me- in this world.
You always give me some confidence at just the right time.
Thank you very much again!
Powerful Sermon! Wow. The preacher presses what this really means, this often said truth that is often shrugged off, or superficially confessed (e.g. "nobody is perfect"), by proving that God must detest and hate sin, vehemently, righteously, and therefore punish sinners--though he seem to delay. He says "God must cease to be God if he were to cease to be holy or stop hating sin" and that it is contrary to *God's nature* to compromise or be passive with sin or cease to hate, punish, or judge it.
An awakening sermon that dispels modern false teaching about God, or light notions of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
Direct, uncompromising sermon! You won't hear this on a Sunday morning, even from other sovereign grace churches. What should anyone desire to be "saved" (saved from what?) unless they KNOW that "God is angry with the wicked"--anyone unregenerate, unconverted, remaining and living in sin--EVERY DAY, ALL THE TIME?
This is the CONTEXT of the gospel, the only reason "good news" (gospel) is good, gracious, loving, and merciful!
This is what is missing in modern Christianity, rather Churchianity, even among the most orthodox. "There is no fear of God before their eyes", because they have been told that "God loves you and offers a wonderful plan for your life"--A LIE, ANOTHER GOSPEL!
Hear this and tremble, then flee the wrath to come, to Christ as a Savior, for he came "to save his people from their sins".
Preacher Richardson, like Elijah, has died, and now there is a famine in the land of this truth.
